Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有用于压缩超高压气体或液体的超高压或液压多腔室电动压缩机或电动泵,由多个不同尺寸的同心腔室形成,其中每个腔室包含较小的腔室于其内,腔室之间安装有电动机或泵,使得流体能够以增大的压力被引入内腔中。
Description
技术领域
本发明是对专利申请号为CL 2006-2331的发明专利“用于产生超高压的多腔室电动泵”,以及专利申请号为CL 2012-0239的发明专利“具有电动泵的多腔室,其腔室加外部不具有电机泵或用于其安装的空间,直到m个室之后…”的专利申请的改进;其应用于不同领域中,具有多种用途:如使用超高压对食品进行杀菌,使得食品具有相比于通过温度进行杀菌时更好的口感;或使用超高静水压加速的液体射流切割金属板,实现更精确的切割并且不会改变与氧燃料熔合的材料的特性;也可通过超高静水压力以烧结可供使用和制造的具有所需形状的新的超耐材料。
背景技术
现有技术的方案是基于通过具有超高压泵的多腔室实现超高静水压力的新方法的发展所给出的:
在第一个专利申请No.CL 2006-2331中,每个电动机泵只有一个腔室,并且其可以达到为电动机所用的材料的拉伸强度的3倍或10倍或更多倍的静态压力。其所达到的超高压,可用于食品工业,超高压烧结以及超高压材料切割。
接着进一步进行了改进,改进包括对每个电动泵设置多个腔室,由于更好地承受压力差;使得其具有比腔室更少的电动泵,以达到相同的超高压。在该第二种情况下,例如,在初始没有电动泵的情况下,在多腔室的外部施加600MPa的压力并将其注入具有3个腔室的多腔室中,仅进入第四腔室才具有第一电动泵。然后,第一电动泵产生从600MPa到1000MPa的压力,这些压力被注入到腔室5和6中,然后这些压力被输送到产生从1,000MPa到1,400MPa的另一个电动泵,以及根据多腔室的设计更进一步地被输送。
该系统相比第一种系统更为高效,因为其通过具有多个腔室的电动泵,能够承受多于一个腔室,所述腔室具有与一组同心腔室相等厚度的壁部。
电动泵非常简单,实质上它们是两个类似的部件:一个部件是具有一个缸体的活塞,所述缸体刚性地或牢固地连接到另一个类似的部件;使得活塞匹配或配合到另一部件的缸体中。
由于在电动泵本身的缸体和活塞之间产生作用和反作用力,其不需要安装在固体上,用柔性管固定就足够了。因此,由于其是泵或在液体上运行,其也可以是气体操作的压缩机,如在本申请中所作的改进。
发明内容
具体实施方式
本改进的目的是清楚地表明,为了获得超高的静水压或等静压,可以开始压缩气体,例如氦气,氩气等,以达到例如3,000MPa大气压的压力,然后,气体通过压力的作用转化为液体,以在后续阶段中继续压缩所述液体。
在更外部的阶段中,气体被压缩,直到气体达到转变为液体的压力和温度的水平,使得电动压缩机必须开始用液体运行,即像电动泵。由于阀门可以与气体或液体一起工作,因此不存在问题。
但是,液体具有比气体更低的压缩性,使得一旦其被转化为液体,其所在的腔室必须具有足够的空间,使得压力不会随着电动泵的泵送而过度上升或下降;或者电动泵必须相对于腔室足够小,使得当电动泵运行时压力不会上升或下降。
具有多腔室的电动泵或电动压缩机,虽然其不包含显著的变化,但是据估计它是与气体一起工作的显著改进,因为它允许通过电能极大地促进热量供应到更高水平。
Claims (5)
1.一种多腔室电动压缩机或电动泵,其由具有不同尺寸的多个腔室形成以使所述多个腔室同心,所述电动压缩机或电动泵被配置为使得无论在每个腔室的内部均包含所有较小的腔室,在所述腔室之间安装电动机和气动或液压泵或压缩机,以便允许流体在较高压力下被引入内腔,其中,每个电动机和特定的泵或压缩机与进入所述腔室和所述电动机的具有同所述压缩机或所述泵相同的压力的流体相作用,并且将所述电动机的流体在较低压力下排放到前一腔室或如果是第一电动机时则排放到外部,并且所述泵或所述压缩机在较高压力下将流体朝向内腔排放;使得在最内腔中可实现超高压值,并且可以用于在超高压下烧结,如果由喷嘴喷出时,可以用于切割材料;可用于超高压食品加工;可以具有用于加热部件或流体等的机构。
2.一种多腔室电动压缩机或电动泵,其由具有由不同尺寸的多个腔室形成以使所述多个腔室同心,所述电动压缩机或电动泵被配置为使得无论在每个腔室的内部均包含所有较小的腔室,在所述腔室之间安装电动机和气动或液压泵或压缩机,以便允许流体在较高压力下被引入内腔,其中,将压力为P1的泵送流体输入第一腔室,如果所述流体处于低于P1的压力,则所述流体进入电动机外部,增加腔室1的压力,否则所述流体进入所述电动机1的内部,并且当所述电动机充满时,所述流体连接到所述压缩机或所述泵,使得所述电动机和所述泵或所述压缩机被填充,打开所述电动机的排出阀,并且同时另一个止回阀将所述流体从所述压缩机或所述泵朝向高压腔室2排出;所述腔室1中的压力将被降低,因为所述电动机和所述压缩机已经排空,因此新的流体泵送进入所述电动机,直至压力达到P1并且再次开始填充所述电动机1,同时开始填充所述压缩机,再次将流体从所述电动机及所述泵或所述压缩机内排出;当压力到达P2时,所述腔室2也开始操作电动压缩机或电动泵2直到到达压力P3;腔室2,3,n中的每个电动泵或电动压缩机以相同的方式起作用,使得压力压缩到P2,P3,Pn,该压力高于多腔室材料的拉伸强度。
