本发明公开了一种半自动人工割禾器,包括前支撑杆、标准飞轮、基架、受力杆、园盘支撑杆、园盘割刀、传递动力轮和后支撑杆,所述基架前端处安装有接地轮,且基架靠近把手的一侧安装有圆形接头,基架的中部安装有平衡杆,基架的后端安装有横轴,基架的前端安装有前支撑杆,基架的后端安装有后支撑杆,所述横轴上安装有大轮和主动轮,所述传递动力轮安装在后支撑杆顶端,所述后支撑杆上安装有把手,所述前支撑杆顶端安装有受力杆,所述受力杆的顶端通过销轴固定有标准飞轮和锥齿轮,所述锥齿轮通过传动轴与园盘割刀轴传动,园盘割刀安装在园盘支撑杆。本发明一种半自动人工割禾器,方便农民收割小面积的庄稼。

本发明涉及割禾器技术领域,具体为一种半自动人工割禾器。
背景技术
目前,收割机都是大型的,但在农村里,有些小面积的种植庄稼来说,大型机器就用不上了,还得需要人工来收割,针对现在的状况,需要一种小型的人力收割机器来代替镰刀,同时还需要在收割时,能将割好的作物成堆集中的放置,便于运输;在收割的季节,天气炎热,农民工作时间太长易导致中暑,所以需要一种能更快的小型机器来收割小面积的作物,降低劳动强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种半自动人工割禾器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种半自动人工割禾器,包括主动轮、前支撑杆、锥齿轮、标准飞轮、钢丝索、横轴、基架、受力杆、园盘支撑杆、园盘割刀、传递动力轮和后支撑杆,所述基架前端处安装有接地轮,且基架靠近把手的一侧安装有圆形接头,基架的中部安装有平衡杆,基架的后端安装有横轴,基架的前端安装有前支撑杆,基架的后端安装有后支撑杆,所述横轴上安装有大轮和主动轮,所述传递动力轮安装在后支撑杆顶端,且主动轮通过动力传速带与传递动力轮带连接,所述后支撑杆上安装有把手,所述前支撑杆顶端安装有受力杆,所述受力杆的顶端通过销轴固定有标准飞轮和锥齿轮,且标准飞轮和锥齿轮啮合传动,标准飞轮通过动力传速带与传递动力轮带连接,所述锥齿轮通过传动轴与园盘割刀轴传动,园盘割刀安装在园盘支撑杆,所述园盘支撑杆上安装有挡板和圆形接头,且挡板通过旋转接头固定在基架上。
进一步,所述大轮和接地轮上均设置有抓地结构。
进一步,所述把手上套有防滑垫。
进一步,所述钢丝索的一端固定在园盘支撑杆,钢丝索的另一端固定在圆形接头。
进一步,所述传动轴两端均设置有螺纹柱,且锥齿轮和园盘割刀的中心处分别设置有上凹槽和下凹槽,所述上凹槽和下凹槽内壁上均设置有内螺纹。
进一步,所述园盘割刀的外侧上均匀的设置有八个齿形刀片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该半自动人工割禾器,通过在大轮上设置有抓地结构能有效的抓紧底面,通过设置在园盘支撑杆上的钢丝索,使半自动人工割禾器的圆盘割刀能够上下的移动以调节到最适合的位置,通过在钢丝索顶端设置有圆形接头,能够方便工作者的操控钢丝索,通过设置在圆盘割刀上的齿形刀片,使半自动人工割禾器更容易割断秸秆,通过设置在园盘支撑杆上的挡板,有利于秸秆往圆盘割刀方向移动。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种半自动人工割禾器,包括主动轮2、前支撑杆6、锥齿轮7、标准飞轮8、钢丝索11、横轴14、基架16、受力杆17、园盘支撑杆18、园盘割刀19、传递动力轮24和后支撑杆25,基架16前端处安装有接地轮4,方便整个装置的向前移动,且基架16靠近把手13的一侧安装有圆形接头10,基架16的中部安装有平衡杆15,保持整个装置的平衡,放置在使用过程中基架的变形,影响收割效果,基架16的后端安装有横轴14,基架16的前端安装有前支撑杆6,基架16的后端安装有后支撑杆25,后支撑杆25上安装有驱动电机,横轴14上安装有大轮1和主动轮2,大轮1通过皮带与驱动电机带连接,通过驱动电机带动大轮1转动,传递动力轮24安装在后支撑杆25顶端,且主动轮2通过动力传速带9与传递动力轮24带连接,后支撑杆25上安装有把手13,把手13通过螺钉安装有电机控制箱,前支撑杆6顶端安装有受力杆17,受力杆17的顶端通过销轴固定有标准飞轮8和锥齿轮7,且标准飞轮8和锥齿轮7啮合传动,标准飞轮8通过动力传速带9与传递动力轮24带连接,锥齿轮7通过传动轴21与园盘割刀19轴传动,园盘割刀19安装在园盘支撑杆18,园盘支撑杆18上安装有挡板5和圆形接头10,且挡板5通过旋转接头3固定在基架16上,大轮1和接地轮4上均设置有抓地结构,把手13上套有防滑垫12,钢丝索11的一端固定在园盘支撑杆18,钢丝索11的另一端固定在圆形接头10,传动轴21两端均设置有螺纹柱22,且锥齿轮7和园盘割刀19的中心处分别设置有上凹槽23和下凹槽26,上凹槽23和下凹槽26内壁上均设置有内螺纹,园盘割刀19的外侧上均匀的设置有八个齿形刀片20。
工作原理:使用时,作业者手握防滑垫12,推动半自动人工割禾器前进,通过圆形接头10调节好圆形割刀的位置,在设置好挡板5的方向,最后把半自动人工割禾器推到需要收割的作物前,通过电机控制箱启动驱动电机,使其带动大轮转动,通过大轮1的转动带动主动轮2的转动,主动轮2的转动通过动力传速带9带动传递动力轮24,传递动力轮24在通过动力传速带9带动标准飞轮8,标准飞轮8的转动通过锥齿轮7的和传动轴21最终带动圆形割刀,圆形割刀的转动使齿形刀片20转动割断秸秆。

1.一种半自动人工割禾器,其特征在于:包括主动轮(2)、前支撑杆(6)、锥齿轮(7)、标准飞轮(8)、钢丝索(11)、横轴(14)、基架(16)、受力杆(17)、圆盘支撑杆(18)、圆盘割刀(19)、传递动力轮(24)和后支撑杆(25),所述基架(16)前端处安装有接地轮(4),且基架(16)靠近把手(13)的一侧安装有圆形接头(10),基架(16)的中部安装有平衡杆(15),基架(16)的后端安装有横轴(14),基架(16)的前端安装有前支撑杆(6),基架(16)的后端安装有后支撑杆(25),所述横轴(14)上安装有大轮(1)和主动轮(2),所述传递动力轮(24)安装在后支撑杆(25)顶端,且主动轮(2)通过动力传速带(9)与传递动力轮(24)带连接,所述后支撑杆(25)上安装有把手(13),所述前支撑杆(6)顶端安装有受力杆(17),所述受力杆(17)的顶端通过销轴固定有标准飞轮(8)和锥齿轮(7),且标准飞轮(8)和锥齿轮(7)啮合传动,标准飞轮(8)通过动力传速带(9)与传递动力轮(24)带连接,所述锥齿轮(7)通过传动轴(21)与圆盘割刀(19)轴传动,圆盘割刀(19)安装在圆盘支撑杆(18),所述圆盘支撑杆(18)上安装有挡板(5)和圆形接头(10),且挡板(5)通过旋转接头(3)固定在基架(16)上;
所述大轮(1)和接地轮(4)上均设置有抓地结构;
所述把手(13)上套有防滑垫(12);
所述钢丝索(11)的一端固定在圆盘支撑杆(18),钢丝索(11)的另一端固定在圆形接头(10);
