Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型VOCs吸附浓缩转轮,利用一种非沸石或分子筛的高效吸附材料,采用特殊的结构和分布,解决了同类材料在使用上的不足,最大程度发挥这种材料在吸附脱附方面优势。并采用格栅将其隔离分成吸附区、脱附区以及冷却再生区三个区域,其中吸附区面积最大,脱附区与冷却区为面积相等的两个区域,所述转轮由一组电动驱动设备带动旋转,运转时通过调节其转速以实现转轮单位时间的处理量调整。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型VOCs吸附浓缩转轮,属环保领域。
背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展,大气污染问题日趋严重,作为重要污染物之一的挥发性有机物VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds)也逐渐受到人们的重视。VOC大多具有毒性,严重危害人体健康。不仅如此,VOC更大危害还在于其易与空气中的NOX在阳光的作用下发生光化学反应,生成臭氧、过氧乙酰硝基酯和醛类等光化学烟雾而造成二次污染。目前,对于VOCs的处理技术主要分为回收型和销毁型技术。其中回收型技术包括吸收、吸附、冷凝、分离等,销毁型技术则包括直接燃烧、催化燃烧、蓄热式燃烧、生物降解等。新型VOCs转轮吸附浓缩装置既可与回收型技术结合使用,如转轮吸附浓缩+冷凝回收工艺,又可与销毁型技术完美结合,如对于低浓度大风量VOCs,采用转轮+蓄热式燃烧炉的处理工艺可达到良好的处理效果。目前转轮市场尚为国外产商垄断,价格昂贵且交货周期长;而国产转轮的处理效果较国外有明显差距,且需要经常更换,带来很大的不便。
发明内容
本发明主要提供一种更换方便、制作工艺简单、经济适用的吸附浓缩转轮装置,实现对VOCs污染物的高效去除。
本发明采用如下技术方案:该种新型VOCs吸附浓缩转轮由中心轴承、起支撑作用的圆形框架以及转体构成。
所述转体由波浪形铝材与一种非沸石或分子筛的高效吸附材料制备而成,并通过格栅将其隔离分成吸附区、脱附区以及冷却再生区三个区域,其中吸附区面积较大,脱附区与冷却区为面积相等的两个较小区域。
本发明所述转轮由一组电动驱动设备带动运转,运转时通过调节其转速以实现对转轮单位时间的处理量的调整。
本发明的优点在于:1.吸附脱附效率高。2.吸附区域为波浪形构造,吸附能耗小。3.将大风量、低浓度的VOCs废气高效的转换成小风量、高浓度的有机废气,降低整体运行成本。4.制作材料经济易得,且制作工艺简单,转轮装置经济适用。5.转轮整体较为轻便,易于更换。6.吸附材料填装量较少,经济实用。

1.一种新型VOCs吸附浓缩转轮,其特征在于转体由一种非沸石或分子筛的高效吸附材料和铝板制成,材料经济适用,制作过程简单,使用过程中更换方便。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的转轮,其特征在于:固定支架由铝材制成,转轮主体较轻,运行过程能耗少。
3.根据权利要求书2所述的转轮,其特征在于:吸附材料为一种非沸石或分子筛的高效吸附材料,具有良好的吸附性能,且填装量较少,经济适用。
