Abstract

多孔的模块化输送带通常用于传送食品。部分食品可能折断并卡在位于多孔输送带中的开口的侧面中。清洁输送带以去除和移除这种碎屑是耗时的。在输送涂有脂肪、油脂或粘性液体的食物产品时还会出现另一个问题。例如,培根的厚片或切片倾向于粘附至位于输送带运行的末端处的输送带的输送表面。如果当输送带绕着末端链轮时它们附着在输送带上,它们则不会继续进入下游输送机。
发明内容

具体实施方式
图1示出了体现本发明的特征的可用于带式输送机系统的链轮。链轮10具有中心轴向钻孔12和外周边14。两组16、17的齿18从周边14径向向外延伸,以用于接合输送带并使输送带的方向转向。在此示例中,每组中的齿绕着链轮的周边周向间隔隔开。第一组16中的齿相对于第二组17中的齿周向且轴向地偏移。作为另一种示例,可以使用仅具有单周向列的齿的链轮。或者,可以像使用链轮一样使用具有带齿的外表面的滚筒。因此,一个或多个链轮或者宽滚筒可以用作用于输送带的转向元件。

Claims (7)

1.一种输送机,包括:
输送带,所述输送带具有跨越其宽度间隔隔开并从内侧至外部输送侧延伸穿过所述输送带的厚度的开口;
转向元件,所述转向元件具有径向向外延伸至顶端并且从所述内侧被接纳在成列的所述开口中的齿,所述齿的所述顶端延伸超出所述输送带的外部输送表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送机,其特征在于,所述齿的深度大于所述输送带的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输送机,其特征在于,所述转向元件具有周边,所述齿从所述周边径向向外地从根部端延伸至远侧的所述顶端,以用于从从动侧接合所述输送带,从所述根部端到所述顶端的距离限定所述齿的整个深度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的输送机,其特征在于,所述输送带是模块化输送带,所述模块化输送带由相互铰接在一起的一个或多个带模块的列构成,所述列中的每个沿着厚度从外部输送侧延伸至内部从动侧,所述齿的所述整个深度大于所述模块化输送带的所述列的所述厚度,使得当所述模块化输送带绕着所述转向元件的所述周边的一部分缠绕时,所述齿中的一些延伸穿过所述开口并且所述齿的所述顶端突出于位于所述转向元件的所述周边上的所述列的所述外部输送侧。

6.一种用于从输送带释放产品并清洁碎屑的方法,包括:

将所述输送带绕着转动的转向元件的周边缠绕,以在所述输送机的末端处使所述输送带的方向转向;
使从所述转向元件的所述周边径向向外伸出的齿延伸穿过所述开口并超出所述输送带的所述输送侧,以将碎屑从所述开口推出并破坏所述产品与所述输送侧的粘附,以便将所述产品传离所述输送机的所述末端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,进一步包括,通过位于转动的所述转向元件上的驱动齿驱动所述输送带。
