Technical Field
The invention relates to equipment for welding a high-frequency claw type steel pipe assembly, in particular to a welding device for the claw type steel pipe assembly.
Background
At present, the welding of the claw type steel pipe assembly for the engineering machinery mainly adopts manual welding, the working efficiency and the quality of a welding seam are greatly influenced by human, and the safety of a human body is endangered. The present invention has been made in an effort to provide a welding apparatus capable of improving welding efficiency and reducing damage to a human body. As shown in fig. 1, the welding device comprises a first section of welding bracket 1, a second section of welding bracket 2, a positioner connecting shaft 4, a pressing device 3, two locking devices and a third positioning block 13; the second section of welding bracket 2 is fixedly connected to the middle position of the first section of welding bracket 1, and the straight line of the first section of welding bracket 1 in the length direction is vertical to the straight line of the second section of welding bracket 2 in the length direction; the positioner connecting shaft 4 is arranged on the second section of welding bracket 2, and the positioner connecting shaft 4 is connected to the positioner; the pressing device 3 is arranged on the second section of welding support 2, the third positioning block 13 is fixedly connected onto the positioner connecting shaft 4, the third claw type workpiece 12 is sleeved inside the third positioning block 13, the third positioning block 13 is arranged into a hollow polygonal body, and a plurality of through holes are further formed in the side face of the hollow polygonal body, so that the first claw type workpiece 10 and/or the second claw type workpiece 11 can respectively penetrate through the through holes to be in contact connection with the third claw type workpiece 12, the first claw type workpiece 10 and/or the second claw type workpiece 11 are respectively locked by the two locking devices, the deformation degree in the welding process is reduced, the positioner connecting shaft 4 is connected onto the positioner, so that the welding device can be driven to rotate when the positioner rotates, further, the welding robot can select a proper welding position according to the field condition, the welding position can rotate to the most proper position according to the specific requirements of the welding robot, the stability of the quality of a welding seam is improved, meanwhile, the welding position of the first claw type workpiece 10, the second claw type workpiece 11 and the third claw type workpiece 12 and the welding robot can be flexibly mounted and dismounted.
Here, two ends of the first section of welding stent 1 are further respectively fixedly connected with two first locating blocks 5, and one ends, far away from the first section of welding stent 1, of the first locating blocks 5 are further provided with threaded holes, so that the first claw type workpiece 10 and/or the second claw type workpiece 11 can be screwed in the threaded holes, and then the first claw type workpiece 10 and the second claw type workpiece 11 are located, and the deformation degree in the welding process is further slowed down.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to further reduce the deformation degree of the first claw type workpiece 10 and the second claw type workpiece 11 during the welding process, a second positioning block 6 is further disposed between the locking device and the first positioning block 5, the second positioning block 6 is fixedly connected to the first section of the welding bracket 1, and a positioning groove matched with the first claw type workpiece 10 and/or the second claw type workpiece 11 is further disposed on one end of the second positioning block 6 away from the first section of the welding bracket 1. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the locking device comprises a backing plate 7 fixedly connected to the first segment of the welding bracket 1, a cover block 8 hinged to the backing plate 7, and a locking rod 9 threaded on the backing plate 7 through the cover block 8; and a groove matched with the first claw type workpiece 10 and/or the second claw type workpiece 11 is formed in the cover block 8. Thus, when the locking lever 9 is rotated, the angle between the pad 7 and the cover block 8 can be changed, and the first claw type work 10 or the second claw type work 11 can be engaged and locked in the groove, and the first claw type work 10 or the second claw type work 11 can be locked, which meets the purpose of the present invention.
Furthermore, the hold-down device 3 here comprises a first section arranged on the second section of the welding carriage 2 and a second section articulated to said first section; the second section is threadedly connected to the first section such that the length of the second section in the lengthwise direction relative to the first section is adjustable.
