Abstract
The invention discloses a working device of a self-discharging loader, which comprises: the front frame is arranged on the loader; the movable arm is movably arranged on the front frame; the scraper bucket mechanism comprises a scraper bucket and a scraper bucket flip, the scraper bucket is arranged at the front end of the movable arm, the scraper bucket is provided with a feeding hole and a discharging hole, and the scraper bucket flip is rotatably arranged on the scraper bucket and is positioned at the discharging hole; in the state of unloading, the bucket flip is attached to the bucket, and the discharge hole of the bucket is in a closed state; and the driving mechanism is connected with the bucket flip and is used for driving the bucket flip to rotate. The working device of the self-unloading loader provided by the invention omits the traditional rocker arm and rocker arm oil cylinder, and simplifies the structure. When unloading is carried out, the bucket flip cover directly rotates, so that unloading is accelerated, and working efficiency is improved; the bucket flip is opened completely, and the unloading is cleaner.

Technical Field

Background
The loader is a kind of earth and stone construction machinery widely used in highway, railway, building, water and electricity, port and mine, and is mainly used for shoveling and loading bulk materials such as soil, gravel, lime and coal, and also for light shoveling and digging of ore and hard soil. The different auxiliary working devices can be replaced to carry out bulldozing, hoisting and other material loading and unloading operations such as wood. In road construction, particularly in high-grade highway construction, the loader is used for filling and digging of roadbed engineering, and collecting and loading of asphalt mixture and cement concrete yards. The loader working device comprises a bucket, a movable arm, a connecting rod, a rocker arm, a rotary bucket oil cylinder, a movable arm oil cylinder and the like. The whole working device is hinged on the frame. The bucket is hinged with the rotary bucket oil cylinder through a connecting rod and a rocker arm and is used for loading and unloading materials. The traditional loader working device has a complex structure and has the problem of unclean discharging when discharging.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a working device of a dump loader according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed at a front end of the loader. The working device includes a front frame 1, a boom 2, and a bucket mechanism 3. The front frame 1 is arranged on the loader. The boom 2 is movably provided on the front frame 1 by being driven by a cylinder mechanism 4. The cylinder mechanism 4 includes a boom cylinder 41 and a boom piston rod 42 connected thereto, the boom cylinder 41 is provided on the front frame 1, and the other end of the boom piston rod 42 is connected to the boom 2. The hydraulic oil cylinder drives a boom piston rod to move telescopically so as to drive the movement of the boom 2. A bucket mechanism 3 is provided at the tip of the boom 2. The bucket mechanism 3 includes a bucket 31 and a bucket lid 32, the bucket 31 is disposed at the front end of the movable arm 2, the bucket 31 is provided with a feeding port 311 and a discharging port 312, and the bucket lid 32 is rotatably disposed on the bucket 31 at the discharging port. The driving mechanism 5 is connected to the bucket lid 32 for driving the bucket lid to rotate.
As shown in fig. 2, in the unloaded state, the bucket lid 32 is attached to the bucket 31, and the discharge port of the bucket 31 is closed. After the bucket mechanism is filled with goods, when unloading is required, as shown in fig. 1, the driving mechanism 5 drives the bucket flap 32 to rotate, the bucket flap 32 is separated from the bucket 31, the discharge hole of the bucket mechanism is opened, and the materials are dumped. The bucket flip cover directly rotates, so that the unloading is accelerated, and the working efficiency is improved; the bucket flip is opened completely, and the unloading is cleaner.
Preferably, the bucket lip 32 is of an arcuate configuration. By adopting the bucket flip cover with the arc-shaped structure, the arc surface is more tightly attached to the bucket, and the bucket flip cover can be rotated more smoothly.
Preferably, the drive mechanism 5 comprises: a driving gear 51, a driven gear 52 and a rotating shaft 53. The driving gear 51 is connected with the motor 6, and the motor 6 drives the driving gear 51 to rotate. The driving gear 51 and the driven gear 52 are in meshed transmission with each other to drive the driven gear 52 to rotate. The driven gear 52 is arranged on the rotating shaft 53, the rotating shaft 53 is arranged on the bucket 31, the bucket cover 32 is arranged on the rotating shaft 53, and the rotating shaft 53 is driven to rotate through the driven gear 52 so as to drive the bucket cover 32 to rotate.

the scraper bucket mechanism comprises a scraper bucket and a scraper bucket flip, the scraper bucket is arranged at the front end of the movable arm, the scraper bucket is provided with a feeding hole and a discharging hole, and the scraper bucket flip is rotatably arranged on the scraper bucket and is positioned at the discharging hole; in the state of unloading, the bucket flip is attached to the bucket, and the discharge hole of the bucket is in a closed state; and
the driving mechanism is connected with the bucket flip and is used for driving the bucket flip to rotate;
the drive mechanism includes:
the driving gear is connected with the motor;
the driven gear is in meshed transmission with the driving gear; and

The working apparatus of a dump loader according to claim 1, wherein the boom is movably provided on the front frame by being driven by a cylinder mechanism, the cylinder mechanism includes a boom cylinder and a boom piston rod connected thereto, the boom cylinder is provided on the front frame, and the other end of the boom piston rod is connected to the boom.
