s3, directly sprinkling polyethylene powder on the belt body with the framework structure, plasticizing at a high temperature through a baking oven at 200-220 ℃, heating at a high temperature by infrared rays at a joint, flattening through a joint roller, and trimming for multiple times, so that a polyethylene layer on the outer side of the belt body is formed;
s4, after the belt body is finished, heating the belt body to 50-60 ℃ again, after the belt body is softened, placing the wear-resistant layer on the outer side of the polyethylene layer, heating the temperature to 80-100 ℃, and then laminating the roller for flattening;
s5, reducing the temperature of the belt to 35-40 ℃ by using a cooling mechanism, and trimming for multiple times, so that the polyethylene nontoxic environment-friendly conveying belt is formed.
The polyethylene nontoxic environment-friendly conveyor belt and the preparation process thereof provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that: the conveyer belt has good wear resistance and physical aging resistance, is a durable ideal conveyer belt product, has the characteristics of high tensile strength, good flexibility, light weight, thin and tough properties and the like, is oil-resistant, nontoxic and sanitary, and is easy to clean, and can be widely applied to the processing fields of food and soft material processing, tobacco, textile, printing and dyeing, paper processing and cable traction.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a polyethylene nontoxic environment-friendly conveyor belt comprises a belt body 1, wherein two layers of framework structures 2 are arranged inside the belt body 1, the framework structures 2 are arranged in parallel, the framework structures 2 are specifically formed by a plurality of steel wires, the steel wires are mutually staggered and are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the tensile capacity of the conveyor belt can be effectively enhanced, so that the service life of the conveyor belt is prolonged.
The outer side of the belt body 1 is sprayed with a polyethylene layer 4, the outer side of the polyethylene layer 4 is also pressed with a wear-resistant layer 3, the production process of the polyethylene layer 4 is simple to operate, and according to different densities, high-density polyethylene and medium-density polyethylene are uniformly mixed and then coated.

s1, selecting rubber as a raw material, melting and filtering the rubber at 350 ℃, weaving a plurality of steel wires in a staggered manner to form a framework structure 2, placing the framework structure 2 in a mould, and pouring rubber solution into the framework structure to form a belt body 1 with the framework structure 2;
s2, selecting high-density polyethylene powder and medium-density polyethylene powder as raw materials, mixing the high-density polyethylene powder and the medium-density polyethylene powder according to a weight ratio of 1:1, and forming polyethylene powder at 750 ℃;
s3, directly sprinkling polyethylene powder on the belt body 1 with the framework structure 2, plasticizing at a high temperature through a 200 ℃ oven, heating at a high temperature by infrared rays at a joint, flattening through a joint roller, and trimming for multiple times to form a polyethylene layer 4 on the outer side of the belt body 1;
s4, after the process is completed, heating the belt body 1 to 50 ℃ again, after the belt body 1 is softened, placing the wear-resistant layer 3 on the outer side of the polyethylene layer 4, heating the temperature to 80 ℃, and then laminating and flattening by using a roller;
s5, reducing the temperature of the belt to 35 ℃ by using a cooling mechanism, and trimming for multiple times, so that the polyethylene non-toxic environment-friendly conveying belt is formed.
Example 2
The invention provides a preparation process of a polyethylene nontoxic environment-friendly conveyor belt, which comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting rubber as a raw material, melting and filtering the rubber at 360 ℃, weaving a plurality of steel wires in a staggered manner to form a framework structure 2, placing the framework structure 2 in a mould, and pouring rubber solution into the framework structure to form a belt body 1 with the framework structure 2;
s2, selecting high-density polyethylene powder and medium-density polyethylene powder as raw materials, mixing the high-density polyethylene powder and the medium-density polyethylene powder according to a weight ratio of 1:1, and forming polyethylene powder at 760 ℃;
s3, directly sprinkling polyethylene powder on the belt body 1 with the framework structure 2, plasticizing at a high temperature through a 205 ℃ oven, heating at a high temperature by infrared rays at a joint, flattening through a joint roller, and trimming for multiple times to form a polyethylene layer 4 on the outer side of the belt body 1;
s4, after the process is completed, heating the belt body 1 to 52 ℃ again, after the belt body 1 is softened, placing the wear-resistant layer 3 on the outer side of the polyethylene layer 4, heating the temperature to 85 ℃, and then laminating and flattening by using a roller;
s5, reducing the temperature of the belt to 36 ℃ by using a cooling mechanism, and trimming for multiple times, so that the polyethylene nontoxic environment-friendly conveying belt is formed.
Example 3
The invention provides a preparation process of a polyethylene nontoxic environment-friendly conveyor belt, which comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting rubber as a raw material, melting and filtering the rubber at 380 ℃, weaving a plurality of steel wires in a staggered manner to form a framework structure 2, placing the framework structure 2 in a mould, and pouring rubber solution into the framework structure 2 to form a belt body 1 with the framework structure 2;
s2, selecting high-density polyethylene powder and medium-density polyethylene powder as raw materials, mixing the high-density polyethylene powder and the medium-density polyethylene powder according to a weight ratio of 1:1, and forming polyethylene powder at 780 ℃;
s3, directly sprinkling polyethylene powder on the belt body 1 with the framework structure 2, plasticizing at a high temperature through a baking oven at 210 ℃, heating at a high temperature by infrared rays at a joint, flattening through a joint roller, and trimming for multiple times to form a polyethylene layer 4 on the outer side of the belt body 1;
s4, after the process is completed, heating the belt body 1 to 56 ℃ again, after the belt body 1 is softened, placing the wear-resistant layer 3 on the outer side of the polyethylene layer 4, heating the temperature to 90 ℃, and then laminating the roller for flattening;
s5, reducing the temperature to 38 ℃ by using a cooling mechanism, and trimming for multiple times, so that the polyethylene nontoxic environment-friendly conveying belt is formed.
Example 4
The invention provides a preparation process of a polyethylene nontoxic environment-friendly conveyor belt, which comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting rubber as a raw material, melting and filtering the rubber at 400 ℃, weaving a plurality of steel wires in a staggered manner to form a framework structure 2, placing the framework structure 2 in a mould, and pouring rubber solution into the framework structure to form a belt body 1 with the framework structure 2;
s2, selecting high-density polyethylene powder and medium-density polyethylene powder as raw materials, mixing the high-density polyethylene powder and the medium-density polyethylene powder according to a weight ratio of 1:1, and forming polyethylene powder at 800 ℃;
s3, directly sprinkling polyethylene powder on the belt body 1 with the framework structure 2, plasticizing at a high temperature through a baking oven at 220 ℃, heating at a high temperature by infrared rays at a joint, flattening through a joint roller, and trimming for multiple times to form a polyethylene layer 4 on the outer side of the belt body 1;
s4, after the process is completed, heating the belt body 1 to 60 ℃ again, after the belt body 1 is softened, placing the wear-resistant layer 3 on the outer side of the polyethylene layer 4, heating the temperature to 100 ℃, and then laminating and flattening by using a roller;
s5, reducing the temperature of the belt to 40 ℃ by using a cooling mechanism, and trimming for multiple times, so that the polyethylene nontoxic environment-friendly conveying belt is formed.

s3, directly sprinkling polyethylene powder on the belt body (1) with the framework structure (2), plasticizing at a high temperature through a baking oven at 200-220 ℃, heating at a high temperature by infrared rays at a joint, flattening through a joint roller, and trimming for multiple times, so as to form a polyethylene layer (4) at the outer side of the belt body (1);
