It will be appreciated that steam cooker 100 requires a food compartment to be placed within pot body 20 for food to be placed during the cooking of food. Therefore, the first boss 23 is disposed at the pot opening of the pot body 20 of the embodiment, so that when people use the steam pot 100, not only a steam separator (not shown) with a support leg can be placed at the pot bottom of the pot body 20, but also a straight steam separator 101 can be placed on the first boss 23 of the pot body 20, which is further convenient for people to use.
In this embodiment, the second boss 24 is connected to the first boss 23 by a cone 25, and the outer diameter of the cone 25 gradually increases from the first boss 23 to the second boss 24, that is, the second boss 24 on the pan body 20 of this embodiment is specifically disposed obliquely above the first boss 23, so as to ensure that the steaming compartment 101 of the first boss 23 placed on the pan body 20 can contain more food. And the pot body 20 is further provided with a retaining ring 26 at the periphery of the second boss 24, on one hand, the retaining ring 26 can be used for being matched with the main machine 10, so that the pot body 20 and the main machine 10 can be conveniently assembled, and on the other hand, the retaining ring 26 can limit the pot cover 30 covered on the pot body 20. Further, in the pot 20 of the present embodiment, two lugs 27 are symmetrically disposed on the retainer ring 26 for facilitating the extraction of the pot 20 by human hand. It can be understood that the body 20, the first boss 23, the second boss 24, the cone 25, the retainer ring 26 and the two lugs 27 of the steam cooker 100 of the present embodiment are all configured as an integral structure.
The main body 10 is a main body part of the steamer 100, and is applied to the steamer 100 for heating water in the water tank 40 to become steam, and transferring the steam generated by the steam into the pot body 20 through the steam pipe 11 on the steamer, and realizing steaming of food contained in the pot body 20 by passing through the switch assembly 22 on the pot body 20. Further, a connecting sealing member 111, which may be a rubber head, is disposed at a position where the steam pipe 11 communicates with the through hole 2221 of the steam port lower seat 222 on the switch assembly 22, so as to prevent the steam pipe 11 from leaking when steam is delivered into the pot body 20 through the switch assembly 22.
In this embodiment, the water tank 40 and the main body 10 are detachably engaged, that is, the water tank 40 can be detached from the main body 10 and independently filled with water when being filled with water, and can be assembled to the main body 10 and communicated with the water inlet pipe 12 of the main body 10 when being used on the main body 10, so as to realize the function of supplying water to the main body 10 by the water tank 40.
Referring to fig. 8, the water tank 40 includes a water tank body 41, the water tank body 41 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, wherein the water tank body 41 is provided with a water inlet cover 42 on the water inlet to cover the water inlet, and a one-way valve 43 is arranged at the water outlet. The water inlet cover 41 is connected with the water tank body 41 by a brace (not shown), and the brace is arranged in the water inlet of the water tank body 41. Therefore, when people open the water filling port cover 42 and add water to the water tank body 41, the water filling port cover 42 is always connected to the water tank body 41 through the brace, and therefore the water filling port cover 42 is prevented from being lost. Further, the water filling opening of the water tank body 41 is arranged to protrude outwards relative to the water tank body 41, so that people can conveniently add water to the water tank 40 through the water filling opening.
In this embodiment, the water tank body 41 is provided with a lock catch 44 to be locked with the main body 10, that is, when the water tank 40 is assembled to the main body 10, the water tank 40 is locked with the main body 10 by the lock catch 44, so as to ensure that the water tank 40 is fixed relative to the main body 10 when assembled to the main body 10. Further, the water tank body 41 is recessed inward and formed with a handle 45 to facilitate the manual extraction of the water tank 40 with respect to the main body 10. And a switch specifically used for controlling the latch 44 on the water tank body 41 is arranged in the handle 45 of the water tank body 41, so that the water tank 40 can be further conveniently detached from the main unit 10 by hands.
It will be understood that the check valve 43 is applied to the water tank 40, and seals the water outlet of the water tank 40 when the water tank 40 is detached from the host 10, and when the water tank 40 is assembled to the host 10, the check valve 43 is opened, so that the water outlet of the water tank 40 is communicated with the water inlet pipe 12 of the host 10, so as to supply water from the water tank 40 to the host 10.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the check valve 43 is outwardly projected with respect to the water tank 40, preferably in a transverse manner. The check valve 43 comprises a sealing head 431, an O-shaped sealing ring 432 and a limiting spring 433. The end enclosure 431 partially extends into a water outlet of the water tank body 41, the O-shaped sealing ring 432 is specifically embedded on the part of the end enclosure 431 extending into the water outlet of the water tank body 41, the sealing effect on the water outlet of the water tank body 41 is realized by the O-shaped sealing ring 432, the limiting spring 433 is sleeved on the part of the end enclosure 431 extending out of the water outlet of the water tank body 41, and two ends of the limiting spring are respectively abutted and matched with the water tank body 41 and the end enclosure 431. That is, the part of the sealing head 431 extending into the water outlet of the water tank body 41 is limited by the limiting spring 433. Specifically, the end enclosure 431 is provided with a cross plate structure at a part sleeved with a limiting spring 433, and a limiting retaining ring 4311 is arranged at an end part of one side of the end enclosure which is far away from the O-shaped sealing ring 432, that is, one end of the limiting spring 433 abuts against the limiting retaining ring 4311 on the end enclosure 431, and water at the water outlet on the water tank body 41 can flow out through the cross plate structure part on the end enclosure 431.
Accordingly, the inlet pipe 12 of the main body 10 is partially outwardly protruded with respect to the main body 10 and is disposed facing the check valve 43 of the water tank 40. When the water tank 40 is assembled to the host machine 10, the water inlet pipe 12 presses the head 431 on the check valve 43 and compresses the limiting spring 433, so that the part of the head 431, which is in a cross-plate structure, extends into the water outlet of the water tank body 41, the water inlet pipe 12 on the host machine 10 is communicated with the water outlet of the water tank body 41, and the quick connection between the host machine 10 and the water tank 40 is realized.
It can be understood that the inlet pipe 12 has cup jointed a Y type sealing washer 13 on keeping away from one side tip of host computer 10, and when water tank 40 assembled to host computer 10 on, Y type sealing washer 13 specifically sets up the kneck between inlet pipe 12 and head 431 to the realization is to the sealed of inlet pipe 12 and head 431 kneck, has played the leak protection to inlet pipe 12 and head 431 intercommunication route sealed, has ensured each electronic components's in the host computer 10 normal work.
As can be seen from the above, when the pot body 20 is assembled to the main body 10, the pot body 20 is specifically placed in the main body 10, and the steam pipe 11 on the main body 10 is matched with the switch assembly 22 on the pot body 20 by using the self-gravity of the pot body 20. In addition, the steam cooker 100 of the present embodiment is further provided with an NTC temperature sensing system and a safety protection switch device on the main body 10, and respectively engaged with the cooker body 20.
Wherein, the NTC temperature sensing system is applied to the main machine 10 to accurately sense the temperature of the pot body 20. Referring to fig. 11, the NTC temperature sensing system includes an NTC temperature sensor 51, an NTC supporter 52, a first return spring 53, and an NTC supporter sealing ring 54. Wherein the NTC temperature sensor 51 is disposed on the NTC bracket 52 and partially extends outward relative to the main machine 10 to be in abutting engagement with the pot body 20, and preferably, the NTC temperature sensor 51 is disposed facing the outer end surface of the bottom of the pot on the pot body 20 to ensure that the NTC temperature sensor 51 is vertically pressed downward when the pot body 20 is assembled on the main machine 10. The first return spring 53 is sleeved on the NTC support 52 and abuts against the host 10, and the NTC temperature sensor 51 and the NTC support 52 can compress the first return spring 53 to make telescopic motion relative to the host 10. That is, when the pot body 20 is assembled to the main body 10, the pot body 20 touches the NTC temperature sensor 51 and is pressed downward, and at the same time, the NTC temperature sensor 51 and the NTC bracket 52 move downward and compress the first return spring 53 by the pot body 20, and when the pot body 20 is separated from the main body 10, the NTC temperature sensor 51 and the NTC bracket 52 rise until the first return spring 53 is reset by the first return spring 53. The NTC support sealing ring 54 is embedded on the circumferential wall of the NTC support 52 and is disposed adjacent to the NTC temperature sensor 51, so that the NTC support sealing ring 54 is applied to the NTC temperature sensing system, and can achieve the waterproof sealing effect on other electronic components mounted on the host 10.
Accordingly, the host 10 is specifically provided with a mounting bracket 14 to mount the NTC temperature sensing system, and when the NTC temperature sensing system is disposed on the mounting bracket 14, the NTC bracket 52 partially extends downward relative to the mounting bracket 14, wherein the NTC bracket 52 is provided with a limiting flange 521 at a portion disposed in the mounting bracket 14, and two ends of the first return spring 53 respectively abut against the limiting flange 521 of the NTC bracket 52 and the mounting bracket 14. The NTC holder sealing ring 54 is fitted to the peripheral wall of the portion of the NTC holder 52 located above the mounting frame 14. That is, the NTC temperature sensing system is installed on the main body 10 of this embodiment by separating a separate space by the mounting frame 14.
The safety protection switch device is applied to the main machine 10, and particularly has a function of a child lock, namely, only when the pot body 20 is assembled on the main machine 10, the main machine 10 can work, and the situation that the scald and the burn are caused due to the fact that steam generated by the work of the main machine 10 is sprayed outwards through the steam pipe 11 after misoperation is avoided.
Referring to fig. 12, the safety protection switching device includes a touch lever 61, a second return spring 62, a micro switch 63, and a water seepage prevention sealing ring 64. The microswitch 63 is connected with a control circuit on the main machine 10, when the microswitch 63 is on, the control circuit on the main machine 10 is connected, and when the microswitch is off, the control circuit on the main machine 10 is disconnected; the touch rod 61 is specifically provided with a shifting piece 611, the shifting piece 611 faces the micro switch 63 and controls the micro switch 63, and preferably, the touch rod 61 faces the outer end face of the bottom of the pot on the pot body 20 to ensure that the touch rod 61 is vertically pressed down when the pot body 20 is assembled on the main machine 10. The second return spring 62 is sleeved on one side of the touch rod 61 extending into the host 10 and abuts against the host 10; the water seepage prevention sealing ring 64 is sleeved on the touch rod 61 and is arranged above the shifting sheet 611 on the touch rod 61, so that the waterproof sealing of the electronic components at the position where the safety protection switch device is assembled on the host 10 is realized, and the normal work of the host 10 is ensured. When assembling pot body 20 to host computer 10 like this, pot body 20 can touch bar 61 and compress second reset spring 62 and move down, here simultaneously, plectrum 611 on touch bar 61 will stir micro-gap switch 63 to open micro-gap switch 63, and then realize the intercommunication of control circuit on this host computer 10, and when pot body 20 breaks away from host computer 10, touch bar 61 can rise under second reset spring 62's effect until second reset spring 62 resets, here simultaneously, will drive plectrum 611 and stir micro-gap switch 63 downwards, and then realize the disconnection to control circuit on this host computer 10, just in conclusion the effect of this safety protection switching device to the safety protection of host computer 10 has been realized.
Accordingly, a mounting frame 15 is provided on the main body 10 to assemble the safety switch device; the mounting frame 15 is provided with a convex column 151 on the end surface of one side facing the touch rod 61, and two ends of the second return spring 62 are respectively sleeved on the touch rod 61 and the convex column 151. And the water seepage prevention seal ring 64 is sleeved on the part of the touch rod 61 arranged on the opening of the mounting frame 15 so as to seal the mounting frame 15. Thus, the main unit 10 of this embodiment is separated from an independent space by the mounting frame 15 to safely protect the switchgear.
In conclusion, the steam cooker meets the use requirements of people on the steam cooker through a reasonable structure.

Claims (10)
1. A steam cooker is characterized in that: comprises a main machine, a pot body arranged on the main machine and a pot cover covered on the pot body; wherein,
the pot cover is of a curved surface structure made of high borosilicate glass materials, and the height of the curved surface is more than 100 mm;
the pot body is of a conical structure, and the inner diameter of the pot body is gradually increased from the pot bottom to the pot opening; the pot body is provided with a steam port on the bottom of the pot body, and a switch component is arranged on the steam port to control the opening and closing of the steam port;
the safety protection switch device comprises a main machine and is characterized in that an NTC temperature sensing system and a safety protection switch device are arranged on the main machine, an NTC temperature sensor on the NTC temperature sensing system extends outwards relative to the main machine part so as to be in butt joint with a pot body, and a touch rod of the safety protection switch device extends outwards relative to the main machine part so as to be matched with the pot body to jointly realize on-off control of a control circuit on the main machine.
2. The steamer of claim 1, wherein: the host is provided with a water tank, and the water tank is matched with the host in a split type dismounting way.

A steamer as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that: the water tank is transversely provided with a one-way valve at the water outlet of the water tank, wherein the one-way valve is arranged relative to the water outlet of the water tank in a protruding way; the water tank is characterized in that a water inlet pipe is arranged on the host, the water inlet of the water inlet pipe is arranged towards the check valve on the water outlet of the water tank, and when the water tank is assembled on the host, the check valve is jacked open by the water inlet pipe and is communicated with the water outlet of the water tank.

The steamer of claim 1, wherein: the NTC temperature sensing system comprises an NTC temperature sensor, an NTC support and a first return spring, wherein the NTC temperature sensor is arranged on the NTC support and extends outwards relative to the NTC support; the first reset spring is sleeved on the NTC support and abuts against the host, and the NTC temperature sensor and the NTC support can compress the first reset spring to do telescopic motion relative to the host.
5. The steamer of claim 4, wherein: the NTC temperature sensing system further comprises an NTC bracket sealing ring; the NTC support sealing ring is embedded on the circumferential wall of the NTC support and is arranged close to the NTC temperature sensor.

The steamer of claim 1, wherein: the safety protection switch device comprises a touch rod, a second reset spring and a microswitch, wherein the microswitch is connected with a control circuit on the host; the touch rod is provided with a poking sheet, the poking sheet is arranged facing the microswitch and can be used for controlling the microswitch; the second reset spring is sleeved on one side of the touch rod extending into the host machine and abuts against the host machine.
7. The steamer of claim 6, wherein: the safety protection switch device further comprises an anti-seepage sealing ring which is sleeved on the touch rod and is arranged above the shifting piece on the touch rod.
8. The steamer of claim 1, wherein: the switch component comprises a steam port upper seat covered on the steam port of the pot body, a steam port lower seat arranged in the steam port and in threaded connection with the steam port upper seat, and a steam port sealing element arranged between the steam port upper seat and the steam port lower seat; wherein, a plurality of drain holes are transversely arranged on the steam port upper seat, and the drain holes are arranged above the steam port of the pot body and communicated with the through holes on the steam port lower seat; the steam port sealing element is provided with a circular convex column on a passage communicated with the drain hole of the steam port upper seat and the through hole of the steam port lower seat, and a steel ball is placed in the circular convex column.
9. The steamer of claim 1, wherein: the cooker cover is provided with an exhaust hole, and a pressure-retaining one-way valve is arranged in the exhaust hole.
10. The steamer of claim 9, wherein: the pressure maintaining one-way valve comprises an exhaust hole upper seat embedded on the exhaust hole, an exhaust hole lower seat partially overlapped with the exhaust hole upper seat, a pressure maintaining spring arranged between the exhaust hole upper seat and the exhaust hole lower seat and a one-way valve sealing head; the exhaust hole upper seat is provided with a first vent hole, the exhaust hole lower seat is provided with a second vent hole, and the first vent hole, the exhaust hole and the second vent hole are communicated with each other; the sealing head of the one-way valve is plugged on a second vent hole of the lower exhaust hole seat and is limited by a pressure maintaining spring.
