Abstract
一种壁挂式双向流新风净化机组,框架内设有热回收换热器,热回收换热器的一组相通对边上连接有新风进风口和新风出风口,新风进风口的一侧设有新风初效过滤器,另一侧设有新风风机电机机组,新风出风口处依次设有活性炭滤网和高效过滤网;另一组相通对边上连接有排风进风口和排风出风口,排风进风口处设有排风初效过滤器,另一侧设有排风风机电机机组;框架上设有将各个部件分隔的隔板,新风风机电机组件的分隔区内设有负离子发生器;门板上设有控制器。本实用新型不占用房间的高度空间,通过多层过滤,可以保证室内空气的质量,达到净化空气、减少污染的效果,从而营造一个舒适的生活、工作环境。

背景技术
[0002] 目前,空气污染日益严重,工业废气、汽车尾气等加剧了空气污染程度,雾霾成为 常客。据统计,人们大约有80%的时间生活在室内,因此室内空气品质至关重要。然而室内环 境恰恰是空气污染的重灾区--甲醛、苯、氡、氮化物、硫化物、二噁英、烟、病菌、花粉等相信 大家早已耳熟能详,相关问题在新装修的房子将更加严重,严重影响人们的生活质量和身 体健康。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活空间的环境质量要求随之愈来愈高,特 别是办公场所、生活场所及一些特殊场所,如停车场、化工场所、汽车收费站等。
[0003] 然而,目前市场上所能提供的新风换气机组可分为两大类,一类是只做初效过滤 后的新风引入与污风排除,无能量回收功能;另一类是在前一类基础上增加了新风与污风 的能量回收功能。此两类新风换气机组都只能对空气中的大直径悬浮颗粒进行初步过滤, 而没有有效的滤除新风中的PM2.5颗粒、酸性气态分子、碱性气态分子、以及可凝性气态分 子等有害气体成分,没有对新风进行彻底的净化,而且机组结构方式多为吊顶安装模式,需 通过安装风道才能送风,占用了房屋高度空间。
发明内容

[0005] 本实用新型是以如下技术方案实现的:一种壁挂式双向流新风净化机组,包括由 框架和门板较接组成的壳体,所述框架内设有热回收换热器,所述热回收换热器的一组相 通对边上分别连接有设置在框架上的新风进风口和新风出风口,所述热回收换热器靠近新 风进风口的一侧设有新风初效过滤器,所述热回收换热器靠近新风出风口的一侧设有新风 风机电机机组,所述新风风机电机机组与新风出风口之间依次设有活性炭滤网和高效过滤 网;所述热回收换热器的另一组相通对边上分别连接有设置在框架上的排风进风口和排风 出风口,所述排风进风口处设有排风初效过滤器,所述热回收换热器靠近排风进风口的一 侧设有排风风机电机机组;所述框架上设有将各个部件分隔的隔板,所述新风风机电机组 件的分隔区内设有负离子发生器;所述门板上设有控制器。

[0014] 本实用新型具有以下优点:本实用新型的机组可以挂在墙壁上,不占用房间的高 度空间,通过机组内部的新风风机组件把室外新鲜空气引入室内,经过多层过滤净化(初效 过滤网、活性炭滤网、高效过滤网、负离子),除去新风中的PM2.5颗粒及其他多种有害物质 后送入室内,同时排风风机组件把污浊的室内空气排出至室外;新风与排风通过热回收换 热器进行温度(湿度)交换,达到能量回收,可以有效的达到净化空气、减少污染、降低能耗, 营造一个舒适的环境。

具体实施方式
[0017] 如图1所示的一种壁挂式双向流新风净化机组,包括由框架1-2和门板1-1铰接组 成的壳体1,所述框架1-2内设有热回收换热器6,所述热回收换热器6的一组相通对边上分 别连接有设置在框架1-2上的新风进风口 1-5和新风出风口 1-3,所述热回收换热器6靠近新 风进风口 1-5的一侧设有新风初效过滤器7,所述热回收换热器6靠近新风出风口 1-3的一侧 设有新风风机电机机组5,所述新风风机电机机组5与新风出风口 1-3之间依次设有活性炭 滤网4和高效过滤网3;所述热回收换热器6的另一组相通对边上分别连接有设置在框架1-2 上的排风进风口 1-6和排风出风口 1-4,所述排风进风口 1-6处设有排风初效过滤器9,所述 热回收换热器6靠近排风进风口 1-6的一侧设有排风风机电机机组8;所述框架1-2上设有将 各个部件分隔的隔板,所述新风风机电机组件5的分隔区内设有负离子发生器2;所述门板 1-1上设有控制器10。本实用新型的净化机组运行时,新风风机电机组件把室外新风经过新 风进风口引入,先经过新风初效过滤器过滤后,再经过热回收换热器,而后经过活性炭滤 网、高效过滤网深度净化过滤后经过新风出风口送入室内;排风风机电机组件把室内污浊 的空气经过排风初效过滤器过滤后,再经过热回收换热器,从排风出风口排出至室外,形成 两路风系统循环。新风和排风在热回收换热器内部交叉流动,可进行能量(显热会全热)交 换,把室外新风的进行预冷或预热,也可以对新风的湿度进行调节(全热交换时);通过新风 处理和热量交换实现室内污风的排出和室外新风的净化引入,从而保证室内空气质量,营 造一个舒适的生活、工作环境,同时能量回收也使得新风进入室内时对室内温度波动影响 减少到最小,达到净化空气、减少污染、降低能耗的效果。其中负离子发生器可以产生“负氧 离子”,制造活性氧,能改善人体肺功能、促进新陈代谢、增强抗病能力、改善睡眠、吸附并杀 死各种病毒(细菌)、清新空气、消烟除尘等功效;活性炭滤网可以清除空气中的异味(恶臭) 和挥发性有机化合物、酸性(碱性)气体、甲醛、汞蒸气、放射性气体等;高效过滤网是烟雾、 灰尘以及细菌等污染物最有效的过滤媒介,空气可以通过,但细小的微粒却无法通过,对于 0.1微米和0.3微米的有效率达到99.998%。初效过滤网主要用于过滤5wn以上尘埃粒子。 控制器安装在壳体中的门板中,控制器所带的各类传感器放置于排风风机电机组件安装空 间内。
[0018]如图1所示的一种壁挂式双向流新风净化机组,所述框架1-2的背面设有挂墙孔 位。所述新风出风口 1-3和排风进风口 1-6分别设置在框架1-2的上端和下端,所述新风进风 口 1-5和排风出风口 1 -4设置在框架1 -2的背面。本实用新型的壁挂式双向流新风净化机组 的框架的前面与门板铰接,背面预留挂墙孔位,可以用专用膨胀螺栓安装在墙壁上,不占用 房间的高度空间。另外新风进风口和排风出风口与墙壁上预先安装好的穿墙通风管对接。 新风出风口与排风进风口分别设置在框架的上下端,防止风流交叉,提高了净化效率。
[0019]如图1所示的一种壁挂式双向流新风净化机组,所述高效过滤网3的材质为玻璃纤 维。所述高效过滤网3的材质为熔喷长纤维。本实用新型的高效过滤网可以采用不同的材 质,包括玻璃纤维、熔喷长纤维等,过滤等级可以分为不同的等级。
[0020] 如图1所示的一种壁挂式双向流新风净化机组,所述活性炭滤网4为由活性炭颗粒 做成的蜂窝状滤网。本实用新型的活性炭滤网为蜂窝状,可增强过滤效果。
[0021] 如权利要求1所述的一种壁挂式双向流新风净化机组,其特征在于:所述热回收换 热器6是叉流板式显热交换器。本实用新型的热回收换热器也可以是叉流板翅式全热交换 器、交叉逆流板式热交换器、逆流板式热交换器和热管式热交换器中的一种。
