本发明提供了一种用于对家用器具进行消毒的消毒装置,该消毒装置具有:用于将水分解为氢气和氧气的电解单元(1);用于为所述电解单元(1)提供水的布置结构(2);用于运行所述电解单元(1)的直流电源(3);用于使以电解方式制备的氧气的份额臭氧化的臭氧化单元(4);以及一个或者多个用于释放所述臭氧化单元(4)的含臭氧的氧气的接头(6、6’、6’’…),用于对所述家用器具进行消毒。

Description

消毒装置、用于对家用器具消毒的方法以及消毒装置的使用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对家用器具消毒的消毒装置,该消毒装置例如用在家用中的器具中,例如用在冰箱和洗碗机中,或者也用于在水循环中消除军团杆菌。所述装置基于现场的臭氧的产生,其中以电解方式从水中制备有待臭氧化的氧气。此外,本发明包括一种用于对家用器具消毒的方法以及所述消毒装置的使用。
背景技术
EP 1 277 480 B1说明了一种用于对物体消毒的装置,该装置包括:用于接纳物体的容器和包围臭氧发生器的壳体,其中所述容器在能够拆卸的状态中相对于所述壳体被并入。所述容器能够用盖子来封闭,其中所述盖子具有安装连接件,该安装连接件通过移动与所述壳体的导引件相嵌合。所述装置具有一元件,该元件具有多根带有排出口的管子,其中所述排出口沿着所述容器的内侧面分布并且如此设计而成,以便其如此排出臭氧,使得所述臭氧直接冲击到所述物体上。
臭氧、O3、由三个氧原子构成的分子是不稳定的并且因此反应性很强,其中它分解为一个氧分子O2和单个的氧原子,所述氧原子起强烈的氧化作用。臭氧因此很久以来被用作氧化剂并且尤其也用于消毒。在现有技术中例如发现以下应用情况:
— 例如在污水处理设备和游泳池中进行的水处理;
— 纸张的漂白;
— 洗衣店里的洗衣机中的臭氧程序,用于对洗涤物消毒;
— 例如在吸烟者的轿车中进行的专业的臭味去除;
— 水族馆的水中的病菌负荷的减少;
— 医学上的消毒,例如用于改进伤口治疗。
在这些专业的应用情况中,主要使用:通过无声放电从分子的空气-氧气中制备臭氧或者也通过UV辐射的作用使氧气分解。臭氧生产通常在现场进行,因为臭氧由于其不稳定性只能有限制地运输或者在较长的时间内存放。只要例如在氧气瓶中有纯净的氧气可供使用,那么在此与空气中的氧气的使用相比可以达到大约五倍高的臭氧浓度,并且此外而后在臭氧制备中不会产生像在使(含氮的)空气臭氧化时不可避免的那样的有毒的氮氧化物。因此,尤其对于医学的应用情况来说始终将纯氧用作原材料。
发明内容
本发明在第一方面提供一种用于对家用器具消毒的消毒装置,该消毒装置具有:用于将水分解为氢气和氧气的电解单元;用于为所述电解单元提供水的布置结构;用于运行所述电解单元的直流电源;用于使以电解方式制备的氧气的份额臭氧化的臭氧化单元;以及一个或者多个用于释放所述臭氧化单元的含臭氧的氧气的接头,用于对所述家用器具进行消毒。
这样的消毒装置的优点在于,不仅所述臭氧而且作为用于所述臭氧的原材料的纯氧都已经在家用中在现场通过电解来制备,更确切地说以家用常见的、不危险的量来制备,因而尤其不必使用氧气瓶。此外,通过所述纯净的、以电解方式制备的氧气的使用来避免:在臭氧化过程中在臭氧产量提高的情况下不产生有毒的氮氧化物。所述消毒装置也并不是针对单个的应用情况来调整或者优化,而是它能够同时实现多种应用情况。通过这些优点,能够在实际上首先实现以合理的成本将臭氧用作家用中的消毒剂。
在私人的家用中将臭氧用于消毒目的是有意义的。因为在大量的家用器具、例如冰箱或者洗碗机中,随着时间的推移出现病菌的侵害,所述病菌可能导致臭味烦扰并且可能甚至导致健康方面的危险。较高的病菌负荷也导致水果和蔬菜提前腐烂。
本发明的实施方式提供了其他优点。
一种用于对在所述臭氧化单元的所释放的氧气中的臭氧浓度进行调节的调节机构可以用于实现更加稳定的运行。
在电解时产生的氢气本来必须予以清除。但是,通过燃料电池的使用可以将所述氢气与空气中的氧气反向转化为电,使得其在能量方面为所述直流电源的效率作贡献。此外,电解要求纯水、例如DI水来作为原材料。由所述燃料电池释放的水也满足这些质量要求并且因此至少可以一部分地馈给所述电解装置。通过所述两种贡献-电流和水-来显著地降低所述消毒装置的运行成本。
用于家用水的处理及过滤单元可以进一步降低所述运行成本,所述处理及过滤单元如此设计,使得所述水获得对于所述电解来说足够的纯度,因而向所述消毒装置馈给自来水而不是DI水。
所述臭氧化单元按照传统可以是用于无声放电的高压室(Hochspannungszelle)。因为在技术上更为简单,所以更加有利的是UV-C-辐射源的使用,其中用其产生的UV辐射的波长小于240 nm。为此尤其考虑UV-LED。在此尤其不需要如用于所述无声放电那样的高压。
本发明的第二方面在于一种用于在家用器具中进行消毒的方法,该方法具有以下步骤:
— 将水电解为氢气和氧气;
— 使以电解方式制备的氧气臭氧化;
— 对所述以电解方式制备的氧气的臭氧含量进行调节;并且
— 提供含臭氧的氧气用于对所述家用器具进行消毒。
在这里所述优点也在于,不必在瓶中提供氧气,仍然不产生有毒的氮氧化物并且可以实现较高的臭氧浓度。
对于本发明的这个方面来说,实施方式同样提供了其他优点。在超过将纯水用于所述电解的做法的情况下,作为替代方案,可以如此对家用水进行处理和过滤,使得所述水具有对所述电解来说足够的纯度;这降低了运行成本。通过“在使用空气中的氧气的情况下借助于燃料电池将所述以电解方式制备的氢气反向转化为电”并且通过“将在反向转化为电时所产生的水输送给所述电解过程”来进一步降低所述运行成本。
将UV–C-辐射源用于使氧气转化为臭氧,对于所述UV-C-辐射源来说UV辐射的波长小于240nm,并且尤其将UV-LED用作UV-C-辐射源;上述做法在技术上特别简单并且不像通过无声放电进行臭氧化一样需要高压。
本发明的第三方面是所述消毒装置的使用。所述消毒装置具有多个用于有待消毒的器具的接头,并且因此用于家用中的下面所列举的应用情况中的至少一种应用情况:
— 冰箱中的食物的消毒;
— 食物储藏室中的食物的消毒;
— 洗碗机中的臭味的去除;
— 洗衣机中的臭氧化程序;
— 游泳池中的水处理;
— 鞋柜中的臭味的去除;
— 水循环中的军团杆菌的消除。

具体实施方式
图1是按照本发明的消毒装置的一种实施例连同按照不同实施方式的补充方案的示意图,该消毒装置利用作为消毒剂的臭氧来工作。
用于臭氧的原材料是氧气,所述氧气在电解单元1中根据以下公式
通过现场将水分解为氧气和氢气这种方式来制备。用于为所述电解单元1提供水的布置结构2在此用于从用于纯水的储备容器13中获得能电解的纯水。在最简单的情况中,为此储备从外部提供的DI水。
对于所述电解来说所需要的直流电通过直流电源3来提供;所述直流电源在最简单的情况中由家用电网(230V)来馈给并且而后包括AC/DC转换器。
将通过所述电解单元1制备的纯氧输送给臭氧化单元4。在该臭氧化单元中根据以下公式
将所述氧气的份额转化为臭氧。可以为所述臭氧化设置高压室15,在将高压HS加载到电极上时,在所述高压室中进行无声放电。作为替代方案或者也作为补充方案,可以通过紫外辐射来将氧气转化为臭氧。为此需要具有小于240nm的波长的UV-C-辐射。这种UV-C-辐射可以通过低压水银灯来进行。但是,优选的是多个UV-LED16(发光二极管),因为对于所述UV-LED来说,正如对于常见的、用于可见光的LED一样仅仅需要低压电压NV。
不仅所述电解单元1的运行而且所述臭氧化单元4的运行—根据对消毒剂的随时间变化的需求并且在考虑到臭氧的分解的情况下,在即使存在较小的储备的情况下—都必须利用用于对有待释放的氧气中的臭氧浓度进行调节的调节机构5来调节,以保证均匀的消毒作用。在此,压力传感器17测量有待释放的O3/O2混合气的压力,并且如果所述压力不在额定值范围之内,则例如可以用开关19a来接通或者切断所述电解单元1的供电机构3。臭氧传感器18补充地测量所述臭氧的分压力,也就是其在氧气中的按百分比计算的份额,并且如果该值不处于额定值范围之内,则可以—在此也又优选通过用开关19b或者19c来转换所述供电机构的方式—接通或者切断所述臭氧化单元。
多个接头6、6’、6’’、…和管路用于将所述臭氧提供给下述器具,在这些器具内要进行消毒。这些管路在此优选固定地敷设,由O2密封的并且耐O3的材料构成,并且所述器具具有阀V,所述阀在存在消毒需求时被打开。这一点可以周期性地根据测量值自动地进行或者在由使用者触发的情况下进行。所储备的O3/O2混合气中的在此下降的压力由所述调节机构来识别,并且在恒定地保持所述臭氧份额的情况下相应地补充所述混合气。
所述消毒装置的运行成本主要由用于所需要的DI水的成本和电流成本所构成。为了降低这些成本,可以设置用于家用水的处理及过滤单元14,该处理及过滤单元如此构造和设计,使得所述水获得对所述电解来说足够的纯度。
优选地可以设置燃料电池11,在该燃料电池中根据以下公式
将本来仅要清除的、在电解时除了纯氧之外也产生的氢气H2 12反向转化为电。
所述燃料电池使用环境空气的氧气。如此产生的电流可以通过输出导线100根据所述电解机构1和燃料电池11的电效率来将由所述电解机构1所需要的电流的大部分提供给供电机构3。用所述燃料电池11产生的水先验地对所述电解来说足够纯净,并且在量方面基本上可以满足所述电解机构1的需求,因为封闭的H2/H2O-循环在此利用所述布置结构2来构成;仅仅可能的较小的损失可以通过DI-水来补偿。在整个消毒装置的运行的物料平衡中,仅仅提供通过所述燃料电池而从环境空气中取出的氧气来作为用于进行消毒的O2/O3混合气。
图2象征性地示出了用于借助于臭氧在家用器具中进行消毒的方法的方法步骤,所述方法在所述消毒机构中进行。在这里,将水电解S21为氢气和氧气以及使以电解方式制备的氧气臭氧化S22很重要。对于以电解方式制备的氧气的臭氧含量进行的调节S23用于获得消毒剂的恒定的效用。最后,提供S24、S24’、S24’’、…含臭氧的氧气用于家用中的不同的应用情况。
作为用于所述电解S21的纯水,可以直接使用S25从外部提供的DI水;作为替代方案,可以在对家用水进行处理和过滤S26的步骤中直接制备对所述电解S21来说具有足够纯度的水。
但是,优选借助于燃料电池在使用空气中的氧气的情况下将在所述电解时作为副产品产生的氢气反向转化为电S27,其中不仅产生电流,而且也产生纯水,所述纯水又可以在步骤S28中输送给所述电解21过程。所述燃料电池的所产生的水可以在封闭的循环中用于所述电解S21过程。
所述臭氧化S22优选借助于作为UV-C-辐射源的UV-LED来进行,其中UV辐射的波长小于240nm,或者所述臭氧化也通过在高压室中的无声放电来进行。
如此设计所述消毒机构,使得该消毒机构为多个器具提供臭氧化的氧气。因此,该消毒机构应该同时用于家用中的下面所列举的应用情况中的至少两种应用情况,尤其是:
— 冰箱中的食物的消毒;
— 食物储藏室中的食物的消毒;
— 洗碗机中的臭味的消除;
— 洗衣机中的臭氧化程序;
— 游泳池中的水处理;
— 鞋柜中的臭味的去除;
— 水循环中的军团杆菌的消除。
在这些以及其他专注于卫生和清洁的应用情况中,可能会在用臭氧消毒时产生有害的分解物。为此,所连接的器应具有封闭的、带有相应的通风机构的设备。可选地,也可以用臭氧对有待消毒的室或者有待消毒的区域进行负压或者真空清洗。

Claims (14)

1.用于对家用器具消毒的消毒装置,具有:
·用于将水分解为氢气和氧气的电解单元(1);
·用于为所述电解单元(1)提供水的布置结构(2);
·用于运行所述电解单元(1)的直流电源(3);
·用于使以电解方式制备的氧气的份额臭氧化的臭氧化单元(4);以及
·一个或者多个用于释放所述臭氧化单元(4)的含臭氧的氧气的接头(6、6’、6’’…),用于对所述家用器具进行消毒。
2.按权利要求1所述的消毒装置,具有燃料电池(11),该燃料电池如此设计,使得该燃料电池将所述电解单元(1)的以电解方式制备的氢气(12)与空气中的氧气(12)一起反向转化为电并且将电流提供给所述直流电源(3)。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的消毒装置,具有用于对所述臭氧化单元(4)的所释放的氧气中的臭氧浓度进行调节的调节机构(5)。
4.按权利要求1至3中任一项所述的消毒装置,具有用于将由外部提供的DI纯水馈入到用于提供水的布置结构(2)中的机构(14)。
5.按权利要求4所述的消毒装置,其中所述机构(14)具有用于家用水的处理及过滤单元(14),该处理及过滤单元如此构成,使得向所述用于提供水的布置结构(2)馈入的水获得对于电解来说足够的纯度。
6.按权利要求1至5中任一项所述的消毒装置,在所述臭氧化单元(4)中具有UV-C-辐射源(16),其中由该UV-C-辐射源产生的UV辐射的波长小于240nm。
7.按权利要求1至6中任一项所述的消毒装置,在所述臭氧化单元(4)中具有UV-LED作为UVC-辐射源(16)。
8.用于在家用器具中进行消毒的方法,具有以下步骤:
·将水电解(S21)为氢气和氧气;
·使以电解方式制备的氧气臭氧化(S22);并且
·提供(S24、S24’、S24’’…)含臭氧的氧气用于对所述家用器具消毒。
9.按权利要求8所述的方法,具有对以电解方式制备的氧气的臭氧含量进行调节(S23)的步骤。
10.按权利要求9所述的方法,具有另一个步骤:如此对家用水进行处理和过滤(S26),使得所述水具有对于所述电解(S21)来说足够的纯度。
11.按权利要求8至10中任一项所述的方法,具有另一步骤:借助于燃料电池在使用空气中的氧气的情况下将以电解方式制备的氢气反向转化为电(27)。
12.按权利要求11所述的方法,具有另一步骤:将在反向转化为电(S25)时所产生的水输送(S2)给电解(S21)过程。
13.按权利要求8至12中任一项所述的方法,其中所述臭氧化(S22)借助于UV-C-辐射源(16)来进行,其中UV辐射的波长小于240nm,并且/或者所述臭氧化(S22)借助于作为UV-C-辐射源(16)的UV-LED来进行。
14.将按权利要求1至7中任一项所述的消毒装置用于家用中的以下所列举的应用情况中的至少一种应用情况:
— 冰箱中的食物的消毒;
— 食物储藏室中的食物的消毒;
— 洗碗机中的臭味的消除;
— 洗衣机中的臭氧化程序;
— 游泳池中的水处理;
— 鞋柜中的臭味的去除;
— 水循环中的军团杆菌的消除。
