Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a method, a terminal, and a base station for establishing a unicast bearer.
Background
At present, Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) is mainly implemented by a hybrid cell, that is, a cell transmitting MBMS Service can transmit unicast Service in addition to MBMS Service. The transmission of MBMS service needs to ensure the continuity of MBMS service, which is to assist User Equipment (UE) to continuously receive MBMS service in one MBSFN. For a UE without service continuity function, it needs to acquire MTCH configuration information of a target cell (e.g., a neighboring cell adjacent to a current cell) through the MCCH of the cell both in RRC _ IDLE and RRC _ CONNECTED states, and through MBMS service configuration information in the MCCH, the UE knows whether its MBMS service of interest is in the target cell (e.g., a neighboring cell adjacent to the current cell). Therefore, in order to continuously receive the MBMS service during the moving process of the UE, the system information and the MCCH information related to the MBMS need to be read on the neighboring frequency points.
In the SC-PTM technique, when an MBMS service is transmitted in a single cell, in order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization, the MBMS service is transmitted in a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) of unicast communication in a dynamic scheduling manner. Although this unicast bearer approach meets the requirement of improving resource utilization, the handover delay may be increased, especially when the UE switches or reselects from a cell receiving the broadcast service to a cell not receiving the broadcast service, because the unicast bearer may be established in a target cell (e.g., a neighboring cell adjacent to the current cell) after the system information related to the MBMS and the MCCH information of the cell to be handed over are read, which may result in a larger delay.

Detailed Description
The following describes the embodiments in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The scheme for establishing the unicast bearer in the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the MBMS scene.
First, various application scenarios and technical terms related to bearer establishment (including unicast bearer establishment) are described as follows:
taking a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system as an example, the MBMS in LTE is also called enhanced multimedia broadcast multicast service (eMBMS), and the main function is to implement broadcast and multicast services in the LTE system. At present, MBMS is mainly implemented by a hybrid cell, i.e. a cell transmitting MBMS services also transmits unicast services. A plurality of MBMS cells may form a Multicast/Multicast single frequency Network (MBSFN) area, and Broadcast the same MBMS service in the same MBSFN, and the MBMS service is transmitted in an MBSFN subframe through a Physical Multicast Channel (PMCH). Hereinafter, a terminal (UE) capable of receiving an MBMS service in an MBSFN subframe by PMCH is referred to as a UE having an MBMS reception capability. Data of the MBMS service is transmitted from the MBMS GW to the eNB through an M1 interface. MBMS control plane signaling is sent through an M3 interface between a Mobility Management Entity (MME) and a Multi-cell/Multicast Coordination Entity (MCE), and an M2 interface between the MCE and the eNB. A Bearer in which the UE receives the service in the broadcast manner is called a broadcast Bearer (MRB, mbms point to Multipoint Radio Bearer), and a Bearer in which the UE receives the service in the unicast manner is called a unicast Bearer or a Data Radio Bearer (DRB, Data Radio Bearer). The service identification of the MBMS comprises the following steps: mobile subscriber Identity (TMGI, temporal Mobile Group Identity); session id (session id); service Area Identity (SAI); multicast Traffic Channel identification (MTCH ID), etc. A system architecture of MBMS is shown in fig. 1, an MBMS GW is an MBMS gateway; the MCE is a multi-cell/multicast coordination entity; an eNB enhanced base station; m1 is a user plane interface; m2 is an E-UTRAN internal control plane interface; m3 is the interface between E-UTRAN and EPC.
For eMBMS-related control information, the following are included: (1) system information: as with SIB13, SIB13 broadcasts basic configuration information of each MBSFN to which the current cell belongs, including the configuration of the logical control channel MCCH corresponding to each MBSFN and the configuration of the MCCH change notification. Like SIB15, SIB15 broadcasts information related to MBMS service continuity, and provides SAI information corresponding to each MBMS frequency point (including the current cell frequency point and the neighboring frequency point). The method is used for assisting the RRC _ IDLE and RRC _ CONNECTED UEs to find the MBMS frequency points in which the UEs are interested, so that the continuous receiving of the MBMS service is ensured in the moving process. For RRC _ IDLE, the MBMS frequency point of interest of SIB15 may be set to a high priority frequency point in order to receive the MBMS service. (2) Logical channel: for example, a Multicast Control Channel (MCCH) is a point-to-multipoint (point-to-multipoint) downlink Channel, and is used for a network to transmit MBMS-related Control information and counting information for counting MBMS service interests to UEs, where one MCCH may correspond to one or more MTCHs; this channel can be used only by UEs that can receive the MBMS service. The base station will inform the UE of the modification period and the repetition period of the MCCH through system broadcast, the modification period is generally X times the repetition period, and in a modification period, the MCCH information sent by all the repetition periods is the same, which is to ensure reliable reception of the MCCH. Meanwhile, the change of the MCCH information is indicated by a bit scrambled by an M-RNTI (Multicast-Radio network temporal Identity) in a pdcch (physical Downlink Control channel). After acquiring the notification of the change of the MCCH, the UE needs to read the MCCH again. (3) MAC scheduling control of eMBMS: such as MCH Scheduling Information (MSI) Control Element (MAC CE). MSI is transmitted as control signaling of the MAC layer in the first subframe of each msp (MCH Scheduling period) to indicate the location of each MTCH and subframes not used in the current MCH. (4) A logical Channel, such as a Multicast Traffic Channel (MTCH), is a point-to-multipoint downlink Channel used for the network to transmit MBMS Traffic data to the UE; this channel can be used only by UEs that can receive the MBMS service. The configuration information of the MTCH is indicated by its corresponding MCCH. The network indicates MTCH to UE by using MCCH, thereby achieving the purpose that UE receives MBMS service carried on MTCH. (5) Transport channels, such as Multicast Channels (MCH) and physical channels pmch (physical Multicast channel): the MCCH and the MTCH are both mapped to the MCH for transmission, and the MCH is mapped to the PMCH for transmission. Each MCH transmits in one MCH scheduling period, i.e., msp (MCH scheduling period).
In terms of MBMS service continuity, the MBMS service continuity procedure of the UE is to assist the UE to continuously receive MBMS services within one MBSFN. In order to avoid that the UE reads MBMS-related system information and MCCH information on neighboring frequency points, the UE may know which frequency points are providing related MBMS services through a combination of the following MBMS assistance information, including the following:
1) user Service Description (USD): the information is acquired by the UE in the application layer, and the USD provides an identifier tmgi (temporal mobile group Identity) corresponding to each MBMS Service, session start time and end time of the Service, assignment frequency point information of the Service, and an MBMS SAI (Service Area Identity) corresponding to the Service. The MBMS SAI is used for indicating a Service Area MBMS SA (Service Area) to which the MBMS belongs, and the MBMS broadcasted in the same MBMS Service Area are the same;
2) system information: the network indicates the frequency point of the current cell and the MBMS SAI corresponding to the adjacent frequency point through the system information SIB15 broadcast in the MBMS and non-MBMS cells.
The MBMS SAI information between neighboring enbs is acquired and maintained through an X2 signaling procedure (including an X2 setup procedure and an eNB configuration update procedure) or an OAM procedure. After the UE obtains the USD information by downloading from an application layer, etc., and obtains the SIB15 of the current cell by reading the system information, the UE may find the frequency point of interest by matching the information in the USD and SIB 15. After the UE finds the frequency point corresponding to the MBMS service of interest, the UE needs to perform differentiated adjustment and correction on the mobility process of the UE of RRC _ IDLE and RRC _ CONNECTED in order to ensure the reception of the MBMS service of interest during the moving process.
For the MBMS UE in RRC _ IDLE state, in order to ensure continuous reception of the MBMS service, the cell reselection process has the following requirements. The UE can only allow setting a frequency point to be the highest priority when the UE is interested in a certain MBMS service or is receiving the MBMS service and the UE can only receive the interested MBMS service by residing in the frequency point.
For the MBMS UE in RRC _ CONNECTED state, since the mobility process of the UE is controlled by the network side, in order to ensure continuous reception of the MBMS service, the network side needs to inform the UE that it supports the continuous function of the MBMS service of the UE in RRC _ CONNECTED state through broadcasting SIB15, and report the MBMS interest message. After knowing that the network side supports the continuity function of the MBMS service of the UE in the RRC _ CONNECTED state, if the UE is interested in the MBMS service and needs to ensure the continuous reception of the MBMS service, the UE notifies the network side of its MBMS interest through an RRC signaling, and the network side ensures that the UE can receive the multicast service and the unicast service as much as possible according to the interest information reported by the UE and the capability of the UE, and the signaling process is shown in fig. 2. The interest message MBMSInterestIndication includes the frequency point information of interest to the UE and the priority information of the UE for receiving unicast and multicast services, as shown in fig. 2, and the system information block 5 refers to systemlnformationblock 15.
For the UE with the carrier aggregation capability, the UE can simultaneously transmit and receive unicast service at a plurality of frequency points. Therefore, the UE also needs to be able to receive the MBMS service at multiple frequency points, and the frequency point for receiving the MBMS service does not need to be a service frequency point of the UE, and for an IDLE (IDLE) UE, the service frequency point is a resident frequency point of the UE, and for a CONNECTED (CONNECTED) UE, the service frequency point is a working frequency point configured by the network for the UE. When the UE finds that the MBMS frequency point in which the UE is interested is not the service frequency point, the UE needs to be able to configure the non-service frequency point by itself to receive the MBMS service.
The interest in the MBMS service indicates that the UE is ready to receive or is receiving the MBMS service.
In the SC-PTM technique, when an MBMS service is transmitted in a single cell, in order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization, the MBMS service is transmitted in a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) of unicast communication in a dynamic scheduling manner. The transmission of SC-PTMs still requires a corresponding control channel (e.g., SC-MCCH, Single Cell MCCH) and data channel (e.g., SC-MTCH, Single Cell MTCH). Hereinafter, a UE capable of receiving an MBMS service in a unicast subframe through a PDSCH is referred to as a UE having SC-PTM reception capability.
The transmission scheme for MBMS (broadcast for short) and the transmission scheme for SC-PTM (multicast for short) may be collectively referred to as broadcast transmission. And the transmitted service may be the same MBMS service.
In the MBMS scenario, the technical problems to be solved include: although the unicast bearer manner meets the improvement of resource utilization, the handover delay may be increased, and especially when the UE switches or reselects from a cell receiving the broadcast service to a cell not receiving the broadcast service, the unicast bearer may be established in a target cell (e.g., a neighboring cell adjacent to a current cell) only after system information related to the MBMS and MCCH information of the cell to be handed over need to be read, which may result in a larger delay, and in order to solve the problem, the embodiment of the present invention provides the following method for establishing the unicast bearer, including the following contents:
the method comprises the following steps: the scheme of unicast bearer establishment is initiated by the UE.
As shown in fig. 3, the bearer establishment method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step 101, UE detects that a target cell to be switched to does not provide a service interested by the UE through broadcasting or multicasting according to a unicast bearer establishment condition configured and issued by a network side or a unicast bearer establishment condition agreed by a protocol between the network side and the UE;
and 102, the UE initiates unicast bearer establishment according to the unicast bearer establishment conditions.
Here, the unicast bearer establishment condition is a condition generated by the UE to trigger establishment of a unicast bearer of the service of interest.
Here, acquiring a unicast bearer establishment condition configured and issued by a network side or a unicast bearer establishment condition agreed by a protocol between the network side and the UE, and initiating unicast bearer establishment by the UE according to the unicast bearer establishment condition, where the unicast bearer establishment condition includes at least one of the following contents:
a1, triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer when receiving a switching command for switching to a certain cell.
a2, when receiving a switching command for switching to a certain cell and successfully accessing the cell, triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer.
a3, triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer when receiving the measurement configuration of a certain cell from the network side.
a4, triggering the unicast bearer establishment when the measurement report aiming at a certain cell is triggered.
a5, triggering the establishment of the unicast load when receiving the measurement configuration of a certain cell and any time point or appointed time point before triggering the measurement report.
a6, at any point in time or at an agreed point in time after detecting that the target cell (e.g., a neighbor cell adjacent to the current cell) does not provide its transmission of the broadcast service of interest by broadcast or multicast.
a7, after receiving the measurement configuration of a certain cell from the network side, and before the measurement configuration does not reach the measurement reporting trigger condition, if the signal strength or the signal quality of the cell measured by the UE is a certain proportion of the trigger condition, triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer if the preset proportion is met.
a8, triggering the establishment of the unicast bearing after meeting the cell reselection condition of the cell.
a9, after meeting the cell reselection condition to the cell, triggering the establishment of the unicast bearing at any time point before the cell is actually reselected.
a10, triggering the establishment of the unicast bearing after the cell is actually reselected.
a11, before the condition of reselecting a cell to a certain cell is not met, if the signal strength or the signal quality of the cell measured by the UE is a certain proportion of the reselecting condition, triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer under the condition of meeting the preset proportion.
a12, other conditions.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after meeting the unicast bearer triggering condition corresponding to the interested service, the UE notifies the higher-level entity of the configuration information through the notification message, and the higher-level entity triggers and establishes the unicast bearer corresponding to the interested service according to the configuration information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the configuration information is carried in a notification message, and the carried information content includes: at least one of the target cell identification, the target cell frequency point identification, the target cell and the service identification of the broadcast MBMS not provided by the target frequency point.
In an implementation manner of an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
if the configuration information is the target cell identifier or the target frequency point identifier, and the UE judges that the target cell or the target frequency point does not provide the service interested by the UE, the UE triggers unicast bearer establishment of the service interested by the UE; or,
and if the configuration information is the service identification of the broadcast MBMS service which is not provided by the target cell or the target frequency point, the UE directly triggers the unicast bearer establishment of the service which the UE is interested in.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the information content of the notification message notifying the higher layer entity includes: no MBMS service identification is broadcasted; the target cell identification of the MBMS service is not broadcasted; target frequency point identification of the broadcast MBMS service is not available; other information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a UE higher entity triggers establishment of a unicast bearer corresponding to an interested service.
The second method comprises the following steps: a scheme for unicast bearer establishment is initiated by a base station (e.g., eNB).
As shown in fig. 4, the bearer establishment method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step 201, a network side receives an interested service reported by User Equipment (UE);
step 202, when the network side triggers the handover process from the UE to the target cell, it is detected that the target cell to be handed over does not provide the service in which the UE is interested through broadcasting or multicasting;
step 203, the network side triggers the unicast bearer establishment of the UE according to the unicast bearer establishment condition.
Here, the unicast bearer establishment condition is a unicast bearer establishment condition configured by the network side and issued to the UE, or a unicast bearer establishment condition agreed by a protocol between the network side and the UE.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the network side determines whether to trigger a handover process from the UE to a designated target cell, and if so, determines that a unicast bearer establishment process of the UE needs to be triggered according to the unicast bearer establishment condition, and triggers the unicast bearer establishment of the UE; or, the network side issues configuration information to the UE to trigger unicast bearer establishment of the UE.
In a specific implementation of the determination process, the network side is specifically an eNB, and after the eNB receives the service interest reported by the UE, if the eNB needs to trigger a handover process from the UE to a certain target cell (e.g., an adjacent cell adjacent to the current cell), and the target cell (e.g., the adjacent cell adjacent to the current cell) does not send the service in which the UE is interested through broadcasting, the eNB determines to trigger a unicast bearer establishment process of the UE.
In a specific implementation of the configuration information, the configuration information includes: at least one of the target cell identification, the target cell frequency point identification, the target cell and the service identification of the broadcast service which is not provided by the target frequency point.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a UE notifies a higher layer entity to trigger establishment of a unicast bearer according to configuration information issued by an eNB.
In an embodiment of the present invention, if the configuration information sent by the eNB is a target cell identifier or a target frequency point identifier, and the UE determines that the target cell or the target frequency point does not provide services interested by the UE, the UE triggers establishment of unicast bearers of the services of interest. If the sent configuration information is the service identifier of the broadcast service which is not provided by the target cell or the target frequency point, the UE directly triggers the establishment of the unicast bearer of the interested services.
In an embodiment of the present invention, notifying information content of a higher layer entity includes: no MBMS service identification is broadcasted; the target cell identification of the MBMS service is not broadcasted; target frequency point identification of the broadcast MBMS service is not available; other information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a UE higher entity triggers establishment of a unicast bearer corresponding to an interested service.
By adopting the two technical schemes of the embodiment of the invention, the establishment of the unicast bearer is triggered when the network side (such as a base station eNB) or the UE side monitors that the target cell (such as an adjacent cell adjacent to the current cell) has no broadcast service, so that the UE can establish the unicast bearer earlier when switching or reselecting from the cell receiving the broadcast service to the cell receiving the non-broadcast service, thereby reducing the time delay of the UE in the switching between multicast reception and unicast reception.
A terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a first detecting unit, configured to detect that a target cell to be switched to (e.g., an adjacent cell adjacent to a current cell) does not provide a service in which a user equipment UE is interested in through broadcasting or multicasting according to a unicast bearer establishment condition configured and issued by a network side or a unicast bearer establishment condition agreed by a protocol between the network side and the UE;
a first bearer establishing unit, configured to initiate unicast bearer establishment by the UE according to the unicast bearer establishment condition.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the unicast bearer establishment condition is a condition generated by the UE triggering establishment of a unicast bearer of the service of interest.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the unicast bearer establishment condition includes at least one of the following:
triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer when receiving a switching command for switching to a target cell (such as an adjacent cell adjacent to the current cell);
receiving a switching command for switching to a target cell (such as an adjacent cell adjacent to a current cell) and triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer when the switching command is successfully accessed to the target cell (such as the adjacent cell adjacent to the current cell);
triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer when receiving measurement configuration of a target cell (such as an adjacent cell adjacent to a current cell) by a network side;
triggering the unicast bearer establishment when a measurement report for a target cell (such as a neighbor cell adjacent to a current cell) is triggered;
triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer after receiving the measurement configuration of a target cell (such as a neighbor cell adjacent to the current cell) and at any time point or appointed time point before triggering measurement report;
triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer at any time point or appointed time point after detecting that a target cell (such as a neighbor cell adjacent to the current cell) does not provide the service of interest of the UE through broadcasting or multicasting;
after receiving the measurement configuration of a network side for a target cell (such as an adjacent cell adjacent to a current cell) and before a measurement report triggering condition is not reached, if the signal strength or the signal quality of the target cell (such as the adjacent cell adjacent to the current cell) measured by the UE is a preset proportion of the triggering condition, triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer under the condition of meeting the preset proportion;
triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer after meeting the cell reselection condition of a target cell (such as a neighbor cell adjacent to the current cell);
after meeting the cell reselection condition of a target cell (such as an adjacent cell adjacent to the current cell), triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer at any time point before the cell is actually reselected;
triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer after actually reselecting a target cell (such as an adjacent cell adjacent to the current cell);
before a cell reselection condition of a target cell (such as an adjacent cell adjacent to a current cell) is not met, if the signal strength or the signal quality of the target cell (such as an adjacent cell adjacent to the current cell) measured by the UE is a preset proportion of the reselection condition, triggering the establishment of the unicast bearer if the preset proportion is met.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal further includes:
and the first notification unit is used for triggering and establishing the unicast bearer corresponding to the interested service according to the configuration information after the unicast bearer triggering condition corresponding to the interested service is met.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first notifying unit is further configured to: carrying the configuration information through the notification message, wherein the carried information content comprises: at least one of the target cell identification, the target cell frequency point identification, the target cell and the service identification of the broadcast MBMS not provided by the target frequency point.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the first bearer establishing unit is further configured to:
if the configuration information is the target cell identifier or the target frequency point identifier, and the UE judges that the target cell or the target frequency point does not provide the service interested by the UE, the UE triggers unicast bearer establishment of the service interested by the UE; or,
and if the configuration information is the service identification of the broadcast MBMS service which is not provided by the target cell or the target frequency point, the UE directly triggers the unicast bearer establishment of the service which the UE is interested in.
A base station according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the interested service reported by the user equipment UE;
a second detecting unit, configured to detect that the target cell to be handed over (e.g., a neighboring cell adjacent to the current cell) does not provide, by broadcast or multicast, a service in which the UE is interested, when the network side triggers a handover procedure of the UE to the target cell (e.g., the neighboring cell adjacent to the current cell);
and the second bearer establishing unit is used for triggering the unicast bearer establishment of the UE by the network side according to the unicast bearer establishment condition.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the unicast bearer establishment condition is a unicast bearer establishment condition configured by the network side and issued to the UE, or a unicast bearer establishment condition agreed by a protocol between the network side and the UE.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the configuration information includes: at least one of the target cell identification, the target cell frequency point identification, the target cell and the service identification of the broadcast service which is not provided by the target frequency point.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the base station includes an enhanced base station eNB.
The embodiment of the invention is explained by taking a practical application scene as an example as follows:

The application scenario adopts the technical scheme corresponding to the method one in the embodiment of the invention, and the method comprises the following embodiments:
the first application embodiment: as shown in fig. 5, which is a case of connection-state UE triggering, the involved target cell may be a neighboring cell adjacent to the current cell, and at this time, the procedure of initiating unicast bearer establishment includes the following steps:
step 301: the conditions for the network side configuration (e.g., through system message or dedicated signaling) or the protocol to agree that the connected UE triggers the unicast bearer establishment of the service of interest are as follows (including any combination of the following conditions), including:
c1, receiving a handover command to a cell (at any time after or at t3 in fig. 5).
c2, receiving a handover command to a cell and successfully accessing the cell (e.g., at or after t5 in fig. 5).
c3, receiving the measurement configuration of a certain cell by the network side (as shown at t2 or any time later in fig. 5).

c8, other conditions.
Step 302: the method includes that a connected UE detects through information of a network side that a neighboring cell does not provide a service of interest to the connected UE through broadcasting or multicasting, and the UE triggers establishment of a unicast bearer to receive the service of interest according to configuration or agreement of the network side under the following conditions (or any combination of the following conditions), including:
d1, UR receives a handover command to handover to that cell (at any time after or at t3 in fig. 5).

Step 502, the UE reports its service interest for MBMS (e.g. MBMS service indication message in fig. 7) to the network side.
In step 503, the UE reports the measurement reports of the target cell and the current cell to the network side (for example, the MeasurementReport message in fig. 7).
Step 504, the eNB determines a Target Cell or a Cell list to be prepared for handover according to the information in step 502 and step 503, and if the Target Cell or the Cell list does not provide the MBMS service that the UE is interested in, the eNB sends configuration information to trigger the UE to establish a unicast bearer of the corresponding service (e.g. Target Cell Indication in the RRCConnectionReconfiguration message in fig. 7).
Step 505, the UE feeds back to confirm the reception of the configuration information (e.g. rrcconnectionreconfiguration complete message in fig. 7).

The higher layer entity triggers a Unicast bearer setup process (e.g., a Unicast bearer setup process in fig. 7) for setting up the service of interest according to the notification information.
Step 507, the source eNB initiates a handover preparation procedure (e.g. a handover request message in fig. 7) to the target eNB.
Step 508, the target eNB feeds back a handover complete message (e.g. a handover command message in fig. 7) to the source eNB.
In step 509, the source eNB sends the handover command to the UE (e.g. RRCConnectionReconfiguration message in fig. 7).
Step 510, the UE initiates a handover procedure and notifies the target eNB after the handover is completed (e.g. rrcconnectionreconfiguration complete message in fig. 7).
In fig. 7, the messages exchanged between the UE, the source eNB (source eNB) and the Target eNB include: SIB 20: neighbor cell indication (Neighbor cell indication); MBMS interest indication (MBMSInterestIndication); measurement report (MeasurementReport); RRC connection reconfiguration (RRCConnectionReconfiguration): target Cell Indication (Target Cell Indication); RRC connection reconfiguration complete (rrcconnectionreconfiguration complete); unicast bearer setup (Unicast bearer setup); a Handover Request (Handover Request); handover command (handover command).
