Abstract
The invention provides a tray for assembling a gearbox, which can rotate, turn over and lift the gearbox in the process of assembling the gearbox, so that the assembly is faster and more convenient, and the assembly efficiency is improved. The lifting device comprises a turnover plate, a rotary plate, a lifting plate and a bottom plate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein four air cylinders are arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate, and piston rods of the air cylinders are fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the lifting plate through a connecting plate; a middle rotating shaft which is vertically arranged and a plane bearing which is coaxially arranged with the middle rotating shaft are arranged between the rotating plate and the lifting plate; eight positioning grooves are uniformly distributed on the edge of the rotating plate along the circumferential direction of the rotating plate, and the rotating pins vertically penetrate through the rotating pin brackets and then are matched with the rotating pin brackets to be inserted into the positioning grooves; two bearing seats which are oppositely arranged are respectively and fixedly arranged on the top surface of the rotating plate, a turnover shaft which is horizontally arranged is arranged between the two bearing seats, and one end of the turnover plate is fixedly connected on the supporting plane; two gas springs are arranged on the rotating plate, and piston rods of the gas springs extend out to drive the overturning plate to rotate around the overturning shaft.

Background
At present, the assembly work of the automobile gearbox is mainly carried out on a production line by workers, and the gearbox is placed on a special tray for assembly. The existing pallet can rotate in the horizontal direction and turn over in the vertical direction in the assembly process of the gearbox, but cannot lift the gearbox, so that when the positions of parts to be assembled are higher or lower, the assembly is inconvenient, and the assembly efficiency is affected.

Furthermore, the lifting plate is a rectangular flat plate or a circular plate, and the four connecting plates are uniformly distributed and fixedly connected on the bottom surface of the lifting plate.
Further, the gearbox supporting component comprises a contour block and a supporting head, wherein the contour block and the supporting head are respectively and vertically fixedly connected to the overturning plate.
Further, two anti-collision cushion blocks are respectively arranged at the edges of the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate.
When the tray is used for assembling the automobile gearbox, the gearbox shell is supported and positioned by the supporting component on the turnover plate, the lifting plate is driven to lift by the air cylinder so as to drive the gearbox to lift or lower, the rotating plate can drive the gearbox to uniformly rotate at eight angles in the horizontal direction, the gas spring can drive the turnover plate to turn over so as to drive the gearbox to turn over at any angle in the vertical direction, the flexibility of the assembly position of the gearbox is greatly improved, the assembly of the gearbox is more convenient and quicker, and the assembly efficiency is high; through setting up two gas springs, make the upset board more stable in the upset in-process, guaranteed smooth, the accurate assembly of gearbox.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the tray for assembling a gearbox of the present invention includes a turnover plate 1, a rotation plate 2, a lifting plate 3 and a bottom plate 4 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the bottom plate 4, the lifting plate 3 and the rotation plate 2 are arranged in parallel; the bottom plate 4 is a rectangular flat plate, four corners of the bottom plate 4 are respectively provided with a guide wheel 5, and the guide wheels 5 are in sliding fit with the existing assembly line; four air cylinders 6 are arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate 4, piston rods 6-1 of the air cylinders are vertically arranged, connecting plates 7 are fixedly connected to the upper ends of the piston rods of the air cylinders, and the four connecting plates 7 are fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the lifting plate 3 respectively; the rotary plate 2 is a circular plate, a middle rotary shaft 8 which is vertically arranged is arranged between the rotary plate 2 and the lifting plate 3, the lower end of the middle rotary shaft 8 is rotationally connected with the middle part of the lifting plate 3 through a bearing, the upper end of the middle rotary shaft 8 is fixedly connected with the middle part of the rotary plate 2, and a plane bearing 9 which is coaxially arranged with the middle rotary shaft 8 is arranged between the rotary plate 2 and the lifting plate 3; eight positioning grooves 10 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the edge of the rotating plate 2, a rotating pin bracket 11 is vertically arranged on the lifting plate 3, a rotating pin 12 vertically penetrates through the rotating pin bracket 11 and then is matched with the rotating pin bracket 11 to be inserted into the positioning grooves 10, and the rotating pin 12 is in threaded fit with the rotating pin bracket 11; two bearing seats 13 which are oppositely arranged are respectively and fixedly arranged on the top surface of the rotating plate 2, a turnover shaft 14 which is horizontally arranged is arranged between the two bearing seats 13, and two ends of the turnover shaft 14 are respectively and rotatably connected with the two bearing seats 13; the shaft body of the turnover shaft 14 is axially provided with a supporting plane A, and one end of the turnover plate 1 is fixedly connected to the supporting plane A through a first screw 20; two gas springs 15 are arranged on the rotating plate 2, the middle parts of two sides of the bottom surface of the turnover plate 1 are fixedly connected with mounting blocks 16 through second screws 21 respectively, the two mounting blocks 16 are arranged opposite to each other, the heads of piston rods 15-1 of the two gas springs are respectively and rotatably connected with the two mounting blocks 16, and the piston rods 15-1 of the gas springs extend out to drive the turnover plate 1 to rotate around the turnover shaft 14; a gearbox supporting component is arranged on the top surface of the turnover plate 1; the gearbox supporting component comprises a constant-height block 17 and a supporting head 18, and the constant-height block 17 and the supporting head 18 are respectively and vertically fixedly connected to the turnover plate 1.
Preferably, the shaft body of the turnover shaft 14 has a cuboid structure, so any one plane of the turnover shaft 14 along the length direction can be used as a supporting plane, and the installation is convenient.
Preferably, the lifting plate 3 is a rectangular flat plate or a circular plate, and four connecting plates 7 are uniformly and fixedly connected on the bottom surface of the lifting plate 3. Thus, the lifting plate can be stably driven to lift by the air cylinder.
Preferably, two crash pads 19 are mounted at the edges of the front and rear ends of the floor 4. Thus, the mutual collision between the trays on the assembly line can be prevented.
The assembly process of the gearbox comprises the following steps:
the tray placed by the invention is slidably arranged on an automobile gearbox assembly line through the guide wheel 5, the gearbox to be assembled is placed on a gearbox supporting component, the equal-height blocks 17 support the bottom plane of the gearbox, the supporting heads 18 support the differential mechanism of the gearbox, and the gearbox is positioned; in the assembly process, the gearbox can be lifted, lowered, rotated and turned over as required, and the cylinder 6 can drive the lifting plate 3 to lift, so that the gearbox is lifted or lowered; the rotating plate 2 is manually rotated, and is positioned by the rotating pin 12 after being in place, so that the transmission can rotate in the horizontal direction; the air spring 15 is started to drive the turnover plate 1 to rotate around the turnover shaft 14, so that the turnover of the gearbox in the vertical direction can be realized, parts with different angles and positions on the gearbox can be assembled, and the assembly is more convenient and flexible.
