本发明公开了高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,包括电缆,所述电缆包括三线芯导体,所述导体外设有绝缘层,所述三线导体外依次设有阻燃填充层、防辐射内护套、阻燃层、弹性铠装层和防辐射外护套;所述电缆上还设有夹线装置,所述夹线装置包括类长方体壳体,所述壳体上同一平面内设有通孔和固定轴,所述通孔轴心线和固定轴轴心线平行,电缆穿过所述通孔且与通孔过渡配合连接;所述固定轴外设有盘簧,所述盘簧的自由端与固定带连接,所述固定带的自由端设有插销,所述插销伸出壳体上的出口,且壳体上还设有与所述插销相适配的插座。有利于进一步提高电缆的柔韧抗折损性能,同时提高电缆的耐磨强度,保障设备正常作业。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体涉及高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆。
背景技术
目前在各工矿企业内设备、野外作业设备的使用中,经常会用到供交流电压0.6/1kv及以下实现电能导通及供给等功能的电力电缆。众所周知,这些电缆使用环境比较恶劣,有时会随着设备的移动而导致电缆在地上拖动,不断的摩擦,很容易磨损、拉断;有时环境有各种易燃物质,容易发生火灾;有时在野外使用电缆经常风吹日晒,长期受到紫外线的照射,电力电缆在这些环境中使用,电缆很容易损伤,导致电源短路、设备损坏,甚至导致火灾。因此怎样使电缆避免这些不良影响,延长电缆使用寿命,提高电缆耐磨、防紫外线、阻燃等性能成了当今电缆技术行业所关注的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有户外设备低压供电电缆韧性弯曲度不够,且易受机械外力磨损拉断,目的在于提供高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,进一步提高电缆的柔韧抗折损性能,同时提高电缆的耐磨强度,保障设备正常作业。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,包括电缆,所述电缆包括三线芯导体,所述导体外设有绝缘层,所述三线导体外依次设有阻燃填充层、防辐射内护套、阻燃层、弹性铠装层和防辐射外护套;所述电缆上还设有夹线装置,所述夹线装置包括类长方体壳体,所述壳体上同一平面内设有通孔和固定轴,所述通孔轴心线和固定轴轴心线平行,电缆穿过所述通孔且与通孔过渡配合连接;所述固定轴外设有盘簧,所述盘簧的自由端与固定带连接,所述固定带的自由端设有插销,所述插销伸出壳体上的出口,且壳体上还设有与所述插销相适配的插座。
本发明采用防辐射外护套主要用于保护电缆各内层不受紫外线辐射影响而发生老化等问题,影响其正常使用,采用防辐射内护套层主要用于保护电缆导体不受紫外线辐射影响;然后采用各阻燃填充层及阻燃层增加电缆的阻燃性能;同时在电缆上设置夹线装置,可方便操作人员将过长的电缆部分夹紧固定在夹线装置上,防止电缆在地面上被拖拉磨损。夹线装置具体使用时,可先将待夹紧固定的电缆折起放置于夹线装置的壳体面上,然后在将固定带从夹线装置的出口上拉出将电缆绑扎固定后通过插销插入插座内固定;在拉伸固定带过程中,固定带对盘簧产生拉伸力,同时盘簧产生一个对固定带恢复的收缩力,将插销拔出插座后放开固定带,则在盘簧恢复力的作用下,固定带被收缩会壳体内收藏,方便快捷。
优选地,所述绝缘层采用聚对苯二甲酸类塑料。
所述聚对苯二甲酸类塑料可优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,具有良好的力学性能,耐折性好,此外还具有一定地耐烯酸碱、耐高、低温性能、阻水、油性能。
优选地,所述阻燃填充层采用玻璃纤维填充层,所述阻燃层采用云母带。
主要用于增加电缆的阻燃性能,且柔性好抗折损。
优选地,所述防辐射内护套采用涂覆氟龙树脂的隔热玻璃纤维层,所述防辐射外护套采用黑色线型低密度聚乙烯层。
优选地,所述弹性铠装层采用软钢丝编织层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,本发明采用防辐射外护套主要用于保护电缆各内层不受紫外线辐射影响而发生老化等问题,影响其正常使用,采用防辐射内护套层主要用于保护电缆导体不受紫外线辐射影响;然后采用各阻燃填充层及阻燃层增加电缆的阻燃性能;同时在电缆上设置夹线装置,可方便操作人员将过长的电缆部分夹紧固定在夹线装置上,防止电缆在地面上被拖拉磨损。夹线装置具体使用时,可先将待夹紧固定的电缆折起放置于夹线装置的壳体面上,然后在将固定带从夹线装置的出口上拉出将电缆绑扎固定后通过插销插入插座内固定;在拉伸固定带过程中,固定带对盘簧产生拉伸力,同时盘簧产生一个对固定带恢复的收缩力,将插销拔出插座后放开固定带,则在盘簧恢复力的作用下,固定带被收缩会壳体内收藏,方便快捷;
2、本发明高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,具有高柔耐弯曲、高强度耐拉伸、高耐磨、防紫外线抗老化、阻燃等优点。

如图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,包括电缆1,电缆1包括三线芯导体11,导体11外设有绝缘层12,三线导体11外依次设有阻燃填充层13、防辐射内护套14、阻燃层15、弹性铠装层16和防辐射外护套17。所述电缆1上还设有夹线装置2,夹线装置2包括类长方体壳体21,壳体21上同一长宽平面内设有通孔和固定轴22,通孔轴心线和固定轴轴心线平行,电缆1穿过所述通孔且与通孔过渡配合连接;固定轴22外设有盘簧23,盘簧23的自由端与固定带24连接,固定带24的自由端设有插销25,插销25伸出壳体21上的出口,且壳体21上还设有与所述插销25相适配的插座26。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上进一步改进,一种高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,所述绝缘层12采用聚对苯二甲酸类塑料;所述阻燃填充层13采用玻璃纤维填充层;所述阻燃层15采用云母带;所述防辐射内护套14采用涂覆氟龙树脂的隔热玻璃纤维层;所述防辐射外护套17采用黑色线型低密度聚乙烯层;所述弹性铠装层16采用软钢丝编织层。

1.高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,包括电缆(1),所述电缆(1)包括三线芯导体(11),其特征在于,所述导体(11)外设有绝缘层(12),所述三线导体(11)外依次设有阻燃填充层(13)、防辐射内护套(14)、阻燃层(15)、弹性铠装层(16)和防辐射外护套(17);所述电缆(1)上还设有夹线装置(2),所述夹线装置(2)包括类长方体壳体(21),所述壳体(21)上同一平面内设有通孔和固定轴(22),所述通孔轴心线和固定轴轴心线平行,电缆(1)穿过所述通孔且与通孔过渡配合连接;所述固定轴(22)外设有盘簧(23),所述盘簧(23)的自由端与固定带(24)连接,所述固定带(24)的自由端设有插销(25),所述插销(25)伸出壳体(21)上的出口,且壳体(21)上还设有与所述插销(25)相适配的插座(26)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层(12)采用聚对苯二甲酸类塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,其特征在于,所述阻燃填充层(13)采用玻璃纤维填充层,所述阻燃层(15)采用云母带。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,其特征在于,所述防辐射内护套(14)采用涂覆氟龙树脂的隔热玻璃纤维层,所述防辐射外护套(17)采用黑色线型低密度聚乙烯层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高柔韧性抗折损环保电缆,其特征在于,所述弹性铠装层(16)采用软钢丝编织层。
