Abstract
本发明提供一种增进白酒缔合酯化装置,其结构包括:氧化铝陶瓷管与微波炉结构,其中将氧化铝陶瓷管内装满UHMWPE粉末,然后将所述氧化铝陶瓷管置于微波炉结构内,所述氧化铝陶瓷管进出口相嵌于微波炉结构侧面上;使用时,按规定对微波炉波段进行设置,使所需处理的白酒从氧化铝陶瓷管中通过即可。本发明通过磺化UHMWPE粉末的应用,起到高效的催化作用,有效人为加快白酒缔合和酯化速度,实现了白酒短时利润增值。

本发明涉及一种缔合酯化装置,具体涉及一种增进白酒缔合酯化装置。
背景技术
目前在白酒催陈中多数使用单一或组合式手段,催陈效果不太理想。为此提出一种白酒缔合酯化装置,人为加快白酒缔合和酯化速度,实现白酒短时利润增值。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种增进白酒缔合酯化装置,以增强催陈效果,人为加快白酒缔合和酯化速度,实现白酒的短时利润增值。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:提供一种增进白酒缔合酯化装置,其结构包括:氧化铝陶瓷管与微波炉结构,其中将氧化铝陶瓷管内装满UHMWPE粉末,然后将所述氧化铝陶瓷管置于微波炉结构内,所述氧化铝陶瓷管进出口相嵌于微波炉结构侧面上;使用时,按规定对微波炉波段进行设置,使所需处理的白酒从氧化铝陶瓷管中通过即可。
工作原理:在特定温度下通过微波对新酿白酒中乙醇分子和水分子施加能量,加速彼此之间分子的均匀融合渗透和氢键的形成,达到加速缔合的目的,同时在一定温度下磺化UHMWPE粉末加速催化酒体中醇酸酯化反应,增加香味。
本发明的有益效果是:通过磺化UHMWPE粉末的应用,起到高效的催化作用,有效人为加快白酒缔合和酯化速度,实现了白酒短时利润增值。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供一种增进白酒缔合酯化装置,其结构主要包括:氧化铝陶瓷管与微波炉1结构,其中将氧化铝陶瓷管2内装满UHMWPE粉末,置于微波炉1结构内,使用时,按规定对微波炉1波段进行设置,使所需处理的白酒从氧化铝陶瓷管2的进口3处进入,流经氧化铝陶瓷管2后从氧化铝陶瓷管2的出口4排出即可。

1.一种增进白酒缔合酯化装置,其特征在于,结构包括:氧化铝陶瓷管与微波炉结构,其中将氧化铝陶瓷管内装满UHMWPE粉末,然后将所述氧化铝陶瓷管置于微波炉结构内,所述氧化铝陶瓷管进出口相嵌于微波炉结构侧面上;
使用时,按规定对微波炉波段进行设置,使所需处理的白酒从氧化铝陶瓷管中通过即可。
