In practical use, the user can use the air pressure adjusting assembly 6 alone to adjust the air pressure, or can use the heating element 12 in combination with the air pressure adjusting assembly 6 to adjust the air pressure.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the heating member 12 heats water in the storage space 101, the water in the storage space 101 boils to generate a large amount of vapor, the air pressure in the storage space 101 increases and is greater than the atmospheric pressure, the water in the storage space 101 is pressed into the first accommodating space 100 and enters the inner container 2 through the water holes in the inner container, and the water level of the inner container 2 rises. When the heating element 12 stops heating, the water vapor in the storage space 101 condenses, the air pressure in the storage space 101 decreases and is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the water in the first accommodating space 100 enters the storage space 101 through the water through holes on the partition 11, and the water level in the inner container 2 decreases.
This embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment and its variations, except that: the wooden bucket rice cooking device provided by the embodiment comprises the storage space 101, and the air pressure adjusting assembly 6 realizes the water level in the inner container by changing the pressure of the storage space 101, so that the food material and the water are contacted or separated. Further, a heating member 12 is disposed below the storage space 101.
In summary, the wood bucket rice cooking device provided by the invention has the advantages that the air pressure adjusting assembly communicated with the inner container is arranged in the cooker cover, and the inner container is provided with the water hole connected with the first accommodating space. Because the first accommodating space is communicated with the atmosphere, when the air pressure adjusting component increases the air pressure in the inner container, the water level in the inner container is reduced; when the air pressure adjusting component reduces the air pressure in the inner container, the water level in the inner container rises. The water and the food materials on the steaming rack are contacted and separated by changing the water level in the inner container. When food materials on the steaming rack absorb enough water, the food materials are separated from the water, and the heating part heats the residual water in the inner container to generate steam so as to cook the food materials. The arrangement of the air pressure adjusting assembly not only accurately controls the water absorption time of the food materials on the steaming rack, but also ensures that the food materials cannot be soaked in water all the time in the heating process, and solves the problem that the surfaces of the food materials steamed by the traditional electric rice cooker are wet and burnt, so that the surfaces of the steamed food materials are glossy, clear and powerful in particles; furthermore, the food material and water separation mode completely simulates the traditional wooden bucket rice making mode and inherits the wooden bucket rice process.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
