In the design and construction of the transformer substation, the transformer substation is formed by respectively combining parts such as an incoming line, a main transformer high voltage, a main transformer low voltage outgoing line and the like, and each part is called an interval. This is one of the technical requirements that modern automation substations must possess. Such problems are encountered during the actual acceptance process: the bus is electrified to run, and the disconnecting link cannot be opened and closed practically. Thus, the remote control transmission test cannot be completed according to the conventional method. But the verification of the remote control loop can be accomplished by means of analog measurement, except that the knife switch itself does not act. The specific implementation process is as follows: when the remote control is switched off, four people are needed to cooperate, one person operates on the indoor monitoring computer and gives a remote control instruction, and the other three people work and cooperate at the switch mechanism box: a person uses the cable core wire short-circuit signal common end and the disconnecting link closing signal terminal to simulate the disconnecting link closing position; the remote control loop is measured by one person by using the on-off gear of the universal meter, the remote control loop is conducted at the moment of issuing a remote control instruction, the universal meter can emit beep, and if the remote control loop is incorrect, the beep cannot be heard; and the handheld interphone of one person can communicate with the person who gives the remote control instruction indoors. When the switch is opened by remote control, the switch is actually at the switch-opening position, so that a switch position signal does not need to be simulated, and one person can be saved. Because the loop is conducted only at one instant given by the remote control command, the remote control test can be completed only by the acquiescing cooperation of all people. The person responsible for simulating the closing position of the disconnecting link cannot have a little relaxation in the whole process when shorting the terminal, otherwise, the remote control fails due to the flickering of the position of the disconnecting link. The five monitoring systems of the background, the main call, the standby call, the D5000 and the special line are remotely controlled once, so that the whole remote control of one disconnecting link is very time-consuming, the operation difficulty of the whole process is high, the labor and time are wasted, and the working efficiency is very low.
