Abstract

本发明提供了一种去雾消霾多级净化塔,包括塔体,引风系统、静电除尘系统、空调机组冷却除湿系统、低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统、电加热系统、送风系统从上至下依次设于塔体内。本发明还提供了去雾消霾多级净化塔的工作方法,利用引风系统将环境中含有气溶胶粒子的空气送入静电除尘系统一次过滤净化后,再送至空调机组冷却除湿系统,除去空气中多余的水蒸汽,干燥空气经低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统进行二次过滤净化,得到干燥洁净的冷空气;用电加热系统加热空气至空气送风温度,经送风系统送入环境。本发明结构简单,成本低廉,不仅能对建筑环境区域气候去雾消霾多级净化,同时对湿热工业车间也具有良好净化效果。

Description

一种去雾消霾多级净化塔及其工作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,尤其涉及一种用于工业车间湿热环境及建筑环境区域气候空气净化的装置。
背景技术
随着经济发展和城市化进程的加快,空气污染物的排放量不断增加,污染范围不断扩大,雾霾天气近年不断加重。室外空气质量日益恶劣、室内污染源及室内空气参数均制约空气污染物稀释、扩散、运输和转化过程。细颗粒物浓度升高会对机体呼吸系统、心血管系统造成严重损害,从而导致各种疾病发病率及死亡率增加。细颗粒物的短期和长期暴露对于心血管发病和死亡有着显著的关系。
目前,许多工业厂房多处于湿热环境下作业,如造纸车间、纺织空间及电子厂房等。虽采用一些技术进行初步降温除湿和净化,但投入成本普遍较高,处理效果不够明显。如何实现简单、低廉、高效地控制高温高湿环境下的空气参数,愈发得到广大同行业研究者的关注。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何实现简单、低廉、高效地控制高温高湿环境下的空气参数。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是提供一种除雾消霾多级净化塔,其特征在于:包括塔体,引风系统、静电除尘系统、空调机组冷却除湿系统、低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统、电加热系统、送风系统从上至下依次设于塔体内。
优选地,所述塔体外壳内侧及内部隔断空间均采用多空吸声柔性材料。
优选地,所述引风系统包括引风机,所述塔体顶端四周设有独立消声隔震空间,引风机设于独立消声隔震空间内;所述引风系统的进风口采用单层防雨百叶风口。
更优选地,所述独立消声隔震空间内壁设有消声隔震材料。
优选地,所述引风系统的进风口处设置自动感应式环境监测仪,当区域环境污染物浓度超过规定限制,整个系统自动开启净化工作。
优选地,所述静电除尘系统配套集尘装置,定期清灰。
优选地,所述空调机组冷却除湿系统的空调机组设置在独立消声隔断空间内,空调机组下方设置隔震装置。
优选地,所述低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统由过滤效率在98%以上、阻力在18Pa以下的过滤材料褶皱式布置而成。
优选地,所述送风系统包括送风机,送风机底部设有风机基础;所述送风系统的送风口采用单层防雨百叶风口。
本发明还提供了上述除雾消霾多级净化塔的工作方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
步骤1:利用引风系统将环境中含有气溶胶粒子的空气送入塔体内的静电除尘系统一次过滤净化,运用高压静电原理除去带荷电性的亚微米级气溶胶粒子;
步骤2:将一次过滤后的空气送至空调机组冷却除湿系统,除去空气中多余的水蒸汽,干燥空气经低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统进行二次过滤净化,彻底进化亚微米级以下微细污染物,得到干燥洁净的冷空气,达到“去雾消霾”的目的;
步骤3:用电加热系统加热空气至空气送风温度,经送风系统送入环境。
本发明将空调技术与多级净化手段结合在一起,发明了一种新型空调通风、降温除湿及低阻高效亚微米级以下微粒净化功能一体化设备,实现了综合处理建筑环境空气;装置结构简单,成本低廉,不仅能对建筑环境区域气候除雾消霾多级净化,同时对高温多湿工业车间也具有良好净化效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
图1为本实施例提供的去雾消霾多级净化塔平面示意图,所述的去雾消霾多级净化塔由引风系统、静电除尘系统、空调机组的冷却除湿系统、低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统、电加热系统、送风系统及消声隔震系统等组成。
去雾消霾多级净化塔包括塔体,引风系统、静电除尘系统、空调机组冷却除湿系统、低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统、电加热系统、送风系统从上至下依次设于塔体内。
引风系统设于塔体顶端四周,包括引风机1,引风机1设置在独立消声隔震空间3内,独立消声隔震空间3内壁设有消声隔震材料,独立消声隔震空间3的进风口采用单层防雨百叶风口2。在塔体顶部设置多个独立消声隔震空间3,每个独立消声隔震空间3内均设置引风系统。
结合图2,引风系统进风口处设置自动感应式环境监测仪A,当区域环境污染物浓度超过规定限制,净化塔自动开启,反之则停止运转,减少净化塔运行时间,实现节能的目的。
静电除尘系统设于引风系统下方,静电除尘的电压大小依据处理风量决定。静电除尘系统配套集尘装置,定期清灰,配套电线设施4一律贴壁敷设,不影响内部气流流动。
空调机组冷却除湿系统5设于静电除尘系统下方,依据区域环境要求,除去空气多余水蒸汽,实现“去雾”的目的。空调机组的选型依据处理空气量决定,空调机组K设置在独立消声隔断空间10内,空调机组下方可设置弹簧等隔震措施。
结合图3,低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统6设于空调机组冷却除湿系统下方,主要针对亚微米级以下微细污染物或者荷电性较弱微细颗粒物,从而对一次净化系统干燥洁净空气二次过滤净化,彻底净化空气中PM2.5及以下微细颗粒物,得到充分净化冷空气,达到“消霾”的目的。过滤材料采用具有低阻高效(过滤效率在98%以上,阻力在18Pa以下)的材料。
电加热系统设于低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统下方,加热材料采用一般性U型电热管,依据送风参数控制要求,等湿加热至空气送风温度。U型电热管7两端固定在塔体内壁面上,U型电热管7的长度依据设备以及风量决定。
送风系统设于电加热系统下方、塔体底部,包括送风机8,送风机8底部设有风机基础9,风机基础9采用隔震措施。送风系统的送风口也采用单层防雨百叶风口。
引风机1和送风机8均采用体积小、安装方便的超静音风机。
塔体外壳采用轻型且较高强度的塑料外壳,外观颜色设计不受本专利限制,依据建筑环境整体要求确定,不影响环境整体美观性。整个塔体外壳内侧及内部隔断空间均采用多空吸声柔性材料,以减少设备运行的噪音,确保除雾消霾多级净化塔在低噪音下运行。
使用时,首先,利用引风系统将环境中含有气溶胶粒子的空气机械送入静电除尘系统一次过滤净化,运用高压静电原理除去荷电性较强的亚微米级气溶胶粒子;然后,将一次过滤后空气送至空调机组的冷却除湿系统,除去空气中多余的水蒸汽(微弱净化、“除雾”效果),干燥空气经低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统进行二次过滤净化(实现“消霾”目的),彻底进化亚微米级以下微细污染物,得到干燥洁净的冷空气;最后,用电加热系统加热空气至空气送风温度,经送风系统送入环境。
上述整个处理流程都在净化塔内实现,该净化塔涉及设备零件为市场常规机械设备,故该系统具有普适性,便于推广。净化塔结构简单,成本低廉,不仅可以起到降温除湿效果,而且能够对空间空气低阻高效净化,实现降温除湿、低阻高效净化一体化。

Claims (10)

1.一种去雾消霾多级净化塔,其特征在于:包括塔体,引风系统、静电除尘系统、空调机组冷却除湿系统、低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统、电加热系统、送风系统从上至下依次设于塔体内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种去雾消霾多级净化塔,其特征在于:所述塔体外壳内侧及内部隔断空间均采用多空吸声柔性材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种去雾消霾多级净化塔,其特征在于:所述引风系统包括引风机(1),所述塔体顶端四周设有独立消声隔震空间(3),引风机(1)设于独立消声隔震空间(3)内;所述引风系统的进风口采用单层防雨百叶风口(2)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种去雾消霾多级净化塔,其特征在于:所述独立消声隔震空间(3)内壁设有消声隔震材料。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种去雾消霾多级净化塔,其特征在于:所述引风系统的进风口处设置自动感应式环境监测仪,当区域环境污染物浓度超过规定限制,整个系统自动开启净化工作。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种去雾消霾多级净化塔,其特征在于:所述静电除尘系统配套集尘装置,定期清灰。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种去雾消霾多级净化塔,其特征在于:所述空调机组冷却除湿系统的空调机组设置在独立消声隔断空间(10)内,空调机组下方设置隔震装置。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种去雾消霾多级净化塔,其特征在于:所述低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统由过滤效率在98%以上、阻力在18Pa以下的过滤材料褶皱式布置而成。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种去雾消霾多级净化塔,其特征在于:所述送风系统包括送风机(8),送风机(8)底部设有风机基础(9);所述送风系统的送风口采用单层防雨百叶风口。
10.一种如权利要求1~9任一项所述的去雾消霾多级净化塔的工作方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
步骤1:利用引风系统将环境中含有气溶胶粒子的空气送入塔体内的静电除尘系统一次过滤净化,运用高压静电原理除去带荷电性的亚微米级气溶胶粒子;
步骤2:将一次过滤后的空气送至空调机组冷却除湿系统,除去空气中多余的水蒸汽,干燥空气经低阻高效褶皱式过滤系统进行二次过滤净化,彻底进化亚微米级以下微细污染物,得到干燥洁净的冷空气,达到“去雾消霾”的目的;
步骤3:用电加热系统加热空气至空气送风温度,经送风系统送入环境。
