本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其是一种环保可降解面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为聚乳酸纤维纱,纬线采用甲壳素纤维纱,所述的聚乳酸纤维纱的直径为18.6‑20.6μm,所述的甲壳素纤维纱的直径为16.2‑18μm,所述经线的纤度为86‑92dtex,所述的纬线的纤度为88‑96dtex;经线密度为18‑20根/cm,纬线密度为16‑22根/cm。本发明所得到的一种环保可降解面料,其通过合理的结构编织及密度的控制,能有效的实现其可降解,而且更加环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其是一种环保可降解面料。
背景技术
现有的面料大都为化纤编织而成,其在使用后被丢弃,在泥土内部无法降解,对环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构合理,可回收利用的环保可降解面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种环保可降解面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为聚乳酸纤维纱,纬线采用甲壳素纤维纱,所述的聚乳酸纤维纱的直径为18.6-20.6μm,所述的甲壳素纤维纱的直径为16.2-18μm,所述经线的纤度为86-92dtex,所述的纬线的纤度为88-96dtex;经线密度为18-20根/cm,纬线密度为16-22根/cm。
本发明所得到的一种环保可降解面料,其通过合理的结构编织及密度的控制,能有效的实现其可降解,而且更加环保。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种环保可降解面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为聚乳酸纤维纱,纬线采用甲壳素纤维纱,所述的聚乳酸纤维纱的直径为18.6μm,所述的甲壳素纤维纱的直径为16.2μm,所述经线的纤度为86dtex,所述的纬线的纤度为88dtex;经线密度为18根/cm,纬线密度为16根/cm。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种环保可降解面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为聚乳酸纤维纱,纬线采用甲壳素纤维纱,所述的聚乳酸纤维纱的直径为20.6μm,所述的甲壳素纤维纱的直径为18μm,所述经线的纤度为92dtex,所述的纬线的纤度为96dtex;经线密度为20根/cm,纬线密度为22根/cm。

本实施例描述的一种环保可降解面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为聚乳酸纤维纱,纬线采用甲壳素纤维纱,所述的聚乳酸纤维纱的直径为19μm,所述的甲壳素纤维纱的直径为17μm,所述经线的纤度为88dtex,所述的纬线的纤度为92dtex;经线密度为18.6根/cm,纬线密度为17.8根/cm。

1.一种环保可降解面料,其特征是:它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为聚乳酸纤维纱,纬线采用甲壳素纤维纱,所述的聚乳酸纤维纱的直径为18.6-20.6μm,所述的甲壳素纤维纱的直径为16.2-18μm,所述经线的纤度为86-92dtex,所述的纬线的纤度为88-96dtex;经线密度为18-20根/cm,纬线密度为16-22根/cm。
