背景技术
众所周知,恶臭气体污染是指一切刺激嗅觉器官引起人们不愉快及损害生活环境的气体物质,现有的空气净化器处理功率小,尤其是对重度空气污染净化效果不好。恶臭气体按组成可以分为5类:①含硫化合物,如H2S、SO2、硫醇等;②含氮化合物,如氨气、胺类、吲哚等;③卤素及衍生物,如氯气、卤代烃等;④烃类及芳香烃;⑤含氧有机物,如醇、酚、醛、酮等。恶臭气味的物质种类复杂,浓度值低,且敞开环境中气候条件对臭气物质的性质参数影响很大,恶臭污染超标释放诸如硫化氢、氨、甲硫醇、甲硫氢、三甲胺、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳和苯乙烯等恶臭气体污染周边环境,会危及人体生理健康,诸如呼吸困难、倒胃、胸闷、呕吐等。
目前对于恶臭气体的处理方式有很多,如直接焚烧法、土壤脱臭法、洗涤吸收法、吸附法、生物脱臭法、喷洒各类除臭药剂,包括有微生物除臭剂、植物提取液、气味掩蔽和中和剂等。生物脱臭法和活性炭吸附法是目前最为常用的两种除臭方法。生物除臭法处理效果良好,经济成本低,且无二次污染,但是处理效果易受进气浓度影响, 不太稳定,对于喷淋水中有机物浓度有一定要求,仅适合低浓度恶臭成分的有机废气。活性炭吸附法可有效去除恶臭气体中的某些恶臭物质,但活性炭有一定的使用周期,若要长期连续使用,必须再生或定期更换,单独使用该方法,活性炭消耗量大,经济成本较高。在汽车表面维修和喷涂过程中,产生含有甲苯和苯等挥发性有机物的恶臭气体,这些废气处理困难,多数直接排入大气中, 严重地危害周边居民身体健康,必须要解决的问题及严格控制。

根据上述所述一种重污染恶臭分解净化机的分解净化剂制备方法,其特征在于:分解净化剂组合物有效成分的原料按下述原料重量为薯蓣15克、聚乙烯醇10克、硫酸钠 15克、亚硫酸钠12克、硫酸铵18克、碳酸氢钠20克、碳酸氢钠15克;
分解净化剂的生产工艺:
其特征在于:首先将薯蓣15克、聚乙烯醇10克投入到150mL的蒸馏水中,98℃水浴加热溶解,溶解完,冷却室温,得胶液备用:1、称取硫酸钠 15克、亚硫酸钠12克加入5ml胶液搅拌混匀,送入压片机压制成10克一块,用塑料装好,再用塑料机封口得成品分解净化剂,备用:2、称取硫酸铵18克加入6ml胶液搅拌混匀,送入压片机压制成10克一块,用塑料装好,再用塑料机封口得成品分解净化剂,备用: 3、称取碳酸氢钠20克、碳酸氢钠15克加入10ml胶液搅拌混匀,送入压片机压制成10克一块,用塑料装好,再用塑料机封口得成品分解净化剂,备用。
一种重污染恶臭分解净化机的使用方法:
打开重污染恶臭分解净化机分解室1、2、3、4在每个分解室和氧化室放入分解净化剂10克一块,加入去离子水2000m1盖好瓶盖,重污染恶臭分解净化机插上电源,打开抽风机和电动搅拌机,污染空气进入分解室1进行清洗分解又进入2进行清洗分解又进入3清洗分解又进入4清洗反应分解来来回回持续不断地在净化室内循环反应,使得污染空气摩擦分解净化剂液表面,污染空气与分解净化剂液表面相对流动,分解净化剂液表面的高黏附性,通过碰击、吸附、凝聚、交换、络合、分解、氧化、沉淀等作用而实现清除空气恶臭、吸烟者烟气(二手烟雾)、粉尘、PM2.5、氨、甲硫醇、甲硫氢、三甲胺、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳、苯乙烯、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、硫化氢、苯、油烟味、甲醛净化分解率达81-99.9%,对空气中的流脑病毒、流感病毒、军团菌、肺炎菌、丙型肝炎病毒、甲型肝炎病毒、白色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯、白色念珠菌、伤寒病毒、大肠杆菌、霍乱病毒、传染病菌病毒、有害细菌病毒分别空气及直接杀灭率达80-99.9%。
分解净化剂实验效果测试
将1、2、3生产的分解净化剂配制成0.5%浓度液,实验组和对照组。对实验组喷洒分解净化剂覆盖生活垃圾,覆盖面用塑料袋将两组生活垃圾覆盖1h。结果:1小时后,实验组没有产生臭气味,臭气完全消除了,对照组有明显的腥臭味。
分解净化剂实验效果测试
消杀效果经对HBSAG灭活效果测试,在室温下,取本分解净化剂的10%、5%、1%及0.5%浓度,对HBSAG作用5分钟,其灭活率分别为99.44%、99.88%、 93.75%及87.5%。对杀菌效果测定:取本分解净化剂浓度的1-10%,作用时间为5-15分钟,对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)杀灭率为99.59-99.99%,对大肠杆菌(ATCC8099)杀灭率为 99.44-99.99%,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞(ATCC8099)杀灭率为54.52-99.99%。对枯草杆菌 黑色变种牙胞(ATCC9372)杀灭率为54.52-99.99%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的药剂辅以化学相结合,使得污染空气与分解净化剂液摩擦、碰动污染空气与分解净化剂液表面相对流动,分解净化剂液表面的高黏性,通过碰击、摩擦、吸附、凝聚、交换、络合、分解、氧化、沉淀等作用而实现清除空气恶臭、烟气(二手烟雾)、粉尘、PM2.5、氨、甲硫醇、甲硫氢、三甲胺、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳、苯乙烯、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、硫化氢、苯、油烟味、甲醛净化分解率达98-99.9%,对空气中的流脑病毒、流感病毒、军团菌、肺炎菌、丙型肝炎病毒、甲型肝炎病毒、白色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯、白色念珠菌、伤寒病毒、大肠杆菌、霍乱病毒、传染病菌病毒、有害细菌病毒分别空气及直接杀灭率达88-99.9%。因此与现有技术相比本发明不存在二次污染,对恶臭物质消除迅速,可以立即消除空气中的恶臭味道的创造性,具有新新颖性、实用性。

在重污染恶臭分解净化机本体1的最左段为净化室3,净化室3的上部有污染空气进气口2,在净化室右边中段有分解室Ⅰ进气口6,净化室3右端下部有净化室下部阀门29;

打开重污染恶臭分解净化机20分解室药液仓和21分解室药液仓,放入3制得的分解净化剂各一块并加去离子水2000ml:再放入1制得的分解净化剂一块到22.反应室药液仓,并加去离子水3000ml: 再放入2制得的分解净化剂一块到23.氧化室药液仓并加去离子水3000ml:盖好瓶盖,插上电源,打开抽风机和电动搅拌机开关,污染空气进入分解室药液仓1进行清洗分解后又进入2分解室药液仓进行清洗分解后又进入3反应室药液仓清洗分解又进入4氧化室药液仓清洗反应分解,就这详来来回回持续不断地在净化室内循环反应,使得污染空气摩擦、碰动污染空气与分解净化剂液表面相对流动,分解净化剂液表面的高黏性,通过碰击、摩擦、吸附、凝聚、交换、络合、分解、氧化、沉淀等作用而实现清除空气恶臭、吸烟者烟气(二手烟雾)、粉尘、PM2.5、氨、甲硫醇、甲硫氢、三甲胺、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳、苯乙烯、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、硫化氢、苯、油烟味、甲醛净化分解率达98-99.9%,对空气中的流脑病毒、流感病毒、军团菌、肺炎菌、丙型肝炎病毒、甲型肝炎病毒、白色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯、白色念珠菌、伤寒病毒、大肠杆菌、霍乱病毒、传染病菌病毒、有害细菌病毒分别空气及直接杀灭率达88-99.9%。
