Abstract

本实用新型提供一种使用方便、抗撕裂强度高，且使用寿命长的防水网，该防水网包括采用线绳编织而成的网格层，网格层为一根经线、两根纬线纵横交织型结构，若干经线等间距平行排列设置，上、下两根纬线在相邻经线空隙处交叉形成结点，经线与纬线交织成的网孔为方格形，所述网格层上面附有一透明的防水层，防水层采用细丝与网格层缝合固定。

本实用新型涉及一种植物栽培用防水设施，具体涉及一种防水网。
背景技术
目前，为适应人们生活的需求，很多蔬菜等农作物已打破传统的季节性限制，逐步改为温室大棚培植。尤其涉及到农作物改良或新品种的研究，通常需要在棚内设置有培养基质，为保障棚内温度、培养基质的效力等，防止杂质或外部环境影响，需要将棚罩起来。常用的罩体形式是在固体支架上覆盖一层塑料膜，塑料膜抗裂强度差容易破损，更换和维护较麻烦。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种使用方便、抗撕裂强度高，且使用寿命长的防水网。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种防水网，包括采用线绳编织而成的网格层，网格层为一根经线、两根纬线纵横交织型结构，若干经线等间距平行排列设置，上、下两根纬线在相邻经线空隙处交叉形成结点，经线与纬线交织成的网孔为方格形，所述网格层上面附有一透明的防水层，防水层采用细丝与网格层缝合固定。 
所述构成网格层的经线为窄条型结构，其宽度设置为1～2mm。
所述构成网格层的纬线是分股捻制而成、截面为圆形的细线。
所述防水层的缝合线布置为密集的方格形，每10cm跨距范围内设有18～20个针距。
本实用新型的有益效果根据对上述方案的叙述可知：该型结构的防水网设置有网格层和防水层，并将防水层采用细丝与网格层缝合固定，其结构合理，抗撕裂强度高，从而增加防水网的使用寿命，降低维护费用。

如附图所示，本实用新型提供的防水网，包括采用线绳编织而成的网格层，网格层为一根经线1、两根纬线2纵横交织型结构，若干经线1等间距平行排列设置，上、下两根纬线2在相邻经线1空隙处交叉形成结点，经线1与纬线2交织成的网孔3为方格形，所述网格层上面附有一透明的防水层4，防水层4采用细丝与网格层缝合固定，细丝可采用聚乙烯原料制成、截面为圆形的透明丝线，使防水网整体结构更加美观实用。 
所述构成网格层的经线1为窄条型结构，其宽度设置为1～2mm。
所述构成网格层的纬线2是分股捻制而成、截面为圆形的细线。
所述防水层4的缝合线布置为密集的方格形，每10cm跨距范围内设有18～20个针距，其结构牢固。

1.一种防水网，其特征在于：包括采用线绳编织而成的网格层，网格层为一根经线、两根纬线纵横交织型结构，若干经线等间距平行排列设置，上、下两根纬线在相邻经线空隙处交叉形成结点，经线与纬线交织成的网孔为方格形，所述网格层上面附有一透明的防水层，防水层采用细丝与网格层缝合固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水网，其特征在于：所述构成网格层的经线为窄条型结构，其宽度设置为1～2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水网，其特征在于：所述构成网格层的纬线是分股捻制而成、截面为圆形的细线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水网，其特征在于：所述防水层的缝合线布置为密集的方格形，每10cm跨距范围内设有18～20个针距。
