本发明公开了一种降低天然气压缩机尾气噪声的设备,它包括降噪塔(1)和锥形管(2),降噪塔(1)内且由上往下设置有多个隔板(3),每个隔板上均设置有竖管(4),竖管(4)的上端部开设有多个排气小孔(5),所述的降噪塔(1)的顶部设置有尾气排放口(6),降噪塔(1)的下端部设置有尾气进气口(7),腔体(8)的内壁上敷设有隔热棉层(9),腔体(8)的大端口与尾气进气口(7)连接,腔体(8)内固设有尾气均分盘(10),尾气均分盘(10)上均匀分布有多个通气孔(11),腔体(8)的小端口处连接有接头(12)。本发明的有益效果是:结构紧凑、有效降低噪声对人体伤害、有效降低噪声对环境污染、安装成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及降低天然气压缩机排气噪音的技术领域,特别是一种降低天然气压缩机尾气噪声的设备。
背景技术
目前,天然气压缩机排气消音器是一种允许气流通过而衰减噪音的装置,是天然气压缩机上的重要零部件之一。消声器性能的好坏不仅影响天然气压缩机排气噪音的大小和声环境的污染,而且对发动机的功率、耗气、扭矩等性能都有较大影响。天然气压缩机排气噪音是由压缩机动力缸燃烧排放尾气所产生的气流噪声。经动力缸排气噪声频谱测试分析,发动机运行时,排气口处产生较大的噪音,经现场测试,其噪声值可达103dB(A),尤其在排气管中段噪声值为最大,噪声频率以中、低频噪声为主,噪声频率值为20Hz,而人体的心率也为20Hz,两者产生共振现象,共振时振幅变大,对周围人身体造成极大的危害,同时给周边环境带来污染,因此急需降低噪声频率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构紧凑、有效降低噪声对人体伤害、有效降低噪声对环境污染、安装成本低的降低天然气压缩机尾气噪声的设备。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种降低天然气压缩机尾气噪声的设备,它包括降噪塔和锥形管,所述的降噪塔内且由上往下设置有多个隔板,每个隔板上均设置有竖管,相邻两隔板上的竖管相错开设置,竖管的上端部开设有多个排气小孔,所述的降噪塔的顶部设置有尾气排放口,降噪塔的下端部设置有尾气进气口,所述的锥形管内开设有腔体,腔体为锥形状,腔体的内壁上敷设有隔热棉层,腔体的大端口与尾气进气口连接,腔体内固设有尾气均分盘,尾气均分盘上均匀分布有多个通气孔,所述的腔体的小端口处连接有接头。
所述的尾气均分盘垂直于锥形管设置。
所述的排气小孔均匀分布在竖管上。
所述的降噪塔内设置有三个相互平行设置的隔板。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构紧凑、有效降低噪声对人体伤害、有效降低噪声对环境污染、安装成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1~3所示,一种降低天然气压缩机尾气噪声的设备,它包括降噪塔1和锥形管2,所述的降噪塔1内且由上往下设置有多个隔板3,本实施例中,降噪塔1内设置有三个相互平行设置的隔板3,每个隔板3上均设置有竖管4,相邻两隔板3上的竖管4相错开设置,竖管4的上端部开设有多个排气小孔5,本实施例中,排气小孔5均匀分布在竖管4上,所述的降噪塔1的顶部设置有尾气排放口6,降噪塔1的下端部设置有尾气进气口7。
所述的锥形管2内开设有腔体8,腔体8为锥形状,腔体8的内壁上敷设有隔热棉层9,由于隔热棉层9也为锥形,因此增大了与尾气的接触面积。所述的腔体8的大端口与尾气进气口7连接,腔体8内固设有尾气均分盘10,尾气均分盘10垂直于锥形管2设置,尾气均分盘10上均匀分布有多个通气孔11,所述的腔体8的小端口处连接有接头12,接头12用于与压缩机动力缸燃烧排放尾气管连接。所述的尾气均分盘10能够保证尾气均匀经通气孔11进入降噪塔1内,起到减速的作用,避免气流直接撞击降噪塔1内壁产出额外撞击声。
本发明的工作过程如下:将压缩机动力缸燃烧排放尾气管与接头12连接,由压缩机动力缸燃烧排放的尾气经接头12进入腔体8内,尾气由小端口朝大端口方向运动,此时尾气沿锥面扩散,当隔热棉层9与高温尾气接触后,隔热棉层9与高温尾气发生热交换,避免了热量随尾气排出后导致周围工作环境温度升高,同时在锥形管2中尾气扩散时,速度得到减缓,流速降低噪声也相应降低,从而实现了初步降低噪声;在气压作用下,尾气经尾气进气口7进入降噪塔1与最底层隔板3之间的区域,随后又由下往上运动,尾气进入最下层隔板3上的竖管4内后沿着排气小孔5朝降噪塔1壁运动,随后逐渐通过各层隔板3上的竖管4,在此过程中尾气与降噪塔1壁出现连续撞击反射,尾气流速进一步减慢,最后尾气从尾气排放口6排出。因此本装置通过锥形管2和降噪塔1的两级降噪,经测定尾气气流噪声频率为13~15Hz,噪音在50dB以内,不会与人体心率出现共振现象,有效降低了噪声对人体伤害,同时有效降低了噪声对环境污染。

1.一种降低天然气压缩机尾气噪声的设备,其特征在于:它包括降噪塔(1)和锥形管(2),所述的降噪塔(1)内且由上往下设置有多个隔板(3),每个隔板(3)上均设置有竖管(4),相邻两隔板(3)上的竖管(4)相错开设置,竖管(4)的上端部开设有多个排气小孔(5),所述的降噪塔(1)的顶部设置有尾气排放口(6),降噪塔(1)的下端部设置有尾气进气口(7),所述的锥形管(2)内开设有腔体(8),腔体(8)为锥形状,腔体(8)的内壁上敷设有隔热棉层(9),腔体(8)的大端口与尾气进气口(7)连接,腔体(8)内固设有尾气均分盘(10),尾气均分盘(10)上均匀分布有多个通气孔(11),所述的腔体(8)的小端口处连接有接头(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降低天然气压缩机尾气噪声的设备,其特征在于:所述的尾气均分盘(10)垂直于锥形管(2)设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降低天然气压缩机尾气噪声的设备,其特征在于:所述的排气小孔(5)均匀分布在竖管(4)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种降低天然气压缩机尾气噪声的设备,其特征在于:所述的降噪塔(1)内设置有三个相互平行设置的隔板(3)。
