本发明公开了一种能源总线系统。所述能源总线供水干管中的水来源于自然冷热源,采取措施保证能源总线供水干管中的水应常年稳定在15℃‑25℃之间。每个用能单元处安装冷水热泵机组,配合蓄水池,降低用能单元的运行费用。为保证安全运行,能源总线供水干管上分别设置稳压水泵、止回阀、闸阀、补水箱、压力表、温度计、流量计、自动放气阀、泄水池、数据监测平台、触摸投影屏幕等。本发明实用性很强,解决了区域能源冷热源的问题,同时便于政府、能源公司、用能单元充分统筹社会能源,实现能源在地域、时间、经济上的多重互补。

本发明涉及一种能源总线系统,用于城镇或小区区域能源冷热源选择领域。
背景技术
人类对能源的需求,很大一部分是热或冷的需求。暖通空调能耗占建筑总能耗的60%,占社会总能耗的15%。能源在时间、空间、种类上的不对称性,使得人类在满足需求的过程中浪费了大量的能源。
随着能源互联网概念的提出和能源互联网的飞速发展,区域能源互补方案逐渐成为研究热点,不断整合社会资源,实现能源的就近使用,降低全社会用能成本,是从业者追求的目标。现有的区域能源设计方案,很难实现统筹全社会能量资源的目的。而该发明一种能源总线系统的提出,解决了能源互补使用的难题。该系统能充分利用可再生能源,同时降低用能单元的用能费用,结构简单,可广泛应用于城市能源建设、城区能源建设、小区能源建设等。
发明内容
本发明针对现的区域能源规范方案难以统筹社会能量资源的问题,提供了一种可充分利用可再生能源、降低运行费用、结构简单的能源总线系统。

如附图所示,一种能源总线系统,包括:能源总线供水干管1、能源总线回水干管2、循环水泵3、稳压水泵4、止回阀5、闸阀6、补水箱7、压力表8、温度计9、流量计10、水冷热泵机组11、用能单元12、冷却塔13、自动放气阀14、泄水池15、集水器16、分水器17、自然冷热源18、水汽换热器19、锅炉20、触摸投影屏幕21、数据线22、数据监测平台23、压力温度流量信号线24、蓄水池25。
能源总线供水干管1中的水来源于自然冷热源18,自然冷热源18可以是利用地埋管和土壤换热之后的自然冷热源,也可以是井水、湖水、河水、海水、污水,还可以是单井回灌或者是余热资源。能源总线供水干管1中的水应常年稳定在15℃-25℃之间,以保证水冷热泵机组11夏季使用能源总线供水干管1中的水对冷凝器进行冷却,冬季吸收能源总线供水干管1中水的热量进行供暖。
所述能源总线供水干管1上串联多个循环水泵,如循环水泵3.1、循环水泵3.3、循环水泵3.4、循环水泵3.6等;其循环水泵的流量根据建筑冷热负荷进行计算,总扬程根据能源总线管网的延程阻力损失和局部阻力损失进行计算,单个循环水泵的扬程等于总扬程除以能源总线供水干管1上串联的循环水泵的个数。

所述能源总线供水干管1,冬季处于供暖工况时:当自然冷热源18所提供的水温低于15℃时,开启锅炉20,通过水汽换热器19将锅炉中的热量传递给能源总线供水干管1中的循环水,以保证能源总线供水干管1中循环水的温度大于等于15℃。所述锅炉20可以是燃气锅炉,也可以是电锅炉。
所述能源总线供水干管1,夏季处于制冷工况时:当自然冷热源18所提供的水温高于25℃时,开启循环水泵3.5、闸阀6.3,将能源总线供水干管1中的循环水抽取进入冷却塔13进行冷却,冷却到25℃以下,再送入能源总线供水干管1中;当冷却塔13处于使用状态时,开启闸阀6.3。
所述能源总线供水干管1,在其地理位置最高的地方安装自动放气阀14,可及时排除能源总线供水干管1内的空气,保证管内水正常运行。
所述能源总线回水干管2,在其地理位置最低的地方安装泄水池15。当出现事故、检修或需要放空能源总线供水干管1和能源总线回水干管2时,关闭所有循环水泵,开启闸阀6.4,将能源总线中的所有循环水排入泄水池15中。
所述自然冷热源18,若是采用地埋管和土壤进行热量交换时,开始水泵3.7、闸阀6.5,将能源总线回水干管2中的回水抽取到分水器17中,进而通过地埋管实现与土壤的换热,之后循环水进入集水器16中,再打入能源总线供水干管1中。
能源总线供水干管1上有1个或多个用能单元12,所述用能单元12可以是单栋建筑,也可以是多栋建筑组成的小区,还可以是多个小区组成的供能区域;当用能单元12有冷或热的需求时,开启循环水泵3.2、闸阀6.2,开启水冷热泵机组11,获取的冷量或热量供用能单元12使用。当用能单元12所处的地区存在峰谷电价政策时,可在夜间谷电时段,开启水冷热泵机组11,将水冷热泵机组11制取的冷量或热量储存在蓄水池25中;在白天平电和峰电阶段,关闭水冷热泵机组11,将蓄水池25中储存的冷量或热量输送到用能单元12当中;若夜间谷电时段所蓄冷量和热量不能满足白天负荷的要求,在白天峰电时段优先使用蓄水池25中的冷量或热量;此举可大大降低用能单元12的运行费用。
