在连续葡萄糖监测(CGM)领域中的医疗技术领域,EP 2 415 395 A1中提出了一种类似的组件。该文献公开了一种与刚性基板相结合的可植入传感器装置,其是借助于膏药来固定到身体的一次性物品或身体安装件(body-mount)的一部分。在这方面,期望至少几天的穿戴期。因此,应避免载体膏药无意中从身体脱离。
在此基础上,本发明的目的在于进一步改进已知的装置,并且为可靠、长期的使用实现提高的效率,并同时实现不复杂的操纵。
提出权利要求1中所述的特征的组合来实现该目的。本发明的有利实施例和另外的改进方案由从属权利要求得到。
本发明基于将传感器设置成固定连接到膏药的想法。相应地,根据本发明提出了膏药具有折片,其被粘附到所述传感器的在测量部分和接触部分之间的中间部段。这些措施保证了传感器被牢固和舒适地附接到患者的皮肤,特别是在移动可能导致错误测量结果的植入区域中。此外,由于直接附接到柔性结构,所以实现了在施用部位处对局部身体形状的更好的顺应,同时可以避免刚性基板。因此,增加了可能的穿戴时间,并且降低了由于剪切力导致的分离的风险。此外,组件的设计更简单,并且生产不那么复杂。
一个优选实施例提供的是,所述折片形成为所述膏药的部分切出或穿孔段,使得当所述折片被折起时在所述膏药中提供开口供所述传感器的中间部段通过。因此,同时利用简单的措施为传感器提供了穿通开口和连接元件。
在一个特定实施例中,所述折片通过优选为U形或C形的切割线来限定,使得材料桥保持完整以将所述折片可弯曲地连接到其余的膏药。

参照附图,一种用于长期诊断应用的穿戴在身体上的医疗传感器组件1包括适于粘附在患者的皮肤12上的柔性贴片或膏药10以及构造成用于透皮测量生理参数的传感器14,其中,膏药10具有永久地粘附到传感器14的折片(flap)16。

15.根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的医疗传感器组件,其特征在于,所述传感器(14)是适于连续葡萄糖监测的葡萄糖传感器。
