本发明涉及一种绝缘紧固件，该绝缘紧固件为一体式结构，紧固件上端是“竖折”型，紧固件下端是均匀分布的2‑3个聚四氟乙烯材料制成的六角螺母；所述紧固件上端“竖”边和“折”边的厚度相等，紧固件上端的“竖”边边缘无规分布有4‑5个圆孔；所述的螺母的一边与紧固件上端“折”边的底部相连，各圆孔不在一条直线上。本发明的绝缘紧固件的结构较为简单，使用较为安全，成本低廉，适于规模化推广。

通用于各个领域的紧固件种类较多，这类结构件的体型较小，结构也非常简单，但是其起到的作用非常大。随着工业的迅速发展，各类紧固件的市场需求越来越大，高品质的紧固件将成为市场发展的主流方向，具有较强的市场竞争力。因此，研究一种结构简单，方便实用的绝缘紧固件是当前研究的问题。

本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单，方便实用的绝缘紧固件。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种绝缘紧固件，其特征是：该绝缘紧固件为一体式结构，紧固件上端是“竖折”型，紧固件下端是均匀分布的2-3个聚四氟乙烯材料制成的六角螺母；所述紧固件上端“竖”边和“折”边的厚度相等，紧固件上端的“竖”边边缘无规分布有4-5个圆孔；所述的螺母的一边与紧固件上端“折”边的底部相连，各圆孔不在一条直线上。
所述的紧固件上端“竖”边的宽度和“折”边的宽度相等；圆孔内具有螺纹。
有益效果：本发明的绝缘紧固件的结构较为简单，使用较为安全，成本低廉，适于规模化推广。
