The intelligent sun helmet for outdoor sports of claim 1, wherein the horizontal movement assembly comprises a first motor, a first driving shaft, a driving gear and a transmission frame, the first motor is in transmission connection with the driving gear through the first driving shaft, the driving gear is located inside the transmission frame, the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the transmission frame are respectively provided with transmission teeth, the driving gear is meshed with the transmission teeth, the outer periphery of the driving gear is provided with teeth which are circumferentially and uniformly distributed along the semi-circle outer periphery of the driving gear, and the fixing plate is fixedly connected with the transmission frame.
