参考图1和图2,示出了作为机箱的能量管理盒17,用于控制多个电气输出的多个传感器和电子器件。传感器,可以在盒子17的内部或外部。与传感器的通信和远程通信可以是有线或无线的。
通过有线或无线远程通信连接到因特网。除了电连接所需的位置,盒17与周围的物理实施例电绝缘。天线6或22被安装在外部或内部,以满足不同实施例的要求。
具体参考图2,示出了硬件和软件模块。
盒17的印刷电路板(PCB)组件1具有连接器2,3,4,5,6,7,用于与PCB组件1和盒17外部的部件进行电连接。连接器2是电源输入连接器,其通过导线32被连接到电力网交流电压源31。连接器5是外部传感器,其通过导线35连接到可选数量的外部传感器8。连接器6通过导线36连接到可变数量的串行端口9。连接器4是低电压输出连接器,其通过导线41连接到低压电气输出端40。
盒17绝缘或支撑电气部件。它可以由几个部分构成。在任何实施例中,盒17可以包围或连接到其他盒17或盒29。
PCB组件1可以由几个部分构成。电路45,46和47表示PCB组件1的各部件之间的连接。输入信号或固件可以在制造或操作过程中激活PCB组件1的各部分。
电路45被连接到连接器2,3和4以及模块13,14,15和16,模块13,14,15和16以电力网电压工作或接近高电压。
模块13产生低压直流电流,用于模块18中的蓄能以及用于需要低压直流的其它模块。模块14测量用于电气输出33的电流。模块15是输入和输出处理器,用于经由连接器2和电线32,通过电源31,与外部能量管理盒进行电力线通信。模块16是控制电力网电压输出33的功率控制器。模块38控制低电压输出40。
电路46连接PCB组件1中的所有内部模块和电路。上面描述了模块13,14,15,16和38。
模块18用于由模块13产生的低压蓄能。如果电力网电压31不可用,它继续为低压模块供电。模块19是连接到PCB组件1或盒17的一个或多个传感器。模块20是用于图2所示的所有模块的可编程微控制器。它包含通过串行连接块6或外部天线块7或内部天线模块22上传的固件。模块21是用于接收和传输数据或控制信号的无线通信处理模块。可以根据特定实施例和链接的能量管理盒的需要,对模块21进行编程,用于多个协议。模块22是安装在PCB组件1或盒17上的可变数量的内部天线。
电路47控制与连接器5的通信,与连接器6的串行通信以及与内部天线模块22或天线10的射频通信。
盒29包围传感器8,串行端口9和外部天线10中的任何一个或全部。可以将一个以上的盒29连接到盒17。传感器11经由内部天线模块22或外部天线10无线地连接到PCB组件1。
管23代表通过有线和无线连接与因特网或局域网进行数字通信的网络。管23提供Web服务24,25,26,27和28。在本例中,服务24是数据存储服务。服务25是身份提供和个人数据存储。服务26是数据分析服务,其包括历史传感器值与最近值的时序比较。这些被称为变化。服务27是对因特网连接的设备(如Web浏览器或智能手机应用)的传感器值和变化的呈现。服务28是控制服务的手段。它远程控制来自模块16或38的电气输出或修改模块20或21中的固件。
图3显示了两个或更多个能量管理盒的网络。为了清楚,未示出盒或机箱。
PCB组件1经由电力网连接器2和电线50,经由连接器2*连接到PCB组件1*。电线50通过电力网电源电路传送数字信号。电线50*将数字信号传播到更多的PCB组件1*。PCB组件1经由连接器6,端口9和导线51,经由端口9*和连接器6*连接到PCB组件1*。电线51通过低压电路传送数字信号。电线51*将数字信号传播到更多的PCB组件1*
在盒的网络中,当电力网供电电源不可用时,至少有一个盒持续连接到因特网。它通知Web服务:电源已丧失。
图4示出了作为本发明的实施例的智能电源插座。模块100是包含如图2中所述的内部盒的机箱。机箱100具有固定件200,其将机箱固定于具有电力网供电电源的托板。传感器300是嵌入在机箱100的面板中的运动传感器。
电源由英国标准13安培电源插座400提供。电流由内部功率传感器测量并由致动器控制。开关500可用于将电源与插座400隔离。指示器600示出是否在向插座400供电。
该实施例可以用作独自生活的老年人的健康监护仪的硬件。软件每小时分析数据,以监视相对于正常行为的变化,并在Web浏览器或智能手机应用上显示结果。
几个这样的智能电源插座可以在新建筑物中联网,作为标准电源插座的替代品,或作为现有设备中的替换电源插座。
类似的系统如图5所示。这里,与图4系统一样,插座通常由专业安装人员安装,并将替换现有插座。为了确保数据的有效GSM传输,插座可以适配在墙壁上,并且不能适配在金属手提箱内。因此,该永久性安装提供了家中不可拆卸的传感器系统。(设备中的插头有可能被用户拆除)。另外,固定的位置确保了可靠的GSM传输。安装必须包括对GSM网络覆盖的评估。
在插座中,定制电子组件提供功能,以支持电源监控,控制,其他传感器测量和与因特网的通信。该单元可以支持与附加智能电源插座或位于设备内的远程传感器的通信。蓝牙低功耗,Wi-Fi,以太网或其他通信系统(如SigFox),也可以被安置在内。
该系统包含具有两种功能的低压直流蓄能系统。
(a)在有限的时间内操作微控制器系统,使得在电力网电源断电期间保持通信。将电力网电源丧失通知外部监控软件。
(b)提供足以操作远程通信模块的峰值电流,允许并入较小的交流-直流(AC toDC)转换器。
该单元被设计以满足所有必要的安全和EMC标准,以获得CE认证。
插座被开发成具有不同内部功能和选项的多个版本。
该系统可以全部包括或选择性包括以下子组件:
·低功率微控制器系统206。所实现的微控制器子系统使用可由空中编程(OTA)支持的专有程序。固件程序变更可以在安装后通过远程无线接入来实现;
·交流-直流转换器208,为微控制器和相关电子设备供电;
·锂电池210;
·包含电子器件的PCB组件212;
·使用例如经由模拟接口连接的被动式红外传感器的运动检测器214;
·电流感测线圈216,其在使用中测量所观察的器具(其可以是例如经由电力网电源线连接的水壶218)的电流消耗;
·温度传感器220;
·通往插座的环路电源222(输入电压);
·一个或多个13A开关插座224;和
·内部GSM天线226。
系统还可以包括通信接口电路228,诸如WIFI,蓝牙或以太网/电力网电路。
微控制器系统206包括,但不限于,
·非易失性程序存储器,包含操作系统和程序固件。即使在电源或网络故障的情况下,存储器也提供用于存储本地采集的数据的手段。这些数据随后可以在系统恢复时被访问;
·足够的RAM用于程序执行和计算;
·GSM通信模块;
·数字输入和输出;
·逻辑输入和输出;和
·电池的集成充电系统。
该插座使用适配在机箱中的PCB组件构建,所述机箱由电源插座面板和经修改的市售插座盒制成。部件被嵌入在PCB中,与焊接的电线或夹子连接。低压和高压的分离采用成形的绝缘塑料模制品实现。
电子器件可以被小型化设置在盒子内,其可以适配在宽范围的国际化托板和面板设计中。与外部部件的连接通过连接器块进行。
物理设计确保电子器件可以适配在现有的电源插座中或作为新插座组件的一部分。这样的设计将能够实现对于现有的墙壁电源插座的改造。可以更换备用电池,而无需触及电源插座盒内的部件。
电源插座盒包含微控制器和电子器件,它存在于所有有用例子中。对于其位置相对于传感器不是最佳位置的电源插座,可以使用有线或无线方式来连接包含外部传感器的外部电源盒。
应当理解,前述仅仅是实施例及其使用的一些示例。本领域技术人员将容易理解,在不脱离本发明的真实范围的情况下,可以对其进行修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种能量管理模块或盒,包括用于连接到电力网供电电源的连接装置,用于物理连接到一个或多个外部电气设备的装置,用于与因特网进行数据通信的数据传输和接收装置,以及控制装置,所述控制装置用于使用用所述数据传输和接收装置从所述因特网接收的数据,控制到所述一个或多个外部电气设备的电气输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模块,还包括输入电源功率测量传感器或其他传感器,以及电气输出控制器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的模块,还包括数字通信能力,并且经由因特网由web服务来对其进行控制。
4.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的模块,其被配置为有线或无线地连接到包含传感器或其他输入装置的其他外部能量管理模块或盒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的模块,其被配置为通过电力网布线或低压布线与一个或多个其它模块进行数字通信,其可以具有不同的传感器或电气输出或数字通信部件的配置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的模块,其被配置为将传感器数据传输到web服务,并且接收数据,以控制一个或多个模块或盒的电气输出。
7.根据权利要求5所述的模块,其被配置为在掉电之后通过因特网与任何互连的模块或盒进行通信。
8.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的模块,其中所述控制装置由固件控制,并且被配置为使用空中OTA通信进行更新。
9.一种处理使用根据权利要求6所述的模块网络所收集的传感器数据或处理其他所收集的时间序列数据的方法,其中所述传感器数据或所述时间序列数据在使用中识别传感器数据的模式的变化或预测对电功率的未来需求。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括根据连接到因特网或其他远程通信网络的软件应用来发布结果。
