背景技术
随着现代工业革命的发展,大气层中的臭氧层不断的遭到破坏。臭氧层是地球最好的保护伞,它能吸收来自太阳的大部分紫外线。然而近二十年的科学研究和大气观测发现:臭氧层一直在变薄,在南极上空甚至已产生一个臭氧洞。一般紫外线可分为短波(UVC:200~290nm)、中波(UVB:290~320nm)和长波(UVA:320~400nm)。研究结果表明,适量照射紫外线有利于人体健康,但过量接收紫外线会造成一些损害。其中UVC经过大气同温层时可悲距离地面25km的臭氧层所吸收,不会到达地面;UVB中的大部分被皮肤真皮吸收,促使皮肤细胞内的核算或蛋白质变性,长久辐射就会出现红斑、皮肤老化,严重时会引起皮肤癌;UVA能量虽较低,但对衣物和皮肤的穿透性比UVB深,会引起黑色素的沉着,使皮肤黝黑,长期积累,仍可导致皮肤老化。
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对穿着的要求也越来越高,面料越来越讲究,除了环保、时尚、物美价廉,也要舒适、多功能。然而常规的面料不具备防紫外线的功能,目前市场上的防紫外面料经过多次清洗后,容易失去防紫外线的功能。
所以,本领域的技术人员有待开发一种能抗紫外线并且经过洗涤后不会失去抗紫外线功能的面料。
现有对面料进行涂料的涂料装置具有以下缺点:一、涂料不均匀;二、涂料层单一,最外面的涂料层并没有花纹,导致产品不美观。针对以上缺点,本领域的技术人员有待研发一种涂料效果好的涂料装置。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种抗紫外线PVC涂层面料,本发明解决的技术问题是如何有效的保证本抗紫外线PVC涂层面料具有抗紫外线的特点。
本发明的第一个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种抗紫外线PVC涂层面料,包括基布,其特征在于,基布的正面依次为阻燃层、防水层、抗紫外线层、防滑层,所述的阻燃层上端均匀开始有若干连接槽,所述的防水层下端均匀设有与连接槽相匹配的连接条,连接条处于连接槽中。

抗紫外线层4为银胶涂层,抗紫外线层4厚度为3-4mm。银胶涂料为市场上能买到的现有产品,具有很好的防紫外线功能,作为优选,抗紫外线层4厚度为3.5mm。防水层3为聚四氟乙烯涂料层,防水层3厚度为0.6-0.8mm。聚四氟乙烯涂料为市场上能买到的现有产品,具有很好的防水功能,作为优选,防水层3厚度为0.7mm。阻燃层2为CVC阻燃面料层,阻燃层2厚度为0.7-0.9mm。CVC阻燃面料为市场上能买到的现有产品,作为优选,阻燃层2厚度为0.8mm。防滑层5表面具有若干防滑图案,防滑图案为相互平行的线条。
本抗紫外线PVC涂层面料,大致结构是这样的:阻燃层2与防水层3通过连接条3a和连接槽2a相配合,再通过热熔胶粘合,使面料不易脱落,通过设置阻燃层2、防水层3、抗紫外线层4、防滑层5使本抗紫外线PVC涂层面料具有阻燃性、防水性、抗紫外线性、防滑性。
如图2、3所示,以上面料上需要通过涂料装置喷涂相应的涂料,一种抗紫外线PVC涂层面料的涂料装置,包括机架6,机架6上固定有一涂料箱7,涂料箱7的一侧开设有一进口7a,涂料箱7的另一侧开设有一出口7b,进口7a与出口7b相对设置,涂料箱7内具有一空腔一一,空腔一内设有一能将涂料喷射到布料上的喷涂器8,喷涂器8包括截面呈梯形的本体,本体内具有一空腔二,本体下端均匀开始有若干出料孔,出料孔中设有单向阀,本体上端通过一支架与空腔一上端内壁相连接,涂料箱7顶端固定有存料箱9,涂料箱7顶部开设有进料口一,本体顶端开设有进料口二,存料箱9与本体之间通过一导管10相通,导管10上设有一流量阀25。流量阀25能够控制导管10中涂料的输送量,涂器远离进口7a的一侧设有一能将涂料涂抹均匀的涂料辊11,涂料辊11以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在涂料箱7中,涂料辊11靠近出口7b的一侧设有能涂抹出不同花纹的刮刀12组件,刮刀12组件包括若干不同的刮刀12,刮刀12的柄端均可拆卸设置在一刮刀辊13上,刮刀辊13的一端与一单向轴承一16内圈相固定,单向轴承一16外圈与一轴承座一14相固定,轴承座一14固定在空腔一的内壁上,刮刀辊13的另一端与一单向轴承二17内圈相固定,单向轴承二17外圈与一轴承座二15相固定,轴承座二15固定在空腔一的内壁上,刮刀辊13靠近轴承一的一端同轴固定一齿轮一19,涂料箱7侧壁上固定一电机18,电机18的输出轴与刮刀辊13处于同一平面,电机18的输出轴上同轴固定一有齿轮二20,齿轮二20与齿轮一19相啮合,面料传送方向与刮刀辊13转动方向相反。
进口7a的外侧设有进料辊一21和进料辊二22,进料辊一21处于进料辊二22上方,进料辊一21和进料辊二22均以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架6上。进料辊一21和进料辊二22引导布料进入进口7a。
出口7b的外侧设有出料辊一23和出料辊二24,出料辊一23处于出料辊二24上方,出料辊一23和出料辊二24均以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架6上。出料辊一23和出料辊二24引导布料从出口7b出去。
空腔一下半部固定有若干固定条27,固定条27上设置有一能收集散落的废料的收集板26。
本抗紫外线PVC涂层面料的涂料装置,其工作原理是这样的:首先,通过进料辊一21和进料辊二22的引导下布料从进口7a进入,布料经过下方时喷涂器8,喷涂器8对布料进行喷射涂料,此时,布料上面的涂料不够均匀,当布料上经过涂料辊11时,在涂料辊11的作用下,涂料分布均匀,此时布料上面涂料相对单一,在经过刮刀12刮涂后布料上面会呈现不同的花纹,通过转动电机18,带动刮刀辊13正向转动能够切换不同的刮刀12,由于单向轴承一16和单向轴承二17的设置,面料传送方向与刮刀辊13转动方向相反,传送刮刀辊13反方向无法转动,即刮刀辊13不通过电机18是不会被转动,最后布料在出料辊一23和出料辊二24的引导下通过出口7b出去。

1.一种抗紫外线PVC涂层面料的涂料装置,包括机架,其特征在于,所述的机架上固定有一涂料箱,涂料箱的一侧开设有一进口,涂料箱的另一侧开设有一出口,进口与出口相对设置,所述的涂料箱内具有一空腔一,所述的空腔一内设有一能将涂料喷射到布料上的喷涂器,所述的喷涂器包括截面呈梯形的本体,本体内具有一空腔二,本体下端均匀开设 有若干出料孔,出料孔中设有单向阀,本体上端通过一支架与空腔一上端内壁相连接,涂料箱顶端固定有存料箱,涂料箱顶部开设有进料口一,本体顶端开设有进料口二,存料箱与本体之间通过一导管相通,所述的喷涂器远离进口的一侧设有一能将涂料涂抹均匀的涂料辊,所述的涂料辊以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在涂料箱中,所述的涂料辊靠近出口的一侧设有能涂抹出不同花纹的刮刀组件,所述的刮刀组件包括若干不同的刮刀,刮刀的柄端均可拆卸设置在一刮刀辊上,所述的刮刀辊的一端与一单向轴承一内圈相固定,单向轴承一外圈与一轴承座一相固定,轴承座一固定在空腔一的内壁上,所述的刮刀辊的另一端与一单向轴承二内圈相固定,单向轴承二外圈与一轴承座二相固定,轴承座二固定在空腔一的内壁上,刮刀辊靠近轴承一的一端同轴固定一齿轮一,所述的涂料箱侧壁上固定一电机,电机的输出轴与刮刀辊处于同一平面,所述的电机的输出轴上同轴固定有一齿轮二,齿轮二与齿轮一相啮合,面料传送方向与刮刀辊转动方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线PVC涂层面料的涂料装置,其特征在于,所述的进口的外侧设有进料辊一和进料辊二,进料辊一处于进料辊二上方,进料辊一和进料辊二均以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线PVC涂层面料的涂料装置,其特征在于,所述的出口的外侧设有出料辊一和出料辊二,出料辊一处于出料辊二上方,出料辊一和出料辊二均以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线PVC涂层面料的涂料装置,其特征在于,导管上设有一阀门一。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线PVC涂层面料的涂料装置,其特征在于,所述的空腔一下半部固定有若干固定条,所述的固定条上设置有一能收集散落的废料的收集板。
