本发明涉及一种中药粉碎研磨装置,包括粉碎仓、研磨仓、支架、底座、进料口及出料口,所述进料口分为两个,并排设置在粉碎仓的顶部,所述出料口设置在研磨仓一端底部,所述粉碎仓安装在研磨仓的顶部,所述研磨仓通过两个支架固定在底座上,本发明通过设置粉碎仓和研磨仓,使中药得到充分的粉碎和研磨,两次对中药的加工,使中药在使用过程中充分发挥药效,使病人吸收药效充分,不耽误病人病情,有效防止病人因药效不佳造成的损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种中药粉碎研磨装置。
背景技术
当下中药越来越成为人们治病的主要药品,但是中药加工出现了颗粒过大、研磨不充分等问题,不仅降低了中药的药效吸收效果,同时影响病人病情,严重时至人伤残死亡,从而造成不可挽回的后果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中药粉碎研磨装置,以解决上述技术问题,为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种中药粉碎研磨装置,包括粉碎仓、研磨仓、支架、底座、进料口及出料口,所述进料口分为两个,并排设置在粉碎仓的顶部,所述出料口设置在研磨仓一端底部,所述粉碎仓安装在研磨仓的顶部,所述研磨仓通过两个支架固定在底座上。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述粉碎仓包括电动机A、粉碎刀、传动轴A、隔离层及斗体,所述电动机A安装在粉碎仓内顶部,所述粉碎刀分为上下两个,等间距安装在传动轴A上,所述传动轴A与电动机A连接,从而带动粉碎刀转动,所述隔离层设置在斗体顶部,所述斗体安装在粉碎仓底部,且斗体底部与研磨仓连接。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述隔离层包括穿孔、挡板、旋钮、旋钮滑道及中心轴,所述穿孔设置在隔离层的顶部,八个穿孔绕隔离层顶部中心环形排列,所述挡板也分为八个,对应安装在八个穿孔底部,所述挡板与中心轴连接,且绕中心轴旋转一定角度,所述旋钮穿过旋钮滑道于一挡板连接,滑动旋钮从而使挡板绕中心轴旋转一定角度。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述研磨仓包括固定齿、转动齿、连接轴、传动轴B及电动机B,所述固定齿设置在研磨仓的内壁上,且成逆时针偏转,所述转动齿通过连接轴与传动轴B连接,从而传动轴B带动转动齿转动,所述传动轴B与电动机B连接。
本发明通过设置粉碎仓和研磨仓,使中药得到充分的粉碎和研磨,两次对中药的加工,使中药在使用过程中充分发挥药效,使病人吸收药效充分,不耽误病人病情,有效防止病人因药效不佳造成的损伤。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
一种中药粉碎研磨装置,包括粉碎仓、研磨仓、支架、底座、进料口及出料口,所述进料口分为两个,并排设置在粉碎仓的顶部,所述出料口设置在研磨仓一端底部,所述粉碎仓安装在研磨仓的顶部,所述研磨仓通过两个支架固定在底座上。
所述粉碎仓包括电动机A、粉碎刀、传动轴A、隔离层及斗体,所述电动机A安装在粉碎仓内顶部,所述粉碎刀分为上下两个,等间距安装在传动轴A上,所述传动轴A与电动机A连接,从而带动粉碎刀转动,所述隔离层设置在斗体顶部,所述斗体安装在粉碎仓底部,且斗体底部与研磨仓连接。
所述隔离层包括穿孔、挡板、旋钮、旋钮滑道及中心轴,所述穿孔设置在隔离层的顶部,八个穿孔绕隔离层顶部中心环形排列,所述挡板也分为八个,对应安装在八个穿孔底部,所述挡板与中心轴连接,且绕中心轴旋转一定角度,所述旋钮穿过旋钮滑道于一挡板连接,滑动旋钮从而使挡板绕中心轴旋转一定角度。
所述研磨仓包括固定齿、转动齿、连接轴、传动轴B及电动机B,所述固定齿设置在研磨仓的内壁上,且成逆时针偏转,所述转动齿通过连接轴与传动轴B连接,从而传动轴B带动转动齿转动,所述传动轴B与电动机B连接。
本发明设计的中药粉碎研磨装置,机器启动的同时将需要加工的中药投入进料口,粉碎仓中将中药粉碎体积较小的块中,待粉碎完成后,转动旋钮,粉碎颗粒从穿孔进入研磨仓中,通过转动齿和固定齿中间的相互研磨,将中药加工颗粒更小的块状,方便中药的药性发挥,同时利于病人吸收。

1.一种中药粉碎研磨装置,其特征在于,包括粉碎仓(1)、研磨仓(2)、支架(3)、底座(4)、进料口(5)及出料口(6),所述进料口(5)分为两个,并排设置在粉碎仓(1)的顶部,所述出料口(6)设置在研磨仓(2)一端底部,所述粉碎仓(1)安装在研磨仓(2)的顶部,所述研磨仓(2)通过两个支架(3)固定在底座(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药粉碎研磨装置,其特征在于,所述粉碎仓(1)包括电动机A(7)、粉碎刀(8)、传动轴A(9)、隔离层(10)及斗体(11),所述电动机A(7)安装在粉碎仓(1)内顶部,所述粉碎刀(8)分为上下两个,等间距安装在传动轴A(9)上,所述传动轴A(9)与电动机A(7)连接,从而带动粉碎刀(8)转动,所述隔离层(10)设置在斗体(11)顶部,所述斗体(11)安装在粉碎仓(1)底部,且斗体(11)底部与研磨仓(2)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的隔离层,其特征在于,所述隔离层(10)包括穿孔(12)、挡板(13)、旋钮(14)、旋钮滑道(15)及中心轴(16),所述穿孔(12)设置在隔离层(10)的顶部,八个穿孔(12)绕隔离层(10)顶部中心环形排列,所述挡板(13)也分为八个,对应安装在八个穿孔(12)底部,所述挡板(13)与中心轴(16)连接,且绕中心轴(16)旋转一定角度,所述旋钮(14)穿过旋钮滑道(15)与一挡板(13)连接,滑动旋钮(14)从而使挡板(13)绕中心轴(16)旋转一定角度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药粉碎研磨装置,其特征在于,所述研磨仓(2)包括固定齿(17)、转动齿(18)、连接轴(19)、传动轴B(20)及电动机B(21),所述固定齿(17)设置在研磨仓(2)的内壁上,且成逆时针偏转,所述转动齿(18)通过连接轴(19)与传动轴B(20)连接,从而传动轴B(20)带动转动齿(18)转动,所述传动轴B(20)与电动机B(21)连接。
