宇航技术日新月异,太空空间站建设也已经相对成熟。本发明涉及一种简易太空舱结构设计。通过一种简单设计,实现太空舱在太空组装完成。

本发明涉及一种简易太空舱结构设计。
背景技术
宇航技术日新月异,太空空间站建设也已经相对成熟。第一代空间站:单舱,一个对接口,第二代空间站:单舱,两个对接口,第三代空间站:多舱,积木式结构(和平号空间站),第四代空间站:多舱,桁架式和积木式的“混血”结构(国际空间站),等等。
发明内容
(1)目的:本发明的目的在于,通过一种简单设计,实现太空舱在太空组装完成。
(2)技术方案:通过支撑架构,以及附着之上的软体材料,实现简易太空舱的建设。
纵向的支撑梁,横向的固定梁,通过安装卡,或者螺栓等禁锢,实现立体刚性结构,再在其上面覆盖布状防辐射层,布状密闭层,以及较坚固的保护层等结构,建造简易太空舱。
(3)有益效果:本发明具有如下显而易见的突出实质性特点和显著优点:原理简单,结构简单,形状可大可小,既可以作为实验舱,货物仓,以及宇航员短时间工作的场所。
该设计的太空舱,可以分解成体积很小的部分,采用柔性解构和复合材料,具备重量和空间上的优势,将大大减少火箭从地面的发射次数,从而大大降低了运输成本,太空舱容积可以设计地很大,安全舒适,可帮助宇航员抵挡宇宙射线和微型陨石的伤害,材料可以拆卸,重新利用,避免太空舱整体性报废。

(5)具体实施方式:
金属条柱形横梁1,上面有安装孔2,金属条形横梁3,上面有安装孔4,组装成立体结构6,结构具备一定的刚性,5是布状覆盖物,分为防辐射层8,密闭层7,外部是较坚硬的可以是薄的金属片保护层9,也可以有涂层等其它保护材料,覆盖于该金属结构构架之上。结构内部空间为宇航员活动,放置设备,存储物品的空间。

1.一种简易太空舱结构设计,由金属纵梁和横梁等构成框架,外部覆盖保护层、防辐射层、密封层等构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易太空舱结构设计,由金属纵梁和横梁等构成的框架,可以是圆柱型,立方形,金字塔状,球状,或者以上形状的组合体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易太空舱结构设计, 外部覆盖保护层、防辐射层、密封层等可以是布状结构,也可以是涂层。
