本发明公开了一种鳄鱼蛋孵化房的温度湿度控制方法。本发明方法是按照孵化初期、孵化中期、孵化后期三个阶段对孵化房的温度湿度进行控制,具体是:(1)孵化初期:鳄鱼蛋进孵化房后至第20天,孵化房温度30±1℃,湿度为89‑91%;(2)孵化中期:第21天到第50天,孵化房温度31±1℃,湿度为92‑96%;(3)孵化后期:第51天到孵化完成,孵化房温度32±1℃,湿度为90‑94%。本发明方法有利于提高孵化成活率,获得健康的鳄鱼苗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鳄鱼蛋孵化房的温度湿度控制方法,属于养殖技术领域。
背景技术
随着鳄鱼人工养殖技术的成熟,国家有关政策已允许人工养殖鳄鱼达到规定年限后进入市场。在鳄鱼的养殖过程中,由于鳄鱼蛋的基因问题,鳄鱼蛋的孵化与其它蛋的孵化不同,对温度、湿度的要求较为严格。
鳄鱼蛋进孵化房后,鳄鱼蛋的孵化期为70天。分初期、中期、后期这三个阶段,但在这70天里非常难捉模清楚鳄鱼蛋的孵化所需的温度、湿度标准方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鳄鱼蛋孵化房的温度湿度控制方法,该方法有利于提高孵化成活率,获得健康的鳄鱼苗。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种鳄鱼蛋孵化房的温度湿度控制方法,按照孵化初期、孵化中期、孵化后期三个阶段对孵化房的温度湿度进行控制,具体是:
(1)孵化初期:鳄鱼蛋进孵化房后至第20天,孵化房温度30±1℃,湿度为89-91%;
(2)孵化中期:第21天到第50天,孵化房温度31±1℃,湿度为92-96%;
(3)孵化后期:第51天到孵化完成,孵化房温度32±1℃,湿度为90-94%。
优选的,所述孵化初期,孵化房温度30±1℃,湿度为90%;
优选的,所述孵化中期,孵化房温度31±1℃,湿度为95%。
优选的,所述孵化后期,孵化房温度32±1℃,湿度92%。
经申请人自2007年至今多年的总结宝贵实践经得出结果,采用本发明的方法可以在人工养殖过程中,根据鳄鱼的生活习性对鳄鱼蛋孵化阶段的温度、湿度进行控制和条件,有利于提高孵化成活率,获得健康的鳄鱼苗,形成鳄鱼人工养殖的标准方法。
在本发明的温度湿度条件下,孵化房的环境易于细菌的滋生,因此,所述鳄鱼蛋进入孵化房孵化前,需彻底消毒,清洗干净蛋壳外的粘稠物,避免粘稠物进入孵化房,同时结合孵化日常管理:蛋进入孵化房后,隔1小时进入孵化蛋房检查是否有破裂蛋壳或损坏蛋壳,每日都进行检查,当发现有破裂蛋壳,且蛋液流出时,应及时清除,再采用高锰酸钾与水配置成消毒液,喷洒在流出蛋液周围进行二次消毒。

实施例 采用以下步骤实现本发明:按照孵化初期、孵化中期、孵化后期三个阶段对孵化房的温度湿度进行控制,具体是:
(1)孵化初期:鳄鱼蛋进孵化房后至第20天,孵化房温度30±1℃,湿度为90%;
(2)孵化中期:第21天到第50天,孵化房温度31±1℃,湿度为95%;
(3)孵化后期:第51天到孵化完成,孵化房温度32±1℃,湿度92%。

1.一种鳄鱼蛋孵化房的温度湿度控制方法,其特征在于:按照孵化初期、孵化中期、孵化后期三个阶段对孵化房的温度湿度进行控制,具体是:
(1)孵化初期:鳄鱼蛋进孵化房后至第20天,孵化房温度30±1℃,湿度为89-91%;
(2)孵化中期:第21天到第50天,孵化房温度31±1℃,湿度为92-96%;
(3)孵化后期:第51天到孵化完成,孵化房温度32±1℃,湿度为90-94%。
