Abstract
The invention relates to a top fan for cooling armored movable closed switch equipment, which comprises armored movable closed switch equipment and a top fan, wherein the top fan comprises a frame body, a cover plate, a micro switch, a fixed structure, a microprocessor and an axial flow fan; the top fan is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the armored movable closed switch device and communicated with the inside of the armored movable closed switch device; the cover plate is detachably connected with the upper surface of the frame body, the micro switch is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the frame body through a fixing structure, an opening matched with the micro switch is formed in the upper surface of the frame body, and the micro switch is positioned below the cover plate; the output end of the micro switch is electrically connected with the input end of the microprocessor, and the output end of the microprocessor is electrically connected with the motor. The microprocessor pumps out high-temperature air in the armored movable closed switch equipment through the axial-flow type extension, so that the problems that the high-temperature air in the armored movable closed switch equipment cannot be effectively discharged and the hot air flows back are avoided.

Technical Field

Background
At present, the mode of solving the temperature rise of 3150A or more armored movable metal-enclosed switchgear produced by many manufacturers is forced air cooling, namely, the mode of adding fans into a breaker room and a cable room in a cabinet, but the mode of adding fans into the cabinet has the following defects:
the first, the circuit breaker and the cable chamber fan are complex to install, the sheet metal parts are more, and the cost is higher;
second, the interior fan of cabinet can not effectually discharge the heat outside the cabinet, can produce the backward flow phenomenon even, leads to the interior temperature of cubical switchboard higher.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provide the top fan for cooling the armored movable closed switch equipment, which is used for directionally discharging high-temperature air in the armored movable closed switch equipment, so that the armored movable closed switch equipment is protected, and faults caused by equipment overheating are avoided.

(2) After the device stops working, the cover plate automatically slowly falls down without the action of air buoyancy, the cover plate does not need to be manually closed, the operation steps are simplified, the practical performance of the device is improved, and the labor cost is reduced;
(3) When the invention works, the U-shaped or L-shaped baffle plate protects the micro switch, so that high-temperature air bypasses, vibration generated by high temperature and collision with air is avoided, the micro switch is well protected, and the service life of the micro switch is prolonged;
(4) The frame body comprises an outer frame and an inner frame, and the double-layer reinforcing structure enables the device to be more firm and durable; the equidistant holes on the protective shell avoid sucking the components in the armored movable closed switch equipment into the axial flow fan.

As shown in fig. 1, a top fan for cooling an armored movable closed switch device comprises an armored movable closed switch device 14 and a top fan, wherein the top fan comprises a frame body 1, a cover plate 4, a micro switch 6, a fixed structure, a microprocessor and an axial flow fan 7; the instrument room panel comprises a display screen and a microprocessor; the top fan is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the armored movable closed switch equipment 14, and is communicated with the inside of the armored movable closed switch equipment 14; the state of the micro switch can be visually checked on the display screen;
as shown in fig. 2, the cover plate 4 is detachably connected to the upper surface of the frame 1, the micro switch 6 is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the frame 1 through a fixing structure, an opening matched with the micro switch 6 is formed on the upper surface of the frame 1, and the micro switch 6 is located below the cover plate 4;
the axial flow fan 7 comprises a fan, a motor and a protective shell, wherein the fan is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor, the fan and the motor are both positioned in the protective shell, the motor is fixedly arranged in the protective shell, and the upper end of the protective shell is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the frame body 1; the output end of the micro switch 6 is electrically connected with the input end of the microprocessor, and the output end of the microprocessor is electrically connected with the motor.
Further, the frame body 1 comprises an inner frame and an outer frame, wherein the inner frame comprises a left baffle, a right baffle, a front baffle and a rear baffle, and the outer frame comprises a left side plate, a right side plate, a front side plate and a rear side plate; the left baffle, the right baffle, the front baffle and the rear baffle are fixedly connected with each other end to end in sequence, the left side plate, the right side plate, the front side plate and the rear side plate are fixedly connected with each other end to end in sequence, the outer frame is sleeved and fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the inner frame, and the double-layer structure enables the frame body 1 to be stronger and durable and strong in stability; the inner frame component part, the outer frame component part, and the inner frame and the outer frame are fixedly connected through rivets.

When the invention works, as shown in fig. 4, a technician opens the cover plate 4 first, after detecting that the cover plate 4 is opened, the micro-switch 6 immediately controls the motor in the axial flow fan to start working, drives the fan to rotate, and sucks out and sends out high-temperature air in the armored movable closed switch device 14 by utilizing pressure difference; the cover plate 4 is kept in an open state under the action of the upward flowing air buoyancy and the supporting force of the frame body; when the temperature clothes in the armored movable type closed switch equipment 14 are restored to normal temperature, the microprocessor controls the axial flow fan to be turned off, and at the moment, the cover plate 4 slowly falls under the action of self gravity to cover the frame body 1 as shown in fig. 3.
