本发明涉及一种中控过滤锁控球阀,包括阀体、球阀芯、阀柄、锁体、过滤网,其特征是:阀体为三通阀体,在阀芯腔上部的阀体上设有阀杆腔,阀杆腔中设有组合阀杆体,组合阀杆体由上阀杆和下阀杆构成,上阀杆和下阀杆之间采用榫卯咬合连接,在上阀杆的上部与阀杆腔上端之间设有弹簧;球阀芯为三通阀芯,球阀芯的三通孔分别与阀体的三通孔相互对应,过滤网置于阀体的斜向纵通孔中,并伸入球阀芯的斜向纵通孔中;在阀体上部设有两端开口的管状锁腔,锁腔的内壁上设有沿锁腔长度方向的锁销槽,且锁销槽位于下阀杆边沿的上端并与阀杆腔联通。其优点是:集三套阀门功能为一体、阀杆不易损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中控过滤锁控球阀,属于阀门技术领域。
背景技术
在中国北方的广大供暖区域中目前都推行居民分户供暖,为了便于控制和管理,在分户供暖系统的入户管道上一般要安装三套阀门,分别是过滤阀、锁控阀(或称为锁闭阀)和球阀。过滤阀由三通阀体和安装在三通阀体中的圆筒形不锈钢过滤网构成,主要作用是滤除水中的杂质,以保证用户暖气的散热效率,锁控阀一般采用磁控锁闭阀,磁控钥匙由供暖部门掌管,作用是由供暖部门控制用户在供暖期是否供暖,球阀是控制用户是否供暖的阀门,可由任何人控制,便于用户对暖气进行维护或维修。三套阀门串联连接,安装过程中需要用外丝等管件连接,长度较长,成本较高,而现有楼房的管道井空间狭小,施工困难。在供暖期内过滤阀无法打开清洗过滤网,特别是磁控锁闭阀容易被用户非法开启。随着技术的进步和完善,有人发明了锁控球阀,其结构是在球阀阀杆一侧的阀体上设置锁腔,阀杆上开锁孔,锁腔内设置能够与阀杆上的锁孔匹配对阀杆进行锁控的锁芯。这种锁控球阀的使用省去了锁控阀,将三套阀门变成了两套阀门,降低了成本,但当锁控球阀锁闭后,有时会遭遇用户强拧阀杆,造成阀杆折断,使阀门损坏。此外,锁芯只能从锁腔的一端放入锁腔,而在实际安装时阀门是分左右的,这就造成在制造阀门时必须考虑锁腔的左右位置,否则就可能造成锁腔开孔对着墙的情形,使得锁闭困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种集三套阀门功能为一体、阀杆不易损坏的中控过滤锁控球阀。
本发明的目的是用以下方式实现的:
本发明包括阀体、球阀芯、阀柄、锁体、圆筒形不锈钢过滤网,其特征是:阀体为三通阀体,阀体中部为阀芯腔,阀体的三通孔分别为同一中轴线的两个相对的水平通孔和位于阀体下部、中轴线与水平通孔中轴线在阀芯腔中心相交的斜向纵通孔,在斜向纵通孔的末端设有堵头;在阀芯腔上部的阀体上设有阀杆腔,阀杆腔中设有组合阀杆体,组合阀杆体由上阀杆和下阀杆构成,上阀杆和下阀杆之间采用榫卯咬合连接,且上阀杆和下阀杆能够沿轴线方向分离,下阀杆的下端与设置于阀芯腔中的球阀芯连接,上阀杆的上端从阀杆腔上端伸出与阀柄连接,在上阀杆的上部与阀杆腔上端之间设有弹簧;球阀芯为三通阀芯,球阀芯的三通孔分别与阀体的三通孔相互对应,分别为两个相对的水平通孔和位于球阀芯水平通孔下部的斜向纵通孔,圆筒形不锈钢过滤网置于阀体的斜向纵通孔中,并伸入球阀芯的斜向纵通孔中,上端顶在球阀芯水平通孔的上壁上;在阀体上部、阀杆腔的一侧设有轴线与阀杆腔垂直、两端开口的管状锁腔,锁腔的内壁上设有沿锁腔长度方向的锁销槽,且锁销槽位于下阀杆边沿的上端并与阀杆腔联通,锁腔内左右对称的设有两个锁孔,锁体为与锁腔相匹配的圆柱形锁体,在锁体上设有沿长度方向分布的锁体销,锁体销与锁销槽相匹配,当锁体从锁腔的任一端开口插入锁腔中,锁体的锁舌均能与一个锁孔相对应。
本发明的优点是:集三套阀门功能为一体,降低了分户供暖阀门控制系统的成本,简化了安装;随时可以关闭阀门,拧开阀体斜向纵通孔的末端堵头,取出圆筒形不锈钢过滤网进行清洗,不受采暖期的限制,使暖气系统内更加清洁,提高了供暖热效率;在阀门锁闭的状态下,上阀杆可以任意旋转,不易损坏;锁体可以从锁腔任一开口端插入锁腔中进行锁闭,所以阀门在制造工程中无需考虑安装的左右问题。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本发明包括阀体1、球阀芯9、阀柄4、锁体18、圆筒形不锈钢过滤网11,阀体为三通阀体,阀体中部为阀芯腔,阀体的三通孔分别为同一中轴线的两个相对的水平通孔和位于阀体下部、中轴线与水平通孔中轴线在阀芯腔中心相交的斜向纵通孔,在斜向纵通孔的末端设有堵头,两个相对的水平通孔分别对应进水口10和出水口12;在阀芯腔上部的阀体上设有阀杆腔24,阀杆腔中设有组合阀杆体,组合阀杆体由上阀杆5和下阀杆25构成,上阀杆的下端中部开有凹形阀杆槽7,下阀杆的上端中部设有凸块8,凸块8与凹形阀杆槽7配合,使得上阀杆和下阀杆之间形成榫卯咬合连接,且上阀杆和下阀杆能够沿轴线方向分离,下阀杆的下端与设置于阀芯腔中的球阀芯连接,上阀杆的上端从阀杆腔上端伸出与阀柄4连接,在上阀杆的上部与阀杆腔上端之间设有弹簧6;球阀芯为三通阀芯,球阀芯的三通孔分别与阀体的三通孔相互对应,分别为两个相对的水平通孔和位于球阀芯水平通孔下部的斜向纵通孔,圆筒形不锈钢过滤网置于阀体的斜向纵通孔中,并伸入球阀芯的斜向纵通孔中,上端顶在球阀芯水平通孔的上壁上;在阀体上部、阀杆腔的一侧设有轴线与阀杆腔垂直、两端开口的管状锁腔15,锁腔的内壁上设有沿锁腔长度方向的锁销槽3,且锁销槽位于下阀杆边沿的上端并与阀杆腔联通,锁腔内左右对称的设有两个锁孔,分别为左锁孔13和右锁孔14,锁体18为与锁腔相匹配的圆柱形锁体,在锁体上设有沿长度方向分布的锁体销22,锁体销与锁销槽相匹配,当锁体从锁腔的任一端开口2插入锁腔中,锁体的锁舌23均能与一个锁孔相对应。在锁体上还设有铅封孔19,在锁腔壁上左右对称的开有两个能够与锁体上铅封孔对应的左铅封孔16和右铅封孔17。
锁闭时,将阀柄4旋转90°,使球阀芯处于关闭状态,将阀柄4上提,使得上阀杆和下阀杆分离,将锁体从锁腔的一端开口插入锁腔中,锁体销与锁销槽配合,并位于上阀杆和下阀杆分离的间隙中。此时,锁舌与一个锁孔相对应,旋转钥匙将锁舌固定在锁孔中,同时,锁体上的铅封孔19与锁腔壁上的两个铅封孔中的一个对应,可以再加上铅封。由于锁闭后,上阀杆和下阀杆是分离的,所以上阀杆可以任意旋转。需要开锁时,首先出去铅封,再用钥匙开启锁体,将锁体从锁腔中抽出,上阀杆在弹簧6的作用下,与下下阀杆结合,可实现阀门的开闭。当需要清洗圆筒形不锈钢过滤网时,将阀柄4旋转90°,使球阀芯处于关闭状态,即可拧开阀体斜向纵通孔的末端堵头,取出圆筒形不锈钢过滤网进行清洗,不受采暖期的限制。

1.一种中控过滤锁控球阀,包括阀体、球阀芯、阀柄、锁体、圆筒形不锈钢过滤网,其特征是:阀体为三通阀体,阀体中部为阀芯腔,阀体的三通孔分别为同一中轴线的两个相对的水平通孔和位于阀体下部、中轴线与水平通孔中轴线在阀芯腔中心相交的斜向纵通孔,在斜向纵通孔的末端设有堵头;在阀芯腔上部的阀体上设有阀杆腔,阀杆腔中设有组合阀杆体,组合阀杆体由上阀杆和下阀杆构成,上阀杆和下阀杆之间采用榫卯咬合连接,且上阀杆和下阀杆能够沿轴线方向分离,下阀杆的下端与设置于阀芯腔中的球阀芯连接,上阀杆的上端从阀杆腔上端伸出与阀柄连接,在上阀杆的上部与阀杆腔上端之间设有弹簧;球阀芯为三通阀芯,球阀芯的三通孔分别与阀体的三通孔相互对应,分别为两个相对的水平通孔和位于球阀芯水平通孔下部的斜向纵通孔,圆筒形不锈钢过滤网置于阀体的斜向纵通孔中,并伸入球阀芯的斜向纵通孔中,上端顶在球阀芯水平通孔的上壁上;在阀体上部、阀杆腔的一侧设有轴线与阀杆腔垂直、两端开口的管状锁腔,锁腔的内壁上设有沿锁腔长度方向的锁销槽,且锁销槽位于下阀杆边沿的上端并与阀杆腔联通,锁腔内左右对称的设有两个锁孔,锁体为与锁腔相匹配的圆柱形锁体,在锁体上设有沿长度方向分布的锁体销,锁体销与锁销槽相匹配,当锁体从锁腔的任一端开口插入锁腔中,锁体的锁舌均能与一个锁孔相对应。
