本发明公开了一种抑菌脱敏手套,所述手套以棉纱与竹纤维混合纺织成型,其在手套内里喷涂有纳米二氧化钛和纳米银颗粒,所述二氧化钛和银摩尔比为2:1‑1:2,所述手套外层喷涂有抑菌涂层,所述抑菌涂层按照重量份含有:几丁聚糖10,褐藻糖胶80‑120,富勒烯纳米颗粒10‑50,有机蒙脱土40‑80,异戊二烯接枝丝胶共聚物40‑80,聚氯乙烯100‑300。本发明所述的手套,在普通的针织手套的基础上进行改进,大幅提高了其抑菌效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及劳保技术领域,尤其涉及一种抑菌脱敏手套。
背景技术
劳保手套呢具备特殊的防护功能,而这些功能是其它普通的手套所不具备的。各种防护手套因其功能的不同,所以它们使用的场所也会不同。因其的特殊性能,那么我们在使用的时候,就应该对其做相应的保护措施,否则它将不具备其本身应该具有的防护功能。
随着现在技术水平的提升,许多场合对细菌含量要求等提出了更高的要求,因此劳动者所佩戴的手套必须具备抑菌功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种抑菌脱敏手套,能够提供高效的抑菌性能。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抑菌脱敏手套,所述手套以棉纱与竹纤维混合纺织成型,其在手套内里喷涂有纳米二氧化钛和纳米银颗粒,所述二氧化钛和银摩尔比为2:1-1:2,所述手套外层喷涂有抑菌涂层,所述抑菌涂层按照重量份含有:几丁聚糖10,褐藻糖胶80-120,富勒烯纳米颗粒10-50,有机蒙脱土40-80,异戊二烯接枝丝胶共聚物40-80,聚氯乙烯100-300。
本发明所述的抑菌手套,通过使用竹纤维混纺,本身具有一定抑菌效果,同时在所述纤维中喷涂纳米二氧化钛和纳米银颗粒,由于二者具有抑菌效果,因此使用者在使用过程中,因为手心出汗等原因导致的细菌滋生,可以有效得到抑制。
本发明采用异戊二烯接枝丝胶共聚物来降低聚氯乙烯材料的致敏性。本发明采用杂凝聚的方法使接枝共聚物共混入聚氯乙烯颗粒中,二者以离子键互相连接聚集成一个以接枝物为壳,聚氯乙烯为核的核壳结构,接枝物中的丝胶与聚氯乙烯中以氢键结合和相似相容交联结合,形成一定密度的交联网络,提高的聚氯乙烯制品的致密性及物理力学性能,且聚氯乙烯外层包裹的丝胶赋予改性后的聚氯乙烯制品良好的耐溶剂性、抗过敏及抗菌性。经细胞毒性分析试验证明,经丝胶改性后的聚氯乙烯膜仅有轻度毒性,初步达到降低聚氯乙烯致敏的目的。
本发明在手套的外层,喷涂抑菌涂层,也减少了手套上细菌的滋生,减少了因为手套接触不同物体导致的细菌传播。
本发明所述的手套,在普通的针织手套的基础上进行改进,大幅提高了其抑菌效果。

实施例1
一种抑菌脱敏手套,所述手套以棉纱与竹纤维混合纺织成型,其在手套内里喷涂有纳米二氧化钛和纳米银颗粒,所述二氧化钛和银摩尔比为2:1,所述手套外层喷涂有抑菌涂层,所述抑菌涂层按照重量份含有:几丁聚糖10,褐藻糖胶80,富勒烯纳米颗粒10,有机蒙脱土40,异戊二烯接枝丝胶共聚物40,聚氯乙烯100。
实施例2
一种抑菌脱敏手套,所述手套以棉纱与竹纤维混合纺织成型,其在手套内里喷涂有纳米二氧化钛和纳米银颗粒,所述二氧化钛和银摩尔比为1:2,所述手套外层喷涂有抑菌涂层,所述抑菌涂层按照重量份含有:几丁聚糖10,褐藻糖胶120,富勒烯纳米颗粒50,有机蒙脱土80,异戊二烯接枝丝胶共聚物80,聚氯乙烯300。
实施例3
一种抑菌脱敏手套,所述手套以棉纱与竹纤维混合纺织成型,其在手套内里喷涂有纳米二氧化钛和纳米银颗粒,所述二氧化钛和银摩尔比为1:1,所述手套外层喷涂有抑菌涂层,所述抑菌涂层按照重量份含有:几丁聚糖10,褐藻糖胶100,富勒烯纳米颗粒30,有机蒙脱土40,异戊二烯接枝丝胶共聚物50,聚氯乙烯200。
实施例1-3所述的手套,在普通的针织手套的基础上进行改进,大幅提高了其抑菌脱敏性效果。
