本发明提供一种显示方法和显示装置,该显示方法应用于一显示装置,所述显示装置包括多条栅线和多条数据线,所述显示方法包括:将所述显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,其中,每一分区包括至少一条栅线;在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,控制所述显示装置的栅极驱动电路逐个向每一分区中的栅线输入开启电压,并控制所述显示装置的源极驱动电路向每一数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压。本发明中,在显示装置关机或掉电时,分区打开栅线,并向所有数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压,以控制逐个控制每一分区中的亚像素显示黑画面,避免产生画面残留,且由于分区打开栅线,因而,栅极驱动电路产生的冲击电流变小,从而可防止栅极驱动电路的线路烧毁。

一种显示方法和显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示方法和显示装置。
背景技术
显示装置在关机或异常掉电时,容易产生画面残留现象。为了解决上述问题,现有技术中,可以在显示装置关机或者异常掉电时,控制栅极驱动电路同时向所有栅线输入正常开启电压,并控制源极驱动电路向所有数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压,从而使整个显示画面呈黑色。但是,栅极驱动电路同时向所有栅线输入正常开启电压的瞬间,会产生极大的冲击电流(Inrush current),容易导致栅极驱动电路的线路烧毁。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种显示方法和显示装置,用于解决现有技术中在显示装置关机或异常掉电时,控制栅极驱动电路同时向所有栅线输入正常开启电压,容易导致栅极驱动电路的线路烧毁的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种显示方法,应用于一显示装置,所述显示装置包括多条栅线和多条数据线,所述显示方法包括:
将所述显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,其中,每一分区包括至少一条栅线;
在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,控制所述显示装置的栅极驱动电路逐个向每一分区中的栅线输入开启电压;
控制所述显示装置的源极驱动电路向每一数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压。
优选地,所述开启电压为所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。
优选地,所述开启电压小于所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。
优选地,所述开启电压为驱动集成电路芯片的电源电压AVDD。
优选地,每一所述分区中的栅线的条数相同,所述栅极驱动电路向相邻分区输入开启电压的时间间隔相同。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括多条栅线和多条数据线,还包括:
划分模块,用于将所述显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,其中,每一分区包括至少一条栅线;
第一控制模块,用于在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,控制所述显示装置的栅极驱动电路逐个向每一分区中的栅线输入开启电压;
第二控制模块,用于控制所述显示装置的源极驱动电路向每一数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压。
优选地,所述开启电压为所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。
优选地,所述开启电压小于所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。
优选地,所述开启电压为驱动集成电路芯片的电源电压AVDD。

本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
本发明实施例中,将显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,每一分区中包括至少一条栅线,并在显示装置关机或掉电时,分区打开栅线,并向所有数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压,以控制逐个控制每一分区中的亚像素显示黑画面,避免产生画面残留,且由于分区打开栅线,因而,栅极驱动电路产生的冲击电流变小,从而可防止栅极驱动电路的线路烧毁。

实施例一
请参考图1,图1为本发明实施例一的显示方法的流程示意图,该显示方法应用于一显示装置,所述显示装置包括多条栅线和多条数据线,所述多条栅线和多条数据线限定的像素区域中设置有多个亚像素,所述显示方法包括:
步骤S11:将所述显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,其中,每一分区包括至少一条栅线;
所述多个分区按照行方式排列,每一分区中包括至少一条栅线,相邻分区不存在重叠。
步骤S12:在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,控制所述显示装置的栅极驱动电路逐个向每一分区中的栅线输入开启电压;
即,控制栅极驱动电路按照预设时间间隔逐个向每一分区输入开启电压,且向一分区输入开启电压时,同时向该分区的所有栅线输入开启电压。
也就是说,属于同一分区的所有栅线同时打开。
所谓开启电压是指与栅线连接的开关薄膜晶体管的开启电压,所谓栅线打开是指与该栅线连接的开关薄膜晶体管打开。
步骤S13:控制所述显示装置的源极驱动电路向每一数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压。
输入0灰阶对应的电压后,对应的亚像素显示黑色。
本发明实施例中,将显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,每一分区中包括至少一条栅线,并在显示装置关机或掉电时,分区打开栅线,并向所有数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压,以控制逐个控制每一分区中的亚像素显示黑画面,避免产生画面残留,且由于分区打开栅线,因而,栅极驱动电路产生的冲击电流变小,从而可防止栅极驱动电路的线路烧毁。
本发明实施例中,优选地,可以按照显示区域的从上到下,或从下到上的方式,依次向每一分区中的栅线输入开启电压。
本发明实施例中,优选地,每一所述分区中的栅线的条数相同,当然,在本发明的其他一些实施例中,也不排除分区中的栅线的条数不同的可能。
本发明实施例中,优选地,所有相邻分区中的栅线打开的时间间隔相同,举例来说,第一个分区与第二个分区中的栅线打开的时间间隔为0.1秒,第二个分区和第三个分区中的栅线打开的时间间隔为0.1秒……当然在本发明的其他一些实施例中,相邻分区中的栅线打开的时间间隔也可以不同。
上述实施例中,在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,栅极驱动电路向栅线输入的开启电压可以为所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。该种情况下,不需要修改开启电压,使用现有的开启电压即可。当开关薄膜晶体管为NMOS类型的薄膜晶体管时,显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压通常为VGH,关闭电压通常为VGL,当开关薄膜晶体管为PMOS类型的薄膜晶体管时,显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压通常为VGL,关闭电压通常为VGH。
当然,为进一步降低在打开栅线时栅极驱动电路产生的冲击电流,优选地,在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,栅极驱动电路向栅线输入的开启电压还可以小于所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。
下面举例对在显示装置关机或掉电时,栅极驱动电路向栅线输入的开启电压小于所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压的情况进行说明。
实施例二
请参考图2,图2为本发明实施例二的显示方法的流程示意图,该显示方法应用于一显示装置,所述显示装置包括多条栅线和多条数据线,所述多条栅线和多条数据线限定的像素区域中设置有多个亚像素,所述显示方法包括:
步骤S21:将所述显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,其中,每一分区包括至少一条栅线;
步骤S22:在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,控制所述显示装置的栅极驱动电路逐个向每一分区中的栅线输入开启电压,所述开启电压为驱动集成电路芯片的电源电压AVDD,ADVV小于显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。
AVDD电压一般都在5~6.5V。
步骤S23:控制所述显示装置的源极驱动电路向每一数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压。
本发明实施例中,在显示装置关机或掉电时,栅极驱动电路向栅线输入的开启电压为驱动集成电路芯片的电源电压AVDD,驱动集成电路芯片的电源电压AVDD小于所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压,因而能够进一步降低在打开栅线时栅极驱动电路产生的冲击电流,此外,由于AVDD是驱动集成电路芯片本身自带产生的电压,因而不需另外产生,且AVDD的驱动能力也较大。
实施例三
本发明实施例三还提供一种显示装置,包括多条栅线和多条数据线,还包括:
划分模块,用于将所述显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,其中,每一分区包括至少一条栅线;
第一控制模块,用于在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,控制所述显示装置的栅极驱动电路逐个向每一分区中的栅线输入开启电压;
第二控制模块,用于控制所述显示装置的源极驱动电路向每一数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压。
本发明实施例中,将显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,每一分区中包括至少一条栅线,并在显示装置关机或掉电时,分区打开栅线,并向所有数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压,以逐个控制每一分区中的亚像素显示黑画面,避免产生画面残留,且由于分区打开栅线,因而,栅极驱动电路产生的冲击电流变小,从而可防止栅极驱动电路的线路烧毁。
在本发明的一实施例中,在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,栅极驱动电路向栅线输入的开启电压为所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压,该种情况下,不需要修改开启电压,使用现有的开启电压即可。
在本发明的一实施例中,在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,栅极驱动电路向栅线输入的开启电压小于所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压,从而进一步降低在打开栅线时栅极驱动电路产生的冲击电流。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,栅极驱动电路向栅线输入的开启电压为驱动集成电路芯片的电源电压AVDD,由于ADVV小于显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压,因而能够进一步降低在打开栅线时栅极驱动电路产生的冲击电流,此外,由于AVDD是驱动集成电路芯片本身自带产生的电压,因而不需另外产生,且AVDD的驱动能力也较大。
本发明实施例中,所述第一控制模块可以设置于驱动集成电路芯片(驱动IC)中,也可以设置于栅极驱动电路中,栅极驱动电路可以为GOA(Gate on Array)电路。
本发明实施例中的显示装置可以为OLED显示装置,也可以为液晶显示装置,当显示装置可为OLED显示装置时,还可以为柔性OLED显示装置。
实施例四
请参考图3,本发明实施例四还提供一种显示装置,该显示装置100包括显示区域110和非显示区域120,显示区域110中设置有多条栅线(图未示出)和多条数据线(图未示出),所述显示区域110被划分为四个分区(分区111、分区112、分区113和分区114),其中,每一分区包括多条栅线,且每一分区中的栅线的个数相同。举例来说,显示区域110中共设置有2560条栅线,则每个分区中包括640条栅线。所述非显示区域120中设置有栅极驱动电路10和源极驱动电路20,栅极驱动电路10与每一栅线连接,源极驱动电路20与每一数据线连接。
本发明实施例的显示装置100还包括驱动集成电路(驱动IC),请参考图4,图4为本发明实施例四的驱动集成电路的结构示意图,该驱动集成电路包括:电平转换模块(LevelShift),缓存器(Buffer)、多工器(MUX)和控制模块,多工器具有两个输入端口和一个输出端口(Output),第一个输入端口与缓存器连接,接收缓存器输入的VGH电压或VGL电压,第二个输入端口接收输入的AVDD电压,多工器中具有切换开关,根据控制模块的控制,使得输出端口输出的电压在由第一个输入端口和第二个输入端口输入的电压之间切换。在显示装置正常显示时,输出端口(Output)向栅极驱动电路10输出VGH电压或VGL电压。在显示装置关机或掉电时,控制模块依次向多工器输入控制信号XAO1、XAO2、XAO3和XAO4,多工器在接收到控制信号之后,将输出端口输出的电压切换为AVDD电压,当接收到控制信号XAO1时,向分区111输入AVDD电压,当接收到控制信号XAO2时,向分区112输入AVDD电压,当接收到控制信号XAO3时,向分区113输入AVDD电压,当接收到控制信号XAO4时,向分区114输入AVDD电压,控制模块向多工器输入的四个控制信号(XAO1、XAO2、XAO3和XAO4)中,相邻的控制信号的输入时间间隔相同。
所述驱动集成电路还包括另一控制模块(图未示出),用于在显示装置开机或掉电时,控制源极驱动电路20向每一数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压。
实施例五
请参考图5,图5为本发明实施例五的显示装置的栅极驱动电路输出的信号的时序图,本发明实施例中,显示装置的显示区域被划分为两个分区,每个分区中包括540条栅线。下面对图5中的信号进行简单说明:GCLK为时钟信号,STV为帧同步面板控制信号,GOUT1~GOUT1080分别为栅极驱动电路向每一条栅线输入的电压信号,XAO1和XAO2为显示装置关机或掉电时,栅极驱动电路产生的用于控制分区中的栅线打开的控制信号,其中XAO1用于控制GOUT1~GOUT540打开,XAO2用于控制GOUT541~GOUT1080打开。
从图5中可以看出,在显示装置正常显示时,栅极驱动电路依次向每一条栅线输入VGH,依次控制每一条栅线打开,在显示装置关机或掉电时,栅极驱动电路首先产生控制信号XAO1,控制GOUT1~GOUT540打开,并将向GOUT1~GOUT540输入的电压拉高为AVDD电压,产生控制信号XAO1预定时间间隔后,产生控制信号XAO2,控制GOUT541~GOUT1080打开,并将向GOUT541~GOUT1080输入的电压拉高为AVDD电压。由于分区打开栅线,因而,栅极驱动电路产生的冲击电流变小,从而可防止栅极驱动电路的线路烧毁。
除非另作定义,本发明中使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本发明中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。同样,“一个”或者“一”等类似词语也不表示数量限制,而是表示存在至少一个。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也相应地改变。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示方法,应用于一显示装置,所述显示装置包括多条栅线和多条数据线,其特征在于,所述显示方法包括:
将所述显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,其中,每一分区包括至少一条栅线;
在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,控制所述显示装置的栅极驱动电路逐个向每一分区中的栅线输入开启电压;
控制所述显示装置的源极驱动电路向每一数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示方法,其特征在于,所述开启电压为所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示方法,其特征在于,所述开启电压小于所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示方法,其特征在于,所述开启电压为驱动集成电路芯片的电源电压AVDD。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示方法,其特征在于,每一所述分区中的栅线的条数相同,所述栅极驱动电路向相邻分区输入开启电压的时间间隔相同。
6.一种显示装置,包括多条栅线和多条数据线,其特征在于,还包括:
划分模块,用于将所述显示装置的显示区域划分为多个分区,其中,每一分区包括至少一条栅线;
第一控制模块,用于在所述显示装置关机或掉电时,控制所述显示装置的栅极驱动电路逐个向每一分区中的栅线输入开启电压;
第二控制模块,用于控制所述显示装置的源极驱动电路向每一数据线输入0灰阶对应的电压。
7.根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述开启电压为所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。
8.根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述开启电压小于所述显示装置正常显示时所述栅极驱动电路向所述栅线输入的开启电压。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述开启电压为驱动集成电路芯片的电源电压AVDD。
10.根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一控制模块设置于驱动集成电路芯片中,或者设置于GOA电路中。
