本发明公开了一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置,包括传送部分、回收部分和切割部分,切割部分包括工作箱,工作箱两侧壁分别开设有输入口和输出口,输入口和输出口之间设置有若干第一圆辊和第二圆辊,第一圆辊和第二圆辊外壁均设置有罩盖,罩盖表面开设有若干出水孔,第二圆辊之间设置有切割底座,切割底座固定连接工作箱底部中间位置,切割底座两侧均设置有水槽,水槽内腔底部固定连接有加热板,切割底座顶部开设有切割槽,切割槽上方设置有切割刀,切割刀顶部固定连接有横板,横板两侧均固定连接有伸缩杆,伸缩杆底部均固定连接有气缸。本发明的有益效果是:切割方便快捷,提高产品安全性。

本发明涉及医用塑料包装设备技术领域,具体为一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置。
背景技术
在塑料袋生产过程中往往需要对其进行切割操作,但是目前对于塑料袋的切割大多数采用人工进行切割,人工切割速度慢,切割效率差,费时费力,虽然有些使用塑料带切割机进行切割,但是现有的医用塑料袋切割装置对塑料带进行切割时,没有及时对医用塑料带进行有效杀菌处理,无法保证医用塑料带的使用安全性。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的塑料袋切割后需要单独进行消毒处理的缺陷,提供一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置。所述一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置具有切割方便快捷且具有良好杀菌功能等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置,包括传送部分、回收部分和切割部分,所述切割部分包括工作箱,所述工作箱两侧壁,一侧壁开设有输入口,另一侧壁开设有输出口,所述输入口和输出口之间设置有若干第一圆辊和第二圆辊,所述第一圆辊和第二圆辊外壁均设置有罩盖,所述罩盖表面开设有若干出水孔,所述第二圆辊之间设置有切割底座,所述切割底座固定连接工作箱底部中间位置,所述切割底座两侧均设置有水槽,所述水槽内腔底部固定连接有加热板,所述切割底座顶部开设有切割槽,所述切割槽上方设置有切割刀,所述切割刀顶部固定连接有横板,所述横板两侧均固定连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆底部均固定连接有气缸,所述气缸底部均固定连接工作箱内腔底部。
优选的,所述第二圆辊在第一圆辊下方靠近切割底座的一侧,且第一圆辊和第二圆辊均关于切割刀对称设置。
优选的,所述输出口固定连接有挡板,所述挡板靠近工作箱内腔的一侧设置有海绵,所述海绵和挡板均开设有开口,且开口位置相对应。
优选的,所述工作箱内腔侧壁均设置有风扇。
优选的,所述切割刀为锯齿刀片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过将切割装置设置在具有杀菌功能的工作箱内,在工作箱内腔设置第一圆辊和第二圆辊,第一圆辊和第二圆辊罩盖内的杀菌液体通过出水孔对塑料带的正反面都进行杀菌处理,并且增大塑料带在工作箱的内腔的长度,从而增大塑料带与杀菌液体和蒸汽的接触面积,杀菌效果好,再利用加热板对水槽内的杀菌液体进行加热,蒸发的杀菌蒸汽弥漫整个工作箱内腔,进一步对塑料带进行杀菌;通过气缸的上下运动,带动切割刀在切割槽内的上下运动对塑料带进行切割。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置,包括传送部分、回收部分和切割部分,所述切割部分包括工作箱1,所述工作箱1内腔侧壁均设置有风扇,有利于工作箱1内部的杀菌蒸汽均匀分布工作箱1内腔,所述工作箱1两侧壁,一侧壁开设有输入口11,另一侧壁开设有输出口12,所述输出口11固定连接有挡板16,所述挡板16靠近工作箱1内腔的一侧设置有海绵17,所述海绵17和挡板16均开设有开口18,且开口18位置相对应,在塑料袋输出的时候,确保能够输出干燥无菌的塑料带,并且对塑料带上的杀菌液体进行有效的回收利用,所述输入口11和输出口12之间设置有若干第一圆辊2和第二圆辊3,所述第二圆辊3在第一圆辊2下方靠近切割底座6的一侧,且第一圆辊2和第二圆辊3均关于切割刀10对称设置,增大塑料带在工作箱1的内腔的长度,从而增大塑料带与杀菌液体和蒸汽的接触面积,并且能够对塑料带正反面斗进行杀菌处理,有利于更好的杀菌,所述第一圆辊2和第二圆辊3外壁均设置有罩盖4,所述罩盖4表面开设有若干出水孔5,所述第二圆辊3之间设置有切割底座6,所述切割底座6固定连接工作箱1底部中间位置,所述切割底座6两侧均设置有水槽7,所述水槽7内腔底部固定连接有加热板8,所述切割底座6顶部开设有切割槽9,所述切割槽9上方设置有切割刀10,所述切割刀10为锯齿刀片,用于切割出锯齿状切口,所述切割刀10顶部固定连接有横板13,所述横板13两侧均固定连接有伸缩杆14,所述伸缩杆14底部均固定连接有气缸15,所述气缸15底部均固定连接工作箱1内腔底部。
本实施例中的一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置在使用时,通过传送部分与回收部分的配合使用,使塑料带通过工作箱1的输入口11进入工作箱1内腔,塑料带在工作箱1内腔绕第一圆辊2与第二圆辊3后经过输出口12输出到回收部分,塑料带在运动过程中带动第一圆辊2和第二圆辊3转动,罩盖4内的杀菌液体通过出水孔5对塑料带的正反面都进行杀菌处理,再利用加热板8对水槽7内的杀菌液体进行加热,蒸发的杀菌蒸汽弥漫整个工作箱1内腔,进一步对塑料带进行杀菌;通过气缸15的上下运动,带动切割刀10在切割槽9内的上下运动对塑料带进行切割。

1.一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置,包括传送部分、回收部分和切割部分,其特征在于:所述切割部分包括工作箱(1),工作箱(1)两侧壁,一侧壁开设有输入口(11),另一侧壁开设有输出口(12),所述输入口(11)和输出口(12)之间设置有若干第一圆辊(2)和第二圆辊(3),所述第一圆辊(2)和第二圆辊(3)外壁均设置有罩盖(4),所述罩盖(4)表面开设有若干出水孔(5),所述第二圆辊(3)之间设置有切割底座(6),所述切割底座(6)固定连接工作箱(1)底部中间位置,所述切割底座(6)两侧均设置有水槽(7),所述水槽(7)内腔底部固定连接有加热板(8),所述切割底座(6)顶部开设有切割槽(9),所述切割槽(9)上方设置有切割刀(10),所述切割刀(10)顶部固定连接有横板(13),所述横板(13)两侧均固定连接有伸缩杆(14),所述伸缩杆(14)底部均固定连接有气缸(15),所述气缸(15)底部均固定连接工作箱(1)内腔底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置,其特征在于:所述第二圆辊(3)在第一圆辊(2)下方靠近切割底座(6)的一侧,且第一圆辊(2)和第二圆辊(3)均关于切割刀(10)对称设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置,其特征在于:所述输出口(12)固定连接有挡板(16),所述挡板(16)靠近工作箱(1)内腔的一侧设置有海绵(17),所述海绵(17)与挡板(16)均开设有开口(18),且开口(18)位置相对应。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用塑料袋无菌切割装置,其特征在于:所述工作箱(1)内腔侧壁均设置有风扇。
