And (3) fastening the high-strength bolts, namely primary screwing and final screwing: the initial screwing is up to 50% of the standard value of the pretension force of the bolts, and the pretension force value of each bolt of the test piece is controlled to be 0.95P-1.05P (P is the designed pretension force value of the high-strength bolts) by adopting the actual measurement of a resistance strain gauge for the high-strength bolts provided with the pressure sensor or the resistance sheet. At present, a special manual torque wrench or an electric wrench is often used for fastening the bolt, and the fastening mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
For the problems in the related art, no effective solution has been proposed at present.

A motor and a gearbox connected with the motor are arranged in the control cabinet 9, the gearbox is connected with a screw rod, and a rotating handle 10 is sleeved on the screw rod; the upper part of the rotary handle 10 is provided with a lower sleeve 11; the upper part of the lower sleeve 11 is provided with a torque transmission device 12, the torque transmission device 12 comprises a stand column 5 and a sliding key sleeve 3, the lower part of the stand column 5 is provided with a sliding key 4, the sliding key sleeve 3 matched with the sliding key 4 is movably sleeved outside the sliding key 4, the cross section of the sliding key 4 is in an outer hexagonal quincuncial shape, and the cross section of the sliding key sleeve 3 is in an inner hexagonal quincuncial shape. An upper sleeve 19 is arranged at the lower part of the sliding key sleeve 3, and the upper sleeve 19 is matched with the lower sleeve 11; the axes of the upper sleeve 19, the sliding key sleeve 3 and the upright post 5 are positioned on the same straight line.

After fixing the bolt from top to bottom, the motor is started, the gearbox is used for driving the screw rod to rotate, torque is applied to the bolt, the torque received by the bolt is transmitted to the torque sensor 14 through the upper sleeve 19, the sliding key sleeve 3 and the upright post 5 with the sliding key, and the torque received by the bolt is displayed on the torque display.
