Abstract

The invention discloses a dumbbell-shaped sample preparation mould and a sample preparation method, wherein the dumbbell-shaped sample preparation mould comprises a base, N interlayer and a top cover; the first cavity of the base and the second cavities in the N interlayer are used for containing polymer solution; the inner wall of the base and the inner wall of each interlayer are in a step shape, so that the middle interlayer is fully embedded on the base, and the (i+1) th interlayer can be embedded on the (i) th interlayer, thereby realizing the sealing of the first cavity of the base and the second cavity of the interlayer. In addition, solution holes are formed in the interlayer, so that the polymer solution added by the upper interlayer can flow into the interlayers below. The invention has good sealing performance, simple polymerization operation, and the number of the intermediate layers can be set according to the actual demands of the user, a plurality of samples can be polymerized at one time, and the invention is convenient and quick, and has better popularization and wide applicability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sample preparation dies, in particular to a dumbbell-shaped sample preparation die and a sample polymerization method.
Background
In order to understand the properties of the material in depth, some basic mechanical properties of the material need to be measured through a tensile test, for example, the elastic limit, the elongation, the elastic modulus, the proportional limit, the area reduction, the tensile strength, the yield point, the yield strength and other tensile property indexes of the material can be determined through the tensile test. Because the two ends of the test piece are loading ends, the stress is complex, and the design stress state of the test piece is not realized, if the whole test piece is made into a uniform diameter, the two loading ends are generally deformed or destroyed greatly, and the real test purpose cannot be achieved. Therefore, the two ends are thickened to avoid excessive deformation or damage, and the large deformation and damage are controlled in the effective test piece section with uniform and slender middle. Therefore, a standard sample must be used in the tensile test, and the sample bar is usually selected to be dumbbell-shaped. Currently, there are two main ways to prepare dumbbell-shaped splines, namely, using a professional dumbbell-shaped spline sampling machine or using a common dumbbell-shaped spline cutter and die.
However, when applied to polymeric materials, these two preparation methods have the following problems:
(1) The special dumbbell-shaped sample preparation machine is convenient to operate and high in efficiency, but is high in price and easy to damage tissues; the dumbbell type sample making machine in the market adopts automatic program electric cutting and the like, and the price is generally 2000-10000 yuan; however, in the case of polymeric materials, the gel is not cut until it has solidified completely, and the cutting edges damage the tissue within and destroy the integrity of the material tissue.
(2) In order to improve the polymerization efficiency of materials, most of materials used in polymerization are volatile substances (such as resin and hydrogel), and the polymerization process is carried out in a high-temperature vacuum box, so that the tightness of the mold is poor and the reagents are volatilized in a large amount. The common dumbbell-shaped mold is used, so that the integrity of tissues can be well maintained, but the cover is not subjected to strict sealing treatment, so that the cover is poor in sealing performance, and an upper depression can appear; and can not carry out the polymerization of a plurality of samples at one time, the polymerization efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a dumbbell-shaped sample preparation mold and a sample preparation method aiming at overcoming the defects, and aims to solve the technical problem that the existing mold cannot prepare a plurality of samples simultaneously under the condition of ensuring good tightness. The dumbbell-shaped sample preparation mold provided by the invention is easy to realize in structure, simple and quick in operation in the polymerization process, and capable of rapidly and conveniently acquiring a plurality of standard samples at one time, and has good popularity and wide applicability.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a dumbbell sample preparation mold, comprising:
a base, N spacers, which are 1 st spacer, 2 nd spacer, … … and N th spacer;
the base is internally provided with a first cavity, the inner wall of the first cavity is stepped, and the inner wall of the first cavity is in sealing fit with the outer wall of the 1 st interlayer;
each interlayer is provided with a second cavity, the inner wall of the second cavity is stepped, and the inner wall of the second cavity of the ith interlayer is in sealing fit with the outer wall of the second cavity of the (i+1) th interlayer; i is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N-1;
the top cap is equipped with the third cavity, and the inner wall of third cavity and the outer wall sealing fit of the N interlayer.
Preferably, the bottom of the second cavity of each interlayer is provided with a first solution hole and a second solution hole, the first solution hole is positioned at one end of the bottom of the second cavity, and the second solution hole is positioned at the other end of the bottom of the second cavity.

Preferably, each interlayer is provided with a first solution hole and a second solution hole, the first solution hole is positioned at one end of the bottom of the second cavity, the second solution hole is positioned at the other end of the bottom of the second cavity, and polymer solution is injected into the Nth interlayer to realize injection of polymer solution into the dumbbell-shaped sample preparation mold.

2. When the dumbbell sample preparation mould is used for preparing a plurality of dumbbell samples, the interlayer is firstly matched with the base in a mounting way, the N-th interlayer is injected with the polymer solution, and the base and each interlayer are filled with the polymer solution through the solution hole on each interlayer, so that the dumbbell sample preparation process is simpler and more convenient.
3. The sample preparation mold is simple in structure, the number of the middle interlayers can be set according to the actual demands of the user, a plurality of samples can be polymerized at one time, the operation is simple, the convenience and the rapidness are realized, and the mold has good popularity and wide applicability.

The dumbbell-shaped sample preparation mold comprises a base 1, N separation layers 2 and a top cover 3, wherein the N separation layers are marked as a 1 st separation layer, a 2 nd separation layer, … … and an N th separation layer.

The inner wall of the base and the inner wall of the interlayer are in a step shape, so that the 1 st interlayer is fully embedded on the base, the same edge treatment is adopted among the interlayers, the (i+1) th interlayer can be embedded on the (i) th interlayer, and the die is well sealed. step two, placing the base on an experiment table, and embedding an interlayer on the base through the matching of the stepped inner wall according to the assembly sequence; similarly, other interlayer are embedded and matched layer by layer through the stepped inner wall, and the number of the middle interlayer can be single or multiple according to the requirement;
injecting pre-prepared hydrogel solution into the uppermost interlayer, enabling the solution to flow into dumbbell-shaped grooves of each interlayer at the lower part layer by layer through solution holes at two ends of the interlayer, dropwise adding until the solution level of the second cavity of the Nth interlayer reaches the first step surface of the second cavity of the Nth interlayer, and then covering a top cover to seal the die.
