It should be noted that the insulator is electrically matched to the high voltage to which it is connected, so that the insulator has the property of not being broken down.
The high-voltage direct-current power supply 04, the high-voltage alternating-current power supply 05, the paired electrode plate assembly and the conducting wire are provided with an electromagnetic shielding protection structure and an insulation structure.
Embodiment 2 of the air purifier
As shown in fig. 4, the air cleaner includes a blower fan 01, a pole plate 02, an insulator 03, a high voltage dc power supply 04, a high voltage ac power supply 05, a liquid storage tank 08, a water collecting tank 09, a dust and water filter 10, a dust collecting bag 11, and a circulating water pump 12.
The paired electrode plate assemblies described in this embodiment are provided with a plurality of pairs, for example, the paired electrode plate assemblies are 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 80, 100 pairs or more than 100 pairs, the electrode plates 02 are combined with each other to form an array assembly, and the electrode plates 2 with opposite polarities are alternately arranged in sequence, that is, one positive electrode plate 2, one negative electrode plate 2, one positive electrode plate 2, and one negative electrode plate 2 … … are arranged in sequence. The dust adsorption capacity is improved by increasing the number of the polar plates 2, so that the air purification cleanliness is improved, each polar plate has the capacitance characteristic and is respectively connected with the output leads of the high-voltage direct-current power supply 04 and the high-voltage alternating-current power supply 05, an air channel is formed between any two polar plates 02, the outer surface of each polar plate 02 is wrapped with an insulator 03, and the outer surface of the power output lead is also wrapped with an insulator; it should be noted that the insulator is electrically matched to the high voltage to which it is connected, so that the insulator is not broken down.
In this embodiment, the fans 01 are respectively arranged at the upstream end and the downstream end of the air channel; the liquid storage tank 08 is arranged at the top of the matched pole plate assembly, liquid outlets 81 for applying liquid flow 82 to the outer surface of the insulator 03 of the pole plate 02 are formed in the bottom of the liquid storage tank 08, each liquid outlet 81 is arranged right above the insulator 03 of the pole plate 02 to apply liquid flow 82 to the insulator 03, and a layer of liquid curtain is formed on the outer surface of the insulator 03; the water collecting tank 09 is arranged at the bottom of the matched polar plate assembly and is used for collecting and containing liquid flowing through the matched polar plate assembly; referring to fig. 5, the dust-water filter 10 is disposed in the water collecting tank 09 and is used for purifying a dust-water mixture, the dust-water filter 10 separates an accommodating cavity 91 for accommodating filtered liquid in the water collecting tank 09, and a dust collecting bag 11 for accommodating dust and fine particles is further disposed in the dust-water filter 10; the input end of the circulating water pump 12 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 91, and the output end of the circulating water pump is communicated with the liquid storage tank 08, so that the filtered liquid is circularly sent to the liquid storage tank 08. The dust collecting bag 11 and the dust and water filter 10 are selected from any one of devices having a dust collecting function and a dust and water filtering function in the related art.
Preferably, the outer surface of the insulator 03 of the pole plate 02 is provided with drainage grooves (not shown in the figure), the drainage grooves are small grooves formed in the outer surface of the insulator 03 along the liquid flowing direction, each small groove is uniformly formed around the outer surface of the insulator 03, and the arrangement of the drainage grooves helps to promote the liquid to flow over the outer surface of the insulator 03 of the pole plate 02, so that the outer surface of the insulator 03 of the pole plate 02 is prevented from being exposed, and dust in the air is prevented from being directly adsorbed to the outer surface of the insulator 03 of the pole plate 02.
When the high voltage dc power supply 04 applies high voltage dc power to the paired plate assemblies, the air 06 to be purified enters the air channel under the action of the fan 01, and referring to fig. 7, the high voltage dc power may be stable dc or programmable pulse dc power changing according to a functional relationship due to the capacitor characteristics of each plate 02, the insulators 03 wrapped on the outer surfaces of the two plates 02 are induced with different charges with the same capacitive quantity to form an electrostatic field, the electrostatic field causes dust in the air to be adsorbed to the liquid flow on the outer surface of the insulator 03, the liquid flows from the liquid outlet 81 of the liquid storage tank 08, and the adsorbed dust is carried away from the insulators 03 on the outer surfaces of the plates 02 along with the liquid flow, thereby achieving the purification and dust removal of the air. Meanwhile, due to the action of liquid flow, dust cannot be directly adsorbed to the outer surface of the insulator 03, so that the matching pole plate assembly can be effectively kept clean and clean. At the moment, the air channel between the two polar plates 02 is a purification dust absorption channel, because the dust is removed through liquid flow, the humidification effect is achieved, and purified clean wet air 07 is sent out from a clean air outlet 13, so that the air purification function, the cleaning function of the paired polar plate components and the humidification function are effectively achieved at the same time. The liquid flowing through the counter electrode plate assembly falls into the water collecting tank 09 along with the dust, and through the filtration of the dust water filter 10, the tiny particles such as dust are contained in the dust collecting bag 11 so as to be convenient for a user to take out for cleaning, the filtered liquid is left in the containing cavity 91, and is sent into the liquid storage tank 08 again under the action of the circulating water pump 12 to perform dust removal work.
When a high-voltage alternating current is applied to the paired polar plate assembly by the high-voltage alternating current power supply 05, the conduction with the high-voltage direct current power supply 04 is cut off at the moment, and due to the characteristics of the capacitor of the paired polar plate assembly, and the alternating current can be sine wave or programmable pulse alternating current which changes according to a functional relation, the capacitive electrostatic field between the two polar plates 02 is changed into an alternating electric field, the adsorption effect of the electrostatic field fails immediately, the alternating electric field enables the insulator 03 on the outer surfaces of the two polar plates 02 to repel the remained attached dust, the dust naturally falls off from the insulator 03 and is mixed into a liquid flow to separate from the polar plates along with the liquid flow, and further the cleaning of the paired polar plate assembly is realized. The liquid flowing through the counter electrode plate component falls into the water collecting tank 09 along with the dust, and the dust is collected into the dust collecting bag 11 through the filtration of the dust-water filter 10, so that the dust can be conveniently taken out and cleaned by a user, the convenience for the user to use is improved, and the trouble of cleaning a high-voltage electrode plate by the user is avoided. The filtered liquid is left in the containing chamber 91 and is sent into the liquid storage tank 08 again under the action of the circulating water pump 12 to perform dust removal work.
The liquid is daily water, or any one of purified water, salt solution water, acidic water, alkaline water, ionized water, biological sterilization water and oil liquid. The liquid can be properly selected according to environmental factors such as air quality, air composition characteristics and the like, so that the mixing of dust and the liquid is effectively promoted, and the dust is smoothly taken away from the polar plate.
The high-voltage dc power supply 04 and the high-voltage ac power supply 05 are two power supplies independent and isolated from each other. And the matching pole plate assembly selectively conducts the high-voltage direct current power supply 04 or the high-voltage alternating current power supply 05. Referring to fig. 3, the high voltage dc power supply 04 and the high voltage ac power supply 05 are the same power supply, i.e., a high voltage ac/dc power supply, and selectively use dc power or ac power.
The high-voltage direct-current power supply 04, the high-voltage alternating-current power supply 05, the paired electrode plate assembly and the conducting wire are provided with an electromagnetic shielding protection structure and an insulation structure.
In the two embodiments of the air purifier, the power supply, the plate 02 and the insulator 03, which are combined to form the array assembly with capacitive characteristics, and the electrical connection wires of the above elements should be designed to be all elements and components which can be touched with the housing (reliably grounded) of the air purifier and the outside, so that the high insulation and the leakage prevention are maintained, and shielding protection measures and equipment for preventing all electromagnetic wave radiation from being generated to the outside due to direct current and alternating current pulse charges are provided.
Embodiment of air purification method with humidification effect
As shown in fig. 8, the air purification method with humidification effect of the present embodiment includes: guiding the air flow to be purified through an air channel formed by the paired pole plate assemblies by adopting air pressure, wherein each paired pole plate 02 has a capacitor characteristic, and the outer surface of each pole plate 02 is wrapped by an insulator 03; applying a liquid stream to the mating plate assembly to form a liquid curtain on the outer surface of the insulator 03 of the plate 02; by applying a high voltage direct current to the counter electrode assembly, a capacitive equivalent amount of different charges is induced on the outer surface of the insulator 03, creating an electrostatic field that causes dust in the air to be attracted to the liquid curtain and carried away from the insulator 03 on the outer surface of the electrode plate 02 with the liquid flow.
Under the action of air pressure, air to be purified with dust passes through an air channel formed by the paired pole plate assemblies, each paired pole plate 02 has the characteristic of a capacitor under the action of high-voltage direct current, an insulator 03 is wrapped on the outer surface of each pole plate 02, the insulator 03 is matched with the connected high-voltage direct current, so that the insulators are not broken down, the insulators 03 wrapped on the outer surfaces of the two pole plates 02 are induced to generate different charges with the same capacitive quantity to form an electrostatic field, the electrostatic field enables the dust in the air to be adsorbed to liquid flow on the outer surface of the insulator 03 and to be carried away from the insulator 03 on the outer surface of the pole plate 02 along with the liquid flow, and purified clean wet air 07 is sent out from a clean air outlet 13. Thereby effectively realizing the air purification function, the cleaning function of the paired polar plate components and the humidification function at the same time.
As a further optimization of this embodiment, the method further includes: and (3) the application of high-voltage direct current is cut off, high-voltage alternating current is applied to the paired polar plate assembly, the paired polar plate assembly is conducted, the electrostatic field fails, and dust left on the outer surface of the insulator falls off and is carried away from the polar plates along with liquid flow. When high-voltage alternating current is applied to the paired polar plate assembly, due to the characteristics of a capacitor of the paired polar plate assembly, a capacitive electrostatic field between the two polar plates 02 originally becomes an alternating electric field, the adsorption effect of the electrostatic field fails immediately, the alternating electric field enables the insulator 03 on the outer surfaces of the two polar plates 02 to repel the left attached dust, the dust naturally falls off from the insulator 03 and is mixed with liquid flow to separate from the polar plates along with the liquid flow, and further the paired polar plate assembly is cleaned. The insulator is matched to the high voltage to be connected, so that the insulator has a characteristic of not being broken down by the dielectric.
Still further, the air purification method with humidification effect of the embodiment further comprises: collecting the liquid flow through the counter plate assembly; the liquid is purified by a dust-water filter 10; the purified liquid is re-supplied to the counter electrode plate assembly by the circulating water pump 12. Thus, a circulating water system is formed, namely, the liquid is recycled to carry out dust removal work on the air, the dust-water mixture is continuously filtered, and the filtered liquid is applied to the paired polar plate assembly again to remove dust.
The high-voltage direct current is stable direct current or programmable pulse direct current which changes according to a functional relation; the high voltage alternating current is a sine wave or a programmable pulsed alternating current that varies as a function. Experiments prove that the programmable pulse direct current electric energy changing according to the functional relation is adopted to improve the adsorption characteristic of the polar plate, and the programmable pulse alternating current changing according to the functional relation is adopted to control the output of energy in the dust removal and collection process, avoid discharge and generate no ozone.

Claims (10)

1. Air purifier with humidification effect, its characterized in that includes:
a high voltage direct current power supply;
the matching pole plate assembly is formed by matching at least one pair of pole plates to form a capacitor, the pole plates are connected with the output lead of the high-voltage direct-current power supply, an air channel is formed between the pole plates, and the outer surface of each pole plate is wrapped with an insulator;
a reservoir for storing liquid and applying a flow of liquid to the plate;
and the fan is arranged at the upstream end and/or the downstream end of the air channel.
2. An air cleaner with humidifying effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the liquid storage tank is arranged at the top of the matched polar plate assembly, and is provided with a liquid outlet for applying liquid flow to the outer surface of the insulator of the polar plate.
3. An air cleaner with humidifying effect as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: and the outer surface of the insulating body of the polar plate is provided with a drainage groove.
4. An air cleaner with humidifying effect as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the device also comprises a water collecting tank arranged at the bottom of the matched polar plate assembly;
the liquid is any one of purified water, salt solution water, acidic water, alkaline water, ionized water, biological sterilization water and oil liquid.
5. The air purifier with humidifying effect as claimed in claim 4, wherein: also comprises a dust-water filter with a dust bag and a circulating water pump;
the dust water filter is arranged in the water collecting pool so as to isolate a containing cavity for containing filtered liquid in the water collecting pool;
the input end of the circulating water pump is communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the output end of the circulating water pump is communicated with the liquid storage tank.

The air purifier with humidifying effect as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the matched polar plate assembly is connected with a high-voltage alternating-current power supply output lead, and the matched polar plate assembly selectively conducts the high-voltage direct-current power supply or the high-voltage alternating-current power supply;
or the high-voltage direct current power supply is a high-voltage alternating current and direct current dual-purpose power supply.

An air cleaner with humidifying effect as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the matched polar plate assembly is provided with a plurality of pairs, each polar plate is mutually combined to form an array assembly, the outer surface of the power output lead is wrapped with an insulator, and the downstream end of the air channel is provided with a clean air outlet.

An air purification method with humidification effect, comprising: guiding the air flow to be purified through an air channel formed by a paired polar plate component by adopting air pressure, wherein the paired polar plate component has the characteristic of a capacitor, and the outer surface of each polar plate is wrapped by an insulator;
applying a liquid stream to the mating plate assembly to form a liquid curtain on the insulator outer surface of the plate;
high voltage direct current is applied to the mating plate assembly, and a capacitive equal amount of heterogeneous charges is induced on the outer surface of the insulator, creating an electrostatic field that causes dust in the air to be attracted to the liquid curtain and carried away from the plates with the liquid flow.
9. The air cleaning method with humidification effect as claimed in claim 8, wherein: and (3) the application of high-voltage direct current is cut off, high-voltage alternating current is applied to the paired polar plate assembly, the paired polar plate assembly is conducted, the electrostatic field fails, and dust left on the outer surface of the insulator falls off and is carried away from the polar plates along with liquid flow.
10. The air cleaning method with a humidifying effect as recited in claim 9, wherein: collecting the liquid flow through the counter plate assembly;
purifying the liquid by a dust-water filter;
and purified liquid is supplied to the counter electrode plate assembly through a circulating water pump.
