The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for transmitting a medical image file, which are used for receiving a medical image file transmission signal triggered by a user through a human-computer interaction part of medical image equipment, wherein the transmission signal carries an identifier of the medical image equipment; and acquiring an interface function corresponding to the identifier of the medical imaging equipment according to the identifier of the medical imaging equipment. Packaging the medical image file to be transmitted in the medical image equipment by using an interface function; and sending the packaged medical image file to a cloud platform. According to the embodiment of the invention, the medical image files generated by different medical imaging devices are uniformly packaged into the file with one format and uploaded to the cloud platform for storage, so that the problems of poor transmission compatibility and application limitation of the medical image files in the prior art are solved, the medical image files can be successfully uploaded to the cloud platform, the medical image files can be timely acquired from the cloud platform to organize medical experts for consultation, and the medical diagnosis efficiency is improved.

At present, in order to enable sharing of medical image files among hospitals, the medical image files may be uploaded to a cloud platform for sharing, and in the prior art, transmission of the medical image files is mainly implemented by a hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), a File Transfer Protocol (FTP), and the like. However, the inventor of the present invention has found the following problems in the prior art based on the research of the technical solution of the present invention:
the medical image files may come from medical image devices of multiple hospitals, the medical image devices come from multiple manufacturers, the brand, model and image characteristics of each medical image device are different, the supportable medical image devices configured in the existing file transfer protocol are limited, the medical image devices which may be used do not support the existing file transfer protocol, the medical image files cannot be successfully uploaded to the cloud platform, and particularly, when the medical image files of local basic hospitals cannot be uploaded to the cloud platform, the upper level hospitals cannot acquire the medical image files in time, so that medical experts cannot be organized to conduct consultation, and finally treatment of patients is delayed.
Therefore, the medical image devices that may be supported in the existing file transfer protocol are limited, and there are problems of poor compatibility and application limitation of the medical image file transfer.

The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for transmitting a medical image file, which are used for solving the problems of poor transmission compatibility and application limitation of the medical image file in the existing file transmission protocol.

packaging a medical image file to be transmitted in the medical image equipment according to the interface function;
and sending the packaged medical image file to a cloud platform.

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the client can acquire an interface identifier corresponding to the identifier of the medical image equipment according to the identifier of the medical image equipment carried in the triggered medical image file transmission signal; because the medical image files generated by each medical image device have different formats, the medical image files with different formats need to be packaged into the medical image files with the uniform format supported by the cloud platform, an interface function corresponding to the medical image device identifier for generating the medical image files needs to be acquired, and the medical image files generated by the medical image devices are packaged by using the interface function.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the interface function according to the embodiment of the present invention may be added to a file transfer protocol of an existing medical image device, and specifically, the interface function may be used to package a medical image file to be transferred into an operable medical image file supported by a browser, so that the medical image file on the cloud platform is displayed on line or operated on line through the browser later.

acquiring an interface function corresponding to the identifier of the medical imaging equipment according to the identifier of the medical imaging equipment;
packaging a medical image file to be transmitted in the medical image equipment according to the interface function, and packaging the medical image file into an operable medical image file supported by a browser so as to display the medical image file on the cloud platform on line or operate the medical image file on the cloud platform on line through the browser;
sending the packaged medical image file to a cloud platform;
and when the uploaded and packaged medical image file is successfully sent to the cloud platform, returning information of successful uploading to the medical image equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the packaged medical image files comprise browser-supported operational medical image files.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1-2, further comprising:
and returning the transmission state information to the medical image equipment.
