技术领域
本发明涉及织带领域,特别是涉及一种带有裂纹表面的多功能织带。
背景技术
随着电 子信息技 术 的 迅 速 发 展,电 子产品工作时产生的电磁辐射正无形地影响和威胁着人们的身体健康。现有织带大都采用合成纤维加工而成,不具备防辐射性能,其织带不防水、防油污,使用过程中易脏,且弹性缓冲性能差,用于安全带使用并不舒适。
不锈钢纤维是由不锈钢基材经拉拔而成的纤维,用其加工而成的纺织品具有较好的防电磁辐射、防静电等性能,广泛应用于服饰、鞋材、箱包等领域。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种带有裂纹表面的多功能织带,能够解决现有织带尤其是用于汽车安全带、高空吊带等领域织带存在的上述不足之处。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种带有裂纹表面的多功能织带,为扁平带结构,包括:防辐射内层、中间连接层和仿皮革外层;所述防辐射内层和中间连接层均为经纬编织层,且防辐射内层与中间连接层之间采用纤维交叉编织为一体;所述仿皮革外层为包覆在所述中间连接层外周的发泡聚氨酯层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐蚀内层的经线为不锈钢纤维束,其纬线为不锈钢纤维与涤纶纤维的混纺纤维束;所述中间连接层为锦纶纤维编织层;所述中间连接层的锦纶纤维与所述防辐射内层的涤纶纤维混纺交织。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述仿皮革外层的单面厚度为0.5~1.5cm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述仿皮革外层为泡沫密度为0.5~0.6g/m3的发泡聚氨酯层,其外表面带有裂纹纹路。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种带有裂纹表面的多功能织带,结构简单,设计合理,其通过内、中、外三层结构的合理设计,赋予织带防辐射、防水、防污和弹性缓冲等性能,有效提高了织带的使用性能和使用舒适性,综合性能优异,安全环保,市场前景广阔。

实施例1
一种带有裂纹表面的多功能织带,为扁平带结构,包括:防辐射内层1、中间连接层2和仿皮革外层3。所述防辐射内层1和中间连接层2均为经纬编织层;所述仿皮革外层3为包覆在中间连接层2外周的发泡聚氨酯层。
其中,所述防腐蚀内层1的经线为不锈钢纤维束,其纬线为不锈钢纤维与涤纶纤维的混纺纤维束。中间连接层2为锦纶纤维编织层。所述中间连接层2的锦纶纤维与防辐射内层1的涤纶纤维混纺交织,从而将防辐射内层与中间连接层通过纤维交叉编织为一体。
所述仿皮革外层为泡沫密度为0.5~0.6g/m3的发泡聚氨酯层,其采用占聚氨酯总质量20%的纳米碳酸钙作为发泡剂,并在发泡体系中加入消光粉、珍珠粉和金葱粉等填料,并最终在发泡聚氨酯层的外表面形成裂纹纹路,提高其美观性。该仿皮革外层包覆上防辐射内层1和中间连接层2后的单面厚度为0.5~1.5cm。另外,仿皮革外层与中间连接层之间采用环保型丙烯酸酯水性黏合剂粘结。
上述织带具有如下优点:
1.不锈钢纤维丝采用经纬编织形成网络结构,具有优异的防辐射性能,且不锈钢纤维丝的强度大,提高了织带整体的结构强度。
2.中间连接层耐磨损性能好。
3.外层具有弹性缓冲、防水、防污、美观等优点,其弹性缓冲性能赋予织带优异的使用舒适性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的带有裂纹表面的多功能织带,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀内层的经线为不锈钢纤维束,其纬线为不锈钢纤维与涤纶纤维的混纺纤维束;所述中间连接层为锦纶纤维编织层;所述中间连接层的锦纶纤维与所述防辐射内层的涤纶纤维混纺交织。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有裂纹表面的多功能织带,其特征在于,所述仿皮革外层的单面厚度为0.5~1.5cm。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的带有裂纹表面的多功能织带,其特征在于,所述仿皮革外层为泡沫密度为0.5~0.6g/m3的发泡聚氨酯层,其外表面带有裂纹纹路。
