The present description uses the definition of "Adsorption" that the cosmetic ingredients stay only on the surface of the stratum corneum; "Absorption" is defined as the penetration of a portion of the cosmetic ingredients through the stratum corneum into the deep layers of the epidermis, dermis and even subcutaneous tissue. For example, the ingredients of the cosmetic composition of the preferred embodiment of the present invention added with orchid embryo matrix can be absorbed through the sweat gland mouth, hair follicle mouth or through the keratinocytes or the interstitial spaces of the keratinocytes.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the method for manufacturing a cosmetic with a blue embryo matrix according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the method for manufacturing a cosmetic with a blue embryo matrix according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes step S1: first, a orchid is artificially pollinated in a pollen lump for a predetermined time (e.g., about 150 days or 5 months) by using a tool (e.g., tweezers or other special tools) so as to perform a subsequent series of processing operations (steps S2 to S7).
Referring to fig. 1 again, the method for manufacturing a cosmetic with a blue blank matrix according to a preferred embodiment of the invention includes step S2: next, a mature pod (ripe pod) is selected from the orchid in a suitable manner for a subsequent series of processing operations (steps S3-S7). For example, the orchid of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is obtained from phalaenopsis or related strains.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the method for manufacturing a cosmetic with a blue blank matrix according to a preferred embodiment of the invention includes step S3: then, the mature fruit pod is subjected to a liquid culture, a solid culture or other culture (e.g., plate culture) for a predetermined time (e.g., about 6 hours) to obtain an orchid embryo (orchid embryo) for a subsequent series of processing (steps S4-S7).
For example, the solid culture of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is to place the plant tissue on a solid medium (e.g., MS growth medium), usually selected in a glass or plastic bottle. Further, the plate culture is to bury the plant tissue in a solid medium (e.g., MS growth medium), and to select the culture in a petri dish. In addition, liquid culture is to immerse or float the plant tissue selection in or on a liquid medium (e.g., MS growth medium), and includes stationary culture, suspension culture and floating culture.
For example, the preferred embodiment of the present invention selects using growth points or test tube seedling leaves to induce Proliferation of Spheroids (PLBs) in minute bodies (micropropagation), but it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention; alternatively, mass production of tissue-cultured seedlings by culturing axillary buds of growing points or pedicel nodes is selected, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.

For example, the drying process of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is a vacuum drying process, but it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The vacuum drying method is not required to be rapidly frozen, but directly enters a vacuum chamber for drying. For example, freeze-drying is the best low-temperature drying method at present, and is also the best way to preserve the components of the material from being damaged during the drying process. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a single or multiple freeze-drying process (e.g., about-60 ℃) is performed using suitable freeze-drying equipment to remove water from the orchid embryos and obtain the dried orchid embryos.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the method for manufacturing a cosmetic with a blue blank matrix according to a preferred embodiment of the invention includes step S5: next, the dried orchid embryo is pulverized for a predetermined time (e.g. about 10 seconds to 30 seconds) by a suitable pulverizing device to obtain a orchid embryo fragment or powder for subsequent processing (steps S6 and S7). For example, the pulverization process of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is a cryogenic pulverization process or a cryogenic oscillation pulverization process (e.g., selecting an oscillation frequency of about 30/sec).
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the relationship between mature blue embryo expression genes and the number of genes in the cosmetic composition according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the method for manufacturing a cosmetic with a blue embryo matrix according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises steps S6: the orchid embryo fragment is then extracted by an extraction device to obtain a orchid embryo matrix for subsequent processing (step S7). In addition, the blue embryo matrix comprises at least one mature blue embryo functional gene, and is prepared into blue embryo matrix powder by a freeze drying mode.
Referring to FIG. 2, for example, the mature blue embryo functional genes include a cell division and replication expression gene group, a cell response and feedback expression gene group, a cell and metabolism regulation expression gene group or other functional expression gene groups, and the expression gene number of the expression gene group is mostly over 500, and some of them are as high as 1000 or 1500, even over 4000.
For example, the cell division and replication expression gene group includes RNA (ribonucleic acid) processing and modification (processing and modification) functions, chromosome structure and dynamics (chromosome structure and dynamics) functions, cell cycle control, division and chromosome allocation (cell cycle control, cell division, chromosome replication) functions, translation, ribosome structure, biosynthesis (translation, ribosome structure and biosynthesis) functions, transcription (transcription) functions, replication, recombination and repair (replication and repair) functions, cell wall/cell membrane/inner membrane biosynthesis (cell wall/cell/expression biosynthesis) functions, post-translational modification, protein transformation, molecular chaperone (pore) modification, cell structure and cell nucleus functions. The cell response and feedback expression gene group comprises a cell motility (cell motility) function, a signal transduction mechanisms (signal transduction mechanisms) function, a defense mechanism (defense mechanisms) function and an extracellular structure (extracellular structures) function. The cell and metabolic regulation expression gene group includes energy production and conversion (energy production and conversion) function, amino acid transport and metabolism (amino acid transport and metabolism) function, nucleotide transport and metabolism (nucleotide transport and metabolism) function, carbohydrate transport and metabolism (carbohydrate transport and metabolism) function, coenzyme transport and metabolism (coenzyme transport and metabolism) function, lipid transport and metabolism (lipid transport and metabolism) function, inorganic ion transport and metabolism (inorganic ion transport and metabolism) function, secondary metabolite biosynthesis, transport and metabolism (secondary metabolite biosynthesis and metabolism) function, and intracellular movement, secretion, transport and metabolism (intracellular transport and metabolism) function.
For example, the extraction process of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is a solvent extraction process, such as: 70% to 95% alcohol (MeOH) was chosen for extraction. In addition, other solvent extraction methods select other solvents (such as benzene) to extract the volatile and nonvolatile matrix components in the plant; subsequently, the mixture after extraction is filtered again with a solvent to obtain an extract.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the method for manufacturing a cosmetic with a blue blank matrix according to a preferred embodiment of the invention includes step S7: finally, a cosmetic raw material is properly selected, and the orchid-embryo matrix is added into the cosmetic raw material to prepare a cosmetic composition. For example, the cosmetic material of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is selected from a cosmetic material, a make-up material, a perfume material, a powder material, a paste material, or a liquid material.
Regarding the effective activity (antioxidant capacity or DPPH free radical scavenging capacity) of the blue embryo matrix, functional analysis experiments are carried out by successful university orchid research and development centers, and the experimental results show that the blue embryo matrix has the DPPH free radical scavenging capacity at various concentrations. FIG. 3 is a graph showing the relationship between different concentrations of blue embryo base and DPPH radical scavenging ability of cosmetic compositions according to preferred embodiments of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the antioxidant capacity at the treatment concentration of 50 μ g/ml was statistically significantly different from that of the control group consisting of DPPH and pure methanol, and at the treatment concentration of 300 μ g/ml, the scavenging capacity of DPPH radicals was more than 20%.
In general, the pro-oxidative action of metal ions, among which Fe is the major factor responsible for lipid peroxidation, is often the major factor2+Often the most influential pro-oxidants, which promote lipid oxidation. Thus, use is made of Fe2+Color reaction of the complex with ferrozine, and determination of blue-embryo substrate to Fe2+Chelating ability of ions. The skin collagen protein decomposition causes the skin elasticity loss and wrinkle generation, and the activity of the collagen enzyme can be detected by using the change of the light absorption value caused by the decomposition of the synthetic peptide substrate by the collagenase.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram showing the comparison of iron ion chelating ability between the blue-germ matrix extract and blue-germ matrix powder and a control group (Quercetin) in the cosmetic according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the results of the experiment show that the blue embryo matrix crude extract indeed has iron ion chelating ability (anti-oxidation, skin-shielding) and collagen degradation inhibition (collagen loss prevention, anti-wrinkle ability).
The invention can select an encapsulation technology which is used for coating the blue-germ matrix powder, so as to form an encapsulated blue-germ matrix, and the encapsulated blue-germ matrix is added into the cosmetic raw material. Microcapsules are tiny containers, also called microspheres, that use a wall membrane (outer membrane) to enclose tiny powders of the orchid embryo matrix, which can be chosen to be 1mm to 1 μm in size. The microcapsule completely isolates the embedding substance from the external environment so as to reduce the reaction of the embedded blue-embryo matrix powder and the external environment. In use, the encapsulated blue germ matrix can be dissolved to release the blue germ matrix powder material using appropriate conditions of use.
For example, the present invention may alternatively employ encapsulation materials comprising colloids, starches, modified starches, celluloses, lipids, proteins or inorganic substances. Coatings used for encapsulation even in the food industry may be referred to as edible films, which range in kind from water-soluble colloids, lipids and colloid/lipid complexes. The edible films can be used interchangeably in practice to form multiple layers of the encapsulated blue embryo matrix.
For example, water-soluble colloids include proteins, cellulose (cellulose derivatives), alginates (alginates), starches, chitosan, and other polysaccharides; lipids include waxes, acylglycerols (acylglycerols), and fatty acids. For example, the present invention employs water-soluble colloids comprising gum Arabic (gum acacia), beta-cyclodextrin (cyclodextrin), and chitosan (chitosan).
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments is merely exemplary of the invention and its technical features, and the techniques of the embodiments may be suitably modified and/or substituted in various substantially equivalent manners; therefore, the scope of the claims of the present invention should be determined by the scope of the appended claims.
