Abstract
本发明涉及一种油气混合器。燃油座的上端密封固定溢流座,下端密封固定混合座,溢流座、燃油座和混合座分别有相通的内腔;所述的溢流座上固定溢流快速接头,溢流座的内腔中固定压力溢流阀,压力溢流阀与溢流快速接头密封相通;所述的燃油座上密封固定与燃油座内腔相通的燃油快速接头;所述的混合座上密封固定与混合座内腔相通的压缩空气快速接头和混合快速接头,燃油座与混合座之间密封固定喷油计量装置,喷油计量装置与所述燃油座、混合座的内腔相通。它结构简单,成本低,使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种油气混合器,特别涉及一种柴油发动机后处理再生系统油气混合器。
背景技术
为了降低柴油发动机尾气排放的颗粒物,可为柴油发动机加装尾气颗粒捕集器。颗粒补集器再生时需要通过助燃剂进行氧化,现有技术多为通过喷油器进行后喷射来提供雾化燃油,需要依托发动机ECU控制电控喷油器进行多次喷射,实现难度大、适应性差,仅可适用于高压共轨系统;可实现多次喷射的喷油器研发制造均被国外供应商所控制掌握,应用成本高且应用受到限制;喷油器进行后喷射对整车标定难度增加周期增长且易造成整车舒适性降低。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种油气混合器。它结构简单,成本低,使用寿命长。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:燃油座的上端密封固定溢流座,下端密封固定混合座,溢流座、燃油座和混合座分别有相通的内腔;所述的溢流座上固定溢流快速接头,溢流座的内腔中固定压力溢流阀,压力溢流阀与溢流快速接头密封相通;所述的燃油座上密封固定与燃油座内腔相通的燃油快速接头;所述的混合座上密封固定与混合座内腔相通的压缩空气快速接头和混合快速接头,燃油座与混合座之间密封固定喷油计量装置,喷油计量装置与所述燃油座、混合座的内腔相通。
本发明具有下列优点:1)、不受发动机平台限制,可适用于所有排气温度满足条件的发动机、整车及需要进行颗粒物再生的系统;2)、容易实现,仅需使用发动机燃油及整车压缩空气,通过系统稳压阀、回流阀、混合通道等控制即可持续输出稳定的压力及实现良好的雾化效果;3)、成本较电控喷油器大幅下降,仅为单支重型柴油车电控喷油器的十分之一价格;4)、燃油喷射时机不受发动机本体循环的影响,通过独立的储油装置及产品内部的储油空间可将发动机工作时的燃油波动降至最低;5)、通过独立的可计量的喷射器对燃油喷射量进行定量控制,独立于发动机燃油系统,系统标定实现容易;6)、装置为全铝合金材料加工而成,不受燃油与环境的腐蚀,无需与气缸内高温气体接触,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,燃油座5的上端密封固定溢流座2,下端密封固定混合座7,溢流座2、燃油座5和混合座7分别有相通的内腔;所述的溢流座2上固定溢流快速接头1,溢流座2的内腔中固定压力溢流阀3,压力溢流阀3与溢流快速接头1密封相通;所述的燃油座5上密封固定与燃油座5内腔相通的燃油快速接头4;所述的混合座7上密封固定与混合座7内腔相通的压缩空气快速接头8和混合快速接头12,燃油座5与混合座7之间密封固定喷油计量装置6,喷油计量装置6与所述燃油座5、混合座7的内腔相通。
所述的喷油计量装置6出口端密封伸入所述混合座7的内腔内,喷油计量装置6与混合座7的内腔之间有长环槽10。保证混合的均匀性。
所述的混合快速接头12进口端为喇叭口11。
所述的溢流快速接头1与溢流座2通过密封圈螺纹固定;所述的燃油快速接头4与燃油座5通过密封圈螺纹固定;所述的压缩空气快速接头8、混合快速接头12与混合座7密封固定。
所述的压缩空气快速接头8与混合座7内腔的气路之间密封固定单向阀9,防止柴油混合气倒流。
所述的燃油座5上固定压力传感器14,压力传感器14的探头在所述燃油座5的内腔内。可以监控燃油座5内腔中燃油压力是否达到预设标准,并反馈控制系统进行喷射控制或者故障报警。
所述的燃油座5和混合座7上分别有燃油座固定孔13和混合座固定孔15。以便固定本发明。
Claims (7)
1.一种油气混合器,其特征在于:燃油座(5)的上端密封固定溢流座(2),下端密封固定混合座(7),溢流座(2)、燃油座(5)和混合座(7)分别有相通的内腔;所述的溢流座(2)上固定溢流快速接头(1),溢流座(2)的内腔中固定压力溢流阀(3),压力溢流阀(3)与溢流快速接头(1)密封相通;所述的燃油座(5)上密封固定与燃油座(5)内腔相通的燃油快速接头(4);所述的混合座(7)上密封固定与混合座(7)内腔相通的压缩空气快速接头(8)和混合快速接头(12),燃油座(5)与混合座(7)之间密封固定喷油计量装置(6),喷油计量装置(6)与所述燃油座(5)、混合座(7)的内腔相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油气混合器,其特征在于:所述的喷油计量装置(6)出口端密封伸入所述混合座(7)的内腔内,喷油计量装置(6)与混合座(7)的内腔之间有长环槽(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油气混合器,其特征在于:所述的混合快速接头(12)进口端为喇叭口(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油气混合器,其特征在于:所述的溢流快速接头(1)与溢流座(2)通过密封圈螺纹固定;所述的燃油快速接头(4)与燃油座(5)通过密封圈螺纹固定;所述的压缩空气快速接头(8)、混合快速接头(12)与混合座(7)密封固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的油气混合器,其特征在于:所述的压缩空气快速接头(8)与混合座(7)内腔的气路之间密封固定单向阀(9)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的油气混合器,其特征在于:所述的燃油座(5)上固定压力传感器(14),压力传感器(14)的探头在所述燃油座(5)的内腔内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的油气混合器,其特征在于:所述的燃油座(5)和混合座(7)上分别有燃油座固定孔(13)和混合座固定孔(15)。
