Abstract

本发明公开了一种甘薯田间耐旱鉴定方法,属甘薯耐旱性鉴定技术领域。通过剪取25‑30 cm待鉴定健康甘薯种苗,栽插于铺设滴灌设施的垄上,栽插后滴灌浇水一次;栽插后,对照材料第15 d、第30 d、第45 d、第60 d、第85 d、第110 d各浇水一次,而耐旱鉴定材料第30 d不浇水,其余时间正常浇水,每次40方/667㎡,待130 d收获时调查地下部甘薯块根产量,并计算相对产量,据相对产量判断甘薯品种的耐旱性(相对产量≥60%的品种,耐旱性强;50%≤相对产量<60%的品种,耐旱性中等;相对产量<50%的品种,耐旱性差)。该方法操作简单,实用高效,鉴定出的耐旱材料可以直接应用于甘薯生产。

一种甘薯田间耐旱鉴定方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种甘薯耐旱性鉴定方法,具体涉及一种甘薯田间耐旱鉴定的方法,属甘薯耐旱性鉴定技术领域。
背景技术
甘薯耐旱性鉴定的目的主要是从已育成的甘薯品种中筛选适宜旱区栽培的品种和促进耐旱、优质、高产专用新品种的选育。甘薯作为新型能源原材料及加工材料为一体的多元化作物,针对当前耕地紧张,为做到“不与人争粮,不与粮争地”,并且甘薯是一种适应性及抗逆性较强的粮食作物,内陆盐碱、干旱等边际土地及丘陵山地为未来甘薯产业拓展的新天地。为促进甘薯耐旱资源等材料的筛选、鉴定,前人已通过遮雨模拟干旱处理,进行甘薯耐旱性鉴定,并且自甘薯定植后就不再浇水,导致大部分品种形不成有效产量,并且没有对甘薯生育期不同需水时期进行逐级鉴定,容易导致耐旱资源材料的漏选,筛选方法对甘薯生产没有直接指导作用,筛选出的材料不能直接应用于甘薯生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补上述已有方法的不足,提供一种甘薯田间耐旱鉴定的方法(既可以是在遮雨条件下进行,又可以充分利用干旱田间气候条件进行,如新疆自然干旱条件),该方法具有可靠、实用、重复性好等特点,可真实反应材料的耐旱性,筛选出的材料可直接应用于干旱地区甘薯生产。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种甘薯田间耐旱鉴定的方法,通过剪取25-30cm待鉴定健康甘薯种苗,栽插于且铺有滴灌设施的垄上,栽插后滴灌浇水一次,而后第15d、第45 d、第60 d、第85 d、第110d各浇水一次(对照第15 d、第30 d、第45 d、第60 d、第85d、第110 d各浇水一次),每次40方/667㎡,待130 d收获时调查地下部甘薯块根产量,并计算相对产量,据相对产量判断甘薯品种的耐旱性。具体按如下步骤进行:
(1)耐旱鉴定试验田整理:在具有遮雨棚的田间,避免淋雨,起垄,垄顶铺设滴灌带;
(2)耐旱鉴定材料栽插及正常浇水处理:剪取25-30 cm待鉴定健康甘薯种苗,在垄顶栽插,株距20 cm,栽插后滴灌浇水,每15 d浇水一次,连续浇4次,而后每25天浇水一次,再继续浇2次,浇水量40方/次·667㎡(即:浇水量40立方米/次·667㎡);
(3)控水处理:对于控水处理,不浇第30 d这次关键水,其它时间的水正常浇;
(4)相对产量调查:栽插130 d后,调查正常浇水处理和控水处理的地下部块根产量,计算相对产量;相对产量=(控水处理产量/正常浇水产量)×100%。
(5)相对产量≥60%的品种,耐旱性强;50%≤相对产量<60%的品种,耐旱性中等;相对产量<50%的品种,耐旱性差。

本发明的优点是:该方法可操作性强,简单易行,实用高效,既可以在遮雨条件下进行,也可以在自然田间干旱条件下进行(如新疆),是一种可靠实用的筛选耐旱性甘薯材料的有效方法。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明的方法和效果,但不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
1.试验材料和方法
1.1试验材料:试验所选材料为经过耐旱鉴定基地,连续两年鉴定为耐旱性强、中、差的6份材料。其中:
耐旱性强:潮薯1号、广薯87;
耐旱性中等:漯薯11号、龙薯9号;
耐旱性差:宁紫薯1号、徐紫薯2号。
1.2试验方法:
耐旱鉴定试验田整理:在具有遮雨棚的田间,避免淋雨,起垄,垄宽70-80 cm,垄高25cm垄顶铺设滴灌带;
耐旱鉴定材料栽插及正常浇水处理:剪取25-30 cm待鉴定健康甘薯种苗,在垄顶栽插,株距20 cm,栽插后滴灌浇水,每15 d浇水一次,连续浇4次,而后每25 d天浇水一次,再继续浇2次,浇水量40方/次·667㎡;
控水处理:分别不浇第15 d、第30 d、第45 d、第60 d、第85 d、第110 d这次关键水,其它时间正常浇水;
1.3调查及数据统计:接种130 d后,调查正常及控水处理的地下部块根产量,计算相对产量;相对产量=(控水处理产量/正常浇水产量)×100%。见图1 不同甘薯品种不同时段控水后产量调查分析表。
2.结果与分析
2.1 不同品种不同时段控水后产量调查
如图1,如不浇30 d水,对甘薯地下块根产量影响最大,耐旱的品种相对产量可以达到60%以上,而不耐旱的品种相对产量在50%以下;随着控水期的后推,对产量的影响逐渐减小,尤其在85 d大部分品种相对产量都可以达到90%左右;100 d控水后,各品种相对产量基本可以达到90%以上,最高相对产量为96.7%。对于缺水地方进行耐旱品种栽培,可以考虑在浇完第60 d的水,就不用再浇水,达到最大节水增效。
相对而言,第30 d是甘薯整个生育期需水的关键时期,缺乏这次灌水对甘薯产量影响最大,并且此时相对产量与其耐旱性吻合度相对较高,适宜作为耐旱鉴定水分处理敏感期。

Claims (2)

1.一种甘薯田间耐旱鉴定方法,其特征在于:选取甘薯品种健康种苗,进行垄栽,垄上铺设滴灌带,栽插后30 d控水,待130 d收获时调查地下块根产量,根据块根相对产量进行耐旱材料筛选;具体操作按以下步骤进行:
(1)耐旱鉴定试验田整理:在具有遮雨棚的田间,避免淋雨,起垄,垄顶铺设滴灌带;
(2)耐旱鉴定材料栽插及正常浇水处理:剪取25-30 cm待鉴定健康甘薯种苗,在垄顶栽插,株距20 cm,栽插后滴灌浇水,每15 d浇水一次,连续浇4次,而后每25天浇水一次,再继续浇2次,浇水量40方/次·667㎡;
(3)控水处理:对于控水处理,不浇第30 d这次关键水,其它时间的水正常浇;
(4)相对产量调查:栽插130 d后,调查正常浇水处理和控水处理的地下部块根产量,计算相对产量;
(5)相对产量≥60%的品种,耐旱性强;50%≤相对产量<60%的品种,耐旱性中等;相对产量<50%的品种,耐旱性差。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甘薯田间耐旱鉴定的方法,其特征在于:所述的相对产量=(控水处理产量/正常浇水产量)×100%。
