Abstract

The self-control tubular column blanking plug can be automatically set at an ideal position in a tubular column after being pumped by hydraulic pump, and is sealed and mechanically locked by adopting a compression rubber sleeve component, so that the sealing is reliable.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of well control in oilfield development, in particular to a blanking plug in a tubular column.
Background
After fracturing operation of oil, gas and water wells, the stratum storage pressure energy is very large, and a production and operation pipe column needs to be lifted up by blowout prevention operation; the inner channel of the pipe column needs to be blocked before the production pipe column is started, in order to prevent the high-pressure fluid in the pipe from being sprayed out in the pipe starting process, a blocking device needs to be put into the pipe column before the pipe column is started, the pipe column is temporarily blocked, and the high-pressure liquid in the pipe starting process is prevented from flowing out.
At present, the pipe column blanking plugs have a plurality of structures, are used for running in by adopting cable operation and also used for pumping after being put into, have certain defects in use, control and sealing effect, and particularly have no positioning on high-pressure pipe columns and pipe column inner lower parts. And the existing blanking plug has a complex structure, sometimes needs a cable or a coiled tubing to be put in, and brings great inconvenience to construction operation.

a self-regulating blanking plug, the plug comprising: the lower end of the central tube is fixed with a guide cap, the upper end of the central tube is fixed with a sealing rod, an upper cone, a slip, a lower cone, a rubber cylinder assembly and a pumping leather cup which are mutually abutted are sequentially sleeved on the outer side of the central tube from top to bottom, the pumping leather cup is abutted against the guide cap, and contact surfaces which push the slip outwards are formed between the upper cone and the slip and between the lower cone and the slip; the sealing sleeve is sleeved outside the sealing rod, one end of the sealing sleeve abuts against the upper cone, a degradable cap which prevents the sealing rod from extending upwards is fixed at the other end of the sealing sleeve, and a compressible air cavity is formed between the sealing sleeve and the sealing rod.
Furthermore, a locking ring is arranged on the inner side of the upper cone, and a tooth-shaped structure meshed with the locking ring is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the central tube.
Further, the outer diameter of the pumping packing cup is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the lowering pipe column.
Furthermore, the degradable cap is made of a material which can perform degradation reaction with chloride ions in water.
The self-control pipe column blanking plug can be automatically set at an ideal position in a pipe column after being pumped by hydraulic pump, and is sealed and mechanically locked by adopting a compression rubber cylinder assembly, so that the sealing is reliable.

The working principle is as follows:
after the self-control plugging device is thrown into the pipe column, a certain amount of liquid is pumped into the pipe column by the pump truck, and the self-control plugging device is pumped to a certain position at the lower part of the pipe column under the action of the cup packing force, then the pumping is stopped, and the valve is closed; under the action of pumping liquid, the strength of the degradable cap 1 is reduced after a certain time and the degradable cap 1 is slowly degraded, when the strength of the degradable cap 1 is insufficient, the sealing sleeve 2 descends along the sealing rod 3 to compress the air cavity 12, under the action of the downward axial thrust, the upper cone 5 pushes the slips 6 downwards and anchors the slips 6 on the inner wall of the pipe column; according to the principle of acting force and reacting force, the sealing rod 3 drives the guide cap 11 to move upwards, the rubber sleeve component 9 is extruded to seal the pipe column, and liquid on the pipe column is not communicated. The upper cone 5 moves downwards, the locking ring 4 is meshed with a tooth-shaped structure 7.1 on the outer peripheral wall of the central pipe 7, and the sealing state of the rubber cylinder assembly 9 and the anchoring state of the slips 6 are maintained.
