Abstract
本发明公开了一种模块化空气过滤装置,包括电源模块、控制模块、空气流动驱动模块、滤网模块(2)和紫外线消毒模块(7)。所述滤网模块(2)具有模块化设计和多种滤网类型,可实现多种组合使用方式,提高滤网的使用效率;所述滤网模块(2)能够对其流过的风速进行控制以应对不同空气质量下的过滤要求;所述滤网模块(2)还包括接口电路以实现对滤网的工作状态的实时监控。当顶层室内空气通过自然流动到屋顶部时就会被紫外线照射,空气中的细菌病毒被杀灭,从而实现实时对室内空气进行消毒灭菌的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化机,尤其是涉及一种紫外线消毒灯和高效空气过滤器结合使用,可在工作时使用的消毒过滤装置。
背景技术
在医疗卫生机构的门诊、病房、药房、实验室等相对密闭的空间工作时,由于病人或病畜释放到空气中细菌和病毒浓度较高,特别是一些炭疽杆菌、结核杆菌、流感病毒等容易产生气溶胶,从而导致医务工作者或其他人员感染发病。空气中的纤维、细菌、螨虫等颗粒物或尘埃粒子以及附着的细菌也是重要的污染物。
传统的紫外消毒灯由于是直接照射到工作区域的,为了避免伤害到人,所以一般都在人员撤离后才开启,所以在人员存在的情况是无法起到消毒重用的,因此对人员的保护作用非常有限,因此,往往容易造成医务人员和其他患者的感染,现有紫外灯装置存在严重的生物安全感染的风险。同时,空气中的纤维、细菌、螨虫等颗粒物或尘埃粒子以及附着的细菌无法通过紫外灯进行处理。
即使设置有紫外线消毒灯的空气净化器,也仍然存在传统净化器的弊端。传统空气净化器过滤网多为复合型,其中不同类型的过滤层寿命不同,则复合型滤网的寿命则由最短的滤层确定,各个滤层的使用状况无法获知,使用效率低造成极大的浪费。同时在特定空气质量的过滤时,难以根据空气质量选择滤网类型,造成较大的风阻,影响空气净化效率。
发明内容
为克服现有缺点,本发明目的在于提供一种模块化空气过滤装置。该装置在工作时间使用的紫外线消毒灯和过滤器一体化设计的方案,可以在临床或实验活动期间进行使用,实现实时对空气进行消毒灭菌和净化的作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种紫外线消毒灯,包括紫外灯管(71)、弧形面罩(72)、平行格栅(73)、控制系统(74),其特征在于:平行格栅(73)、紫外灯管(71)和弧形面罩(72)依次排布;紫外灯管(71)通过其后部的双层弧形面罩(72)将紫外光线汇聚,通过前置的平行格栅(73)使灯光形成平行光线投射至屋顶。
作为一种优选方式,所述弧形面罩(72)为双圆弧“】”形反光板结构,所述双圆弧“】”沿光路依次设置,对紫外灯管(71)所发出的紫外光进行双重反射。
作为一种优选方式,还包括人流传感器和照度传感器,所述控制系统(74)根据人流传感器和照度传感器所述人流传感器和照度传感器控制紫外线消毒灯的运行,当有检测到有人要进场时,控制系统(74)自动触发电源开关,紫外灯管(71)启动。
作为一种优选方式,一种模块化空气过滤装置,包括电源模块、控制模块、空气流动驱动模块,其特征在于:还包括一个或多个滤网模块(2),所述滤网模块(2)有多种滤网类型,能够对其流过的风速进行控制。
作为一种优选方式,还包括空气质量传感器,该空气传感器设置于滤网模块(2)内或过滤装置其它位置,检测空气中颗粒含量、特定气体含量、温度和湿度。
作为一种优选方式,在所述滤网模块(2)空气流通的方向上设置有一个或多个可控贯通孔(28),控制模块根据设定要求或空气质量控制可控贯通孔(28)的开闭。
作为一种优选方式,在所述滤网模块(2)为抽屉状长方体结构,可拆卸安装;所述滤网模块(2)还包括接口电路(26)、指示灯(24)、弹性凹槽(21)和弹性凸台(22);当所述滤网模块(2)装入后,控制模块通过对应的接口电路与所述接口电路(26)连接,读取滤网模块(2)的类型和使用信息,根据空气质量数据计算滤网模块(2)工作状态,并通过接口电路(26)回传记录该数据,通过指示灯(24)对工作状态进行指示;弹性凹槽(21)、弹性凸台(22)分别设置于所述滤网模块(2)的上下表面,与其相邻的所述滤网模块(2)配合构成密闭风道。
作为一种优选方式,在所述滤网模块(2)还包括多个凸起(29),所述多个凸起(29)设置于所述滤网模块(2)两侧,通过过滤装置对应侧板(4)上的凹槽轨道实现抽拉安装替换;所述多个凸起(29)间的距离依次增大或减小;所述侧板(4)内表面有一个、两个或多个横槽(41)和多个纵槽(42),所述横槽(41)和纵槽(42)相互交叉贯通,所述纵槽(42)间的距离在凸起(29)对应方向上依次增大或减小。
作为一种优选方式,滤网模块(2)内部由粗滤网、静电场、紫外灯管、溶菌酶hepa过滤网、纳米碳球过滤网、纳米银过滤网等现有空气过滤之一或其组合构成单一或复合过滤网。
作为一种优选方式,所述控制模块能够对滤网模块(2)的类型和接入顺序进行检测,根据存储的类型和接入顺序判断是否存在安装异常并对异常数据进行提示报警。
作为一种优选方式,所述空气流动驱动模块可以固定设置于空气过滤装置内,也可以设置于滤网模块(2)内部实现可拆卸。
作为一种优选方式,包括权利要求4-11任一模块化空气过滤装置,在所述空气过滤装置上设置如利要求1-3任一紫外线消毒灯。
作为一种优选方式,该装置可以为壁挂式或柜式。
本发明结构简单,设计合理,安装使用方使,实现成本低,使用寿命长,空气中绝大部分悬生颗粒都能被有效吸收,空气净化效果好,同时又能对病原微生物进行紫外消毒。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例并对照附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种智能紫外线消毒过滤装置,参考图1,包括柜式机体1,滤网模块2,显示控制模块3,侧板4,出风口6,紫外线消毒模块7组成和轮子组5成。柜式机体1由一个、两个或多个滤网模块2的前面板和控制显示模块3构成前壁,后背板(图中未示出)构成后壁,两侧板4构成侧壁,出风口6和紫外线消毒模块7构成上面,最底层滤网模块2的底面对应的保护网(图中未示出)构成底面。其中滤网模块2卡接在两侧板之间,形成进风通道,对由底部进入的空气进行净化后由顶部出风口6排出。所述的紫外线消毒模块7由紫外线灯和距离探测模块组成。其中所述的距离探测模块由红外测距仪、激光测距仪等组成。该装置还包括空气指标传感器,如PM2.5传感器,PM10传感器,甲醛传感器等。
参考图2,对滤网模块2作进一步描述。滤网模块2类似一抽屉状长方体,其前表面上有把手23和指示灯24;后表面有与柜式机体1后背板连接的电路接口26;两侧面有多个凸起29与柜式机体1的两个侧板4对应的凹槽配合,使得滤网模块2能推入或拉出柜式机体1;上表面四周有弹性凹槽21,弹性凹槽21所围绕的范围内还具有出风网状物27,一个、两个或多个可控贯通孔28上沿;下表面四周有弹性凸台22,弹性凸台22所围绕的范围内还具有入风网状物(图中未示出),可控贯通孔28的下沿。相邻间滤网模块2的弹性凹槽21和弹性凸台22相互挤压配合形成密闭气流通道。电路接口26与显示控制模块3的接口电路相连,储存和记录所属滤网信息,并在指示灯24或显示控制模块3处进行显示。
滤网模块2内部由粗滤网、静电场、紫外灯管、溶菌酶hepa过滤网、纳米碳球过滤网、纳米银过滤网等现有滤网形式构成单一或复合过滤网,以实现不同功能的过滤模块。根据空气过滤需求将不同功能的滤网模块2根据一定的安装顺序构成完整的空气过滤回路。所述各种功能滤网相对于滤网模块2可拆卸。
参考图3,对滤网模块2的基础上去除可控贯通孔28,将内部过滤模块置换为风扇或其它风驱动装置即构成空气驱动模块,将其与其它滤网模块2配合使用,根据空气过滤需求与不同功能的滤网模块2根据一定的安装顺序构成完整的空气过滤回路。
参考图4,对侧板4作进一步描述。侧板4内表面有一个、两个或多个横槽41和纵槽42,所述横槽41和纵槽42相互交叉贯通,其贯通连接处有倒角。所述纵槽42由柜式机体1背面至前面方向。
侧板4与滤网模块2插接配合。以四个凸起29举例说明,所述凸起29按照由滤网模块2背面至前面方向其相互间隔依次为L1、L2、L3。对应纵槽42也是四个,侧板4由柜式机体1背面至前面方向其相互间隔依次为L1、L2、L3,其中L1<L2<L3或L1>L2>L3。滤网模块2由柜式机体1前面推入侧板4,凸起29卡入的横槽41进行滑动;当滤网模块2整体推入柜式机体1时,凸起29推入横槽41的特定位置,此时凸起29与纵槽42对齐并滑入纵槽42,与下层滤网模块2压紧配合。在推入过程中由于各个凸起29、各个纵槽42的依次增大或减小使得两者不会在中途卡和以至于提前卡入纵槽42。将所需的各种类型的滤网模块2推入横槽41并滑入纵槽42后,可动顶板8顶住最上层滤网模块2实现各个模型挤压配合形成密封风道。
在一个实施例中,配置滤网模块2:粗滤型滤网模块2,主要去除空气中的纤维、毛发、棉絮等较粗的颗粒;静电场型滤网模块2,通过静电场杀灭空气中的细菌、病毒、螨虫等;高效复合型滤网模块2,由溶菌酶hepa过滤网和银离子纳米复合材料过滤网组成,能够杀灭各种微生物,过滤病毒和细菌;空气驱动型滤网模块2,配置风扇为驱动源。将滤网模块2按照由下往上依次为粗滤型滤网模块2、空气驱动型滤网模块2、静电场型滤网模块2、高效复合型滤网模块2,形成完整过滤风道。
在一个实施例中,配置滤网模块2,将滤网模块2设置为复合型,复合初虑、活性炭、精虑等;空气驱动型滤网模块2,配置风扇为驱动源。将滤网模块2按照由下往上依次为复合型滤网模块2、空气驱动型滤网模块2,形成完整过滤风道。
在一个实施例中,将空气驱动装置设置在柜式机体1上端,其它滤网配置为单一型或复合型。还包括空气质量传感器,该空气传感器设置于滤网模块(2)内或过滤装置其它位置,检测空气中颗粒含量、特定气体含量、温度和湿度。
参考图5-7紫外线消毒模块7作进一步描述。在一个实施例中,根据本发明所述的可在工作时间使用的紫外线消毒灯,采用将紫外线平行投射到工作室屋顶的顶层的方式,可用于空气中潜在病原微生物的场所进行空气消毒的紫外灯装置。置于工作区时,可以实现实时对空气进行消毒灭菌的作用。
如图5所示,可在工作时间使用的紫外线消毒灯,包括紫外灯管71、双层弧形面罩72、平行格栅73、控制系统74。其中,在消毒灯的中后部设置多组紫外灯管71,紫外灯管71受到控制系统74的控制,当有实验人员进入门诊、病房、药房、实验室等场所时,控制系统74自动触发电源开关,紫外灯管71启动,通过双层弧形面罩72,将紫外光线汇聚,再通过前置的平行格栅73,使灯光形成平行光线,并且只在顶部形成紫外灯照射面,将其投射到场所屋顶,当顶层室内空气通过自然流动到屋顶部时就会被紫外线照射,空气中的细菌病毒被杀灭,从而实现实时对室内空气进行消毒灭菌的作用。
如图5所示,所述双层弧形面罩72包括一层前部的圆弧形面罩和一层后部的圆弧“】”形反光板。其中,紫外灯管1设置在前部的圆弧形面罩的底部,后部的圆弧“】”形反光板将紫外灯管1和前部的圆弧形面罩包裹住。如果必要,所述后部的圆弧“】”形反光板连为一体,以防止光线从后部泄露。由于紫外灯管1前面的圆弧形发光板形成发射光,紫外灯管1后面留有一个空隙,光线通过后面的空隙到达后部“】”形反光板,形成第二次平行线。
根据需要,所述多组紫外灯管71可以为多组。从而,如图7所示,从紫外灯管71发出的光线通过双层弧形面罩72的反射和折射,已经能够形成基本平行的出射光。再经过前部平行格栅73的作用,可以完全保证光线的平行度,防止出现出射光线在其他方向的泄露。
在一个实施例中,如图6所示,根据本发明所述的控制系统74包括驱动电路、射频接收器、射频触发器、射频转换器、微处理器、人流传感器和照度传感器。
其中,人流传感器和照度传感器设置在门诊、病房、药房、实验室等场所,用于感知门诊、病房、药房、实验室等场所内是否具有人员活动情况和室内光线情况。人流传感器和照度传感器感测到的信号汇集到微处理器中,经微处理器处理后传导到射频转换器,再经过射频触发器和射频接收器通过驱动电路控制紫外灯管71。根据所采集到的信号,控制紫外灯管71是否开启以及开启数量。
根据本发明所述的可在工作时间使用的紫外线消毒灯,由于采用屋顶投射的方式,不会对实验人员造成身体照射,可以在实验人员操作的同时进行室内空气的消毒灭菌。
如图8所示为本发明所述一种智能紫外线消毒过滤装置的工作过程。选择滤网模块2的类型并依次推入柜式机体1内相互顶持,可动顶板8顶持最上层滤网模块2,形成密闭气流通道。接通电源开机,初始化控制模块。由电路接口26读取滤网模块2的类型和接入顺序并对与显示控制模块3中的预存数据不匹配则进行提示报警。如果滤网模块2的类型和接入顺序正确,启动风扇。读取空气传感器信号,根据滤网模块2原始数据和传感器信号值判断滤网模块2状态,例如根据滤网模块2的类型、往过过滤空气状况,通过实验拟合数据判定滤网模块2的剩余使用时间。根据用户设定或传感器值与阈值比较值设置贯通孔28的开闭。譬如甲醛传感器检测空气中甲醛值低于预设值则开启活性炭型滤网模块2上的贯通孔28,减小该层滤网的空气阻力。
以上是对发明一种模块化空气过滤装置进行了阐述,用于帮助理解本发明,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,任何未背离本发明原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种模块化空气过滤装置,包括电源模块、控制模块、空气流动驱动模块,其特征在于:还包括一个或多个滤网模块(2),所述滤网模块(2)有多种滤网类型,能够对其流过的风速进行控制;在所述滤网模 块(2)为抽屉状长方体结构,可拆卸安装;所述滤网模块(2)还包括接口电路(26)、指示灯(24)、弹性凹槽(21)和弹性凸台(22);当所述滤网模块(2)装入后,控制模块与所述接口电路(26)连接,读取滤网模块(2)的类型和使用信息,根据空气质量数据计算滤网模块(2)工作状态,并通过接口电路(26)回传记录该数据,通过指示灯(24)对工作状态进行指示;弹性凹槽(21)、弹性凸台(22)分别设置于所述滤网模块(2)的上下表面,与其相邻的所述滤网模块(2)配合构成密闭风道; 在所述滤网模块(2)还包括多个凸起(29),所述多个凸起(29)设置于所述滤网模块(2)两侧,通过过滤装置对应侧板(4)上的凹槽轨道实现抽拉安装替换;所述多个凸起(29)间的距离依次增大或减小;所述侧板(4)内表面有多个横槽(41)和多个纵槽(42),所述横槽(41)和纵槽(42)相互交叉贯通,所述纵槽(42)间的距离在凸起(29)对应方向上依次增大或减小;选择滤网模块(2)的类型并依次推入柜式机体(1)内相互顶持,可动顶板(8)顶持最上层滤网模块(2),形成密闭气流通道;接通电源开机,初始化控制模块;由接口电路 (26)读取滤网模块(2)的类型和接入顺序并对与显示控制模块(3)中的预存数据不匹配则进行提示报警;如果滤网模块(2)的类型和接入顺序正确,启动风扇;读取空气传感器信号,根据滤网模块(2)原始数据和传感器信号值判断滤网模块(2)状态,对滤网模块(2)进行控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述模块化空气过滤装置,还包括空气质量传感器,该空气传感器设置于滤网模块(2)内或过滤装置其它位置,检测空气中颗粒含量、特定气体含量、温度和湿度。
3.根据权利要求2所述模块化空气过滤装置:在所述滤网模块(2)空气流通的方向上设置有一个或多个可控贯通孔(28),控制模块根据设定要求或空气质量控制可控贯通孔(28)的开闭。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述模块化空气过滤装置,滤网模块(2)内部由粗滤网、静电场、紫外灯管、溶菌酶hepa过滤网、纳米碳球过滤网、纳米银过滤网之一或其组合构成过滤网。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述模块化空气过滤装置,所述控制模块能够对滤网模块(2)的类型和接入顺序进行检测,根据存储的类型和接入顺序判断是否存在安装异常并对异常数据进行提示报警。
6.根据权利要求5所述模块化空气过滤装置,所述空气流动驱动模块可以固定设置于空气过滤装置内,也可以设置于滤网模块(2)内部实现可拆卸。
