本发明公开了一种水管用胶粘剂及其制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:将阿拉伯树胶、海藻酸钠、酚醛树脂、醇酸树脂和聚氯乙烯搅拌混合后形成基础混合液M;将所述基础混合液M、白炭黑、乳化剂和稳定剂混合后制得所述水管用胶粘剂,解决了现有的胶黏剂连接相邻的塑料管不仅需要较长的固化时间,另外粘结起来的管道在承受水压方面也难以满足高压管道的要求的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂,特别涉及一种水管用胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,塑料水管广泛应用于工业生产和生活中,其中,塑料管道的铺设往往通过胶粘剂将相邻的两个PVC管连接起来。而使用现有的胶黏剂连接相邻的塑料管不仅需要较长的固化时间,另外粘结起来的管道在承受水压方面也难以满足高压管道的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种胶粘剂及其制备方法,解决了现有的胶黏剂连接相邻的塑料管不仅需要较长的固化时间,另外粘结起来的管道在承受水压方面也难以满足高压管道的要求的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种水管用胶粘剂的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:
(1)将阿拉伯树胶、海藻酸钠、酚醛树脂、醇酸树脂和聚氯乙烯搅拌混合后形成基础混合液M;
(2)将所述基础混合液M、白炭黑、乳化剂和稳定剂混合后制得所述水管用胶粘剂,其中,
相对于100重量份的阿拉伯树胶,所述海藻酸钠的用量为20-40重量份,所述酚醛树脂的用量为20-30重量份,所述醇酸树脂的用量为10-20重量份,所述聚氯乙烯的用量为5-10重量份,所述白炭黑的用量为2-8重量份,所述乳化剂的用量为1-3重量份,所述稳定剂的用量为2-5重量份。
优选的,所述乳化剂为二苄基异丙苯基酚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸铝和硬脂酸钾中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述聚氯乙烯的重均分子量为6000-9000。
优选的,所述搅拌的速度为100-200rmp,搅拌时间为5-10min。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中,所述基础混合液M在混合前需加热至30-35℃。
优选的,所述白炭黑的比表面积为145-165m/g。
本发明还提供了一种水管用胶粘剂,其中,所述水管用胶粘剂由上述的制备方法制得。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种水管用胶粘剂的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:将阿拉伯树胶、海藻酸钠、酚醛树脂、醇酸树脂和聚氯乙烯搅拌混合后形成基础混合液M;将所述基础混合液M、白炭黑、乳化剂和稳定剂混合后制得所述水管用胶粘剂,通过各原料之间的协同作用,使得制得的胶粘剂在使用时,凝固时间短、抗水压能力强,同时用于制备该胶粘剂的方法简单、原料易得。
具体实施方式
下面详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
实施例1
一种水管用胶粘剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:将100g阿拉伯树胶、20g海藻酸钠、20g酚醛树脂、10g醇酸树脂和5g聚氯乙烯搅拌混合(搅拌速度为100rmp,时间为5min)后形成基础混合液M;将所述基础混合液M加热至30℃,并将其与2g白炭黑(比表面积为145m/g)、1g乳化剂和2g稳定剂混合后制得所述水管用胶粘剂A1。
实施例2
一种水管用胶粘剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:将100g阿拉伯树胶、40g海藻酸钠、30g酚醛树脂、20g醇酸树脂和10g聚氯乙烯搅拌混合(搅拌速度为200rmp,时间为10min)后形成基础混合液M;将所述基础混合液M加热至35℃,并将其与8g白炭黑(比表面积为165m/g)、3g乳化剂和5g稳定剂混合后制得所述水管用胶粘剂A2。
实施例3
一种水管用胶粘剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:将100g阿拉伯树胶、30g海藻酸钠、25g酚醛树脂、15g醇酸树脂和8g聚氯乙烯搅拌混合(搅拌速度为150rmp,时间为6min)后形成基础混合液M;将所述基础混合液M加热至32℃,并将其与5g白炭黑(比表面积为150m/g)、2g乳化剂和3g稳定剂混合后制得所述水管用胶粘剂A3。
对比例1
一种水管用胶粘剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:将100g阿拉伯树胶、10g海藻酸钠、10g酚醛树脂、5g醇酸树脂和3g聚氯乙烯搅拌混合(搅拌速度为80rmp,时间为3min)后形成基础混合液M;将所述基础混合液M加热至25℃,并将其与1g白炭黑(比表面积为130m/g)、0.5g乳化剂和1g稳定剂混合后制得所述水管用胶粘剂D1。
对比例2
一种水管用胶粘剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:将100g阿拉伯树胶、50g海藻酸钠、40g酚醛树脂、30g醇酸树脂和15g聚氯乙烯搅拌混合(搅拌速度为250rmp,时间为15min)后形成基础混合液M;将所述基础混合液M加热至40℃,并将其与10g白炭黑(比表面积为170m/g)、5g乳化剂和7g稳定剂混合后制得所述水管用胶粘剂D2。

通过表1可以看出,在本发明范围内制得的胶粘剂A1-A3,其粘接强度和水压爆破强度均要高于在本发明范围外制得的胶粘剂D1和D2,因此,可以得到粘接强度较高、且抗水压能力较高的胶粘剂。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种水管用胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:
(1)将阿拉伯树胶、海藻酸钠、酚醛树脂、醇酸树脂和聚氯乙烯搅拌混合后形成基础混合液M;
(2)将所述基础混合液M、白炭黑、乳化剂和稳定剂混合后制得所述水管用胶粘剂,其中,
相对于100重量份的阿拉伯树胶,所述海藻酸钠的用量为20-40重量份,所述酚醛树脂的用量为20-30重量份,所述醇酸树脂的用量为10-20重量份,所述聚氯乙烯的用量为5-10重量份,所述白炭黑的用量为2-8重量份,所述乳化剂的用量为1-3重量份,所述稳定剂的用量为2-5重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述乳化剂为二苄基异丙苯基酚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸铝和硬脂酸钾中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述聚氯乙烯的重均分子量为6000-9000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述搅拌的速度为100-200rmp,搅拌时间为5-10min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述步骤(2)中,所述基础混合液M在混合前需加热至30-35℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述白炭黑的比表面积为145-165m/g。
8.一种水管用胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述水管用胶粘剂由权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的制备方法制得。
