Referring to fig. 1 to 9, an outer release mechanism of a central lock comprises outer release links 1, 2, 3 linked with a pull wire or a pull rod, a release link 4 mounted on the outer release links 1, 2, 3, a spring 5 mounted on the release link 4, a locking link 6 always abutted against the release link 4, a pawl 7 and a clamping plate 23 having two states of separation and engagement, a pawl link 9 coaxially and fixedly connected with the pawl 7 to drive the pawl 7, and a rivet 8 fixedly arranged on the pawl link 9. The outer release links 1, 2, 3 are provided with a first hub 10, 20, 30 rotatable about, the release link 4 having a second hub 41 offset from the first hub 10, 20, 30 so as to be rotatable about under the urging of the outer release links 1, 2, 3. The spring 5 comprises a first elastic arm 51 fixed to the outer release links 1, 2, 3 and a second elastic arm 52 fixed to the release link 4, against which the rivet 8 abuts. When the rivet 8 on the pawl connecting rod 9 abuts against the release connecting rod 4, the release connecting rod 4 can also drive the pawl connecting rod 9 to rotate in the process that the outer release connecting rods 1, 2 and 3 drive the release connecting rod 4 to rotate, so that the pawl 7 is released from a state of being meshed with the clamping plate 23 to open the vehicle door.
The rivet 8 also has a detached state from the release coupling 4. When the rivet 8 on the pawl connecting rod 9 is separated from the release connection 4, the release connection 4 can not drive the pawl connecting rod 9 to rotate in the process that the outer release connecting rods 1, 2 and 3 drive the release connection 4 to rotate, so that the meshing state of the pawl 7 and the clamping plate 23 is maintained.
The invention further comprises an electric motor (not shown), an electric motor driven worm (not shown), a gear wheel 12 in meshing transmission with the worm, said gear wheel 12 being connected to the locking link 6. The two conditions of abutment and separation between rivet 8 and release coupling 4 are controlled by electric power: electric motor- > worm- > gear 12- > locking link 6- > release coupling 4. When the electric motor is electrified in the forward direction, the electric motor rotates in the forward direction through the worm control gear 12, and the locking connecting rod 6 pushes the release connection 4 to be separated from the rivet 8 forwards; when reverse power is applied, the electric motor rotates reversely through the worm control gear 12, the locking connecting rod 6 retreats backwards, and the release connection 4 is restored to be abutted with the rivet 8 under the elastic restoring force of the spring 5. The locking link 6 and the release link 4 always remain in abutting contact.
In a specific embodiment, the first shaft center 10, 30 is located above the second shaft center 41. Please refer to the first embodiment of fig. 7 and the third embodiment of fig. 9: the outer release links 1, 3 rotate clockwise to push the release link 4 to drive the pawl link 9 to rotate anticlockwise; the difference between the first embodiment and the third embodiment is that: the outer release link 1 is connected to the pull wire, and the outer release link 3 is engaged with the pull rod.
In other embodiments, the first hub 20 is located below the second hub 41. Please refer to the second embodiment of fig. 8: the outer release link 2 rotates counter-clockwise pushing the release link 4 to rotate the pawl link 9 counter-clockwise.
In the first, second and third embodiments, since the pawl link 9 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the pawl 7, the pawl 7 and the pawl link 9 always keep the same rotation direction, that is, the pawl link 9 drives the pawl 7 to rotate counterclockwise together during the releasing process, and finally, the separation from the catch plate 23 is achieved.
The second hub 41 is specifically formed in the following manner: the release connection 4 is integrally and convexly arranged at the position of the second shaft center 41 to form a clamping block, the positions of the outer release connecting rods 1, 2 and 3 at the position of the second shaft center 41 are provided with openings, and the clamping block is clamped in the openings.
The form and the positioning mode of the spring 5 are as follows: the spring 5 has a ring-shaped part 53 connecting the first elastic arm 51 and the second elastic arm 52, and the ring-shaped part 53 is sleeved on the clamping block.
When the rivet 8 is abutted against the release connection 4, the release connection 4 can also drive the pawl connection 9 to rotate in the process that the release connection 4 is driven by the outer release connection rods 1, 2 and 3, so that the pawl 7 is released from a state of being meshed with the clamping plate 23 to open the vehicle door, and the effective outer release of the vehicle door lock in an unlocking state is realized.
