Background
Automated teller machines are currently a common device for customers to conduct cash transactions. The automated teller machine is provided with a banknote cassette for storing banknotes, receiving banknotes during deposit, and outputting banknotes during withdrawal.
The outlet of the paper money box is provided with a tongue piece which is used for arranging the paper money stored in the paper money box. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fan-shaped blade 1 and the tongue piece 4 are both fixed to a rotating shaft 6 of the motor 3, and the number of the tongue pieces 4 is plural, and a certain interval is provided between each tongue piece 4. The distance between the position of the tongue 4 and the position of the segment 1 is fixed and constant, and the tongue 4 and the segment 1 are not in the same plane. The motor 3 drives the tongue piece 4 and the fan-shaped piece 1 to rotate, the tongue piece 4 is used for sorting paper money 5, and the paper money 5 is located in the paper money box; a first sensor 2 for detecting the position of the fan 1 is located near the outer edge of the fan 1. A position area is arranged in a cash box and used for placing a tongue piece 4, when a customer uses an automatic teller machine to carry out deposit business, the tongue piece 4 sorts the paper money stored by the customer, and then the tongue piece 4 needs to return to the set position area, namely the target position for storing the tongue piece 4, so that the user is prevented from carrying out normal deposit and withdrawal business after being influenced by the tongue piece 4. If the tongue piece 4 does not return to the target position, the tongue piece 4 can block the paper money from being discharged when a user needs to withdraw the paper money later, and the normal work of the paper money box is influenced. If the tongue piece 4 returns to the set position area and a user needs to deposit money later, the motor 3 drives the tongue piece 4 to rotate so as to sort the paper money.
In the prior art, the position of the fan-shaped piece 1 is detected through the first sensor 2, and when the fan-shaped piece sensor 2 is detected to be just changed from a high level to a low level, the rotation of the motor 3 is stopped so that the tongue piece 4 rotates to a target position, and the purpose of not influencing a money-moving path is achieved. However, in application, the method is found to cause that the tongue piece 4 is far away from the target position and cannot accurately reach the target position due to the influence of some external force factors, so that a paper money transmission path is blocked, and the paper money output of the paper money box is influenced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a tongue positioning method for a banknote cassette according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to a situation of positioning a tongue of a banknote cassette, and the method can be executed by a tongue positioning device with a banknote cassette according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the device can be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, as shown in fig. 3, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s110, acquiring a positioning instruction of the fan-shaped sheet in the cash box.
The fan-shaped piece is positioned in the money box and fixed on the rotating shaft of the motor, and the shape of the fan-shaped piece is fan-shaped, so that the fan-shaped piece has two edge lines (which are equal to the radius when the fan-shaped piece is formed in mathematics), an arc line and an included angle between the two edge lines (namely the central angle of the fan-shaped piece).
Wherein, because fan-shaped piece and tongue piece all are fixed in the pivot of motor, and the distance between tongue piece and the fan-shaped piece is fixed unchangeable, consequently the location instruction of fan-shaped piece is also the location instruction of tongue piece, location instruction is for making the fan-shaped piece reach the position that the fan-shaped piece just does not shelter from fan-shaped piece sensor, and when the fan-shaped piece reachd above-mentioned position, the tongue piece just reachd the target location, after the tongue piece reachd the target location, the tongue piece can not influence normal deposit and withdrawal, and the paper money case can normally work.
The target position is a position area arranged in the cash box and used for placing a tongue piece, when a customer uses the automatic teller machine to carry out deposit business, the tongue piece sorts the paper money stored by the customer, and then the tongue piece needs to return to the set position area, namely the target position for storing the tongue piece, so that the situation that the tongue piece affects the normal deposit and withdrawal business of the customer is avoided. If the tongue piece does not return to the target position, the tongue piece can block paper money from being discharged when a user needs to withdraw the money later, and the normal work of the paper money box is influenced. If the tongue piece returns to the set position area, and a user needs to deposit money later, the motor drives the tongue piece to rotate, and paper money is sorted.
Optionally, the rotation speed of the motor is less than or equal to 1000 r/min.
And S120, controlling the fan-shaped piece to rotate periodically according to the positioning instruction, controlling the motor to be turned off after the fan-shaped piece passes through a preset operation time length in the first period, and acquiring the level state of the fan-shaped piece sensor after the fan-shaped piece is static in the first period, acquiring the operation time length of the current period according to the level state of the fan-shaped piece sensor after the fan-shaped piece is static in the previous period in the subsequent period, wherein the preset operation time length is the time length when the fan-shaped piece passes through the fan-shaped piece sensor in the first period, and the operation time length is the time length when the fan.
Specifically, the sector is controlled to perform the repeated operation of sector running → still → running → still … according to the positioning instruction. Wherein, the fan-shaped piece sensor is a groove type sensor. Specifically, the tongue and the fan-shaped piece are not in the same plane, and a projection line of a target edge line of the tongue and a first edge line of the fan-shaped piece in the plane of the tongue is at a set angle. As shown in fig. 2, the tongue 4 is elongated and rectangular, and the target edge line 7 of the tongue is one of the two long sides of the tongue 4. The first edge line 8 of the segment is any one of two edge lines of the segment.
Specifically, the level of the sector sensor may be high level or low level. When the fan-shaped sheet covers the fan-shaped sheet sensor, the fan-shaped sheet sensor is at a high level; when the sector does not obscure the sector sensor, the sector sensor is at a low level.
And S130, if the level of the fan-shaped piece sensor in the current period is low level and the level of the fan-shaped piece sensor in the previous period is high level, the motor is closed according to the running time of the current period, and the tongue piece in the cash box reaches the target position.
Wherein the tongue will be in a hidden state when it reaches the target position. Failure of the tongue to reach the target position can affect the normal operation of other components in the cassette or affect the dispensing of banknotes. And controlling the motor to be turned off according to the time when the fan-shaped piece rotates away from the fan-shaped piece sensor in the previous period, wherein the tongue piece also stops along with the motor, and the position where the tongue piece finally stops is the target position.
Specifically, if the level of the first period sector sensor is low level, the running time of the second period is obtained, if the running time of the second period reaches, the motor is turned off, and if the level of the sector sensor is high level when the sector is stationary, the running time of the third period is obtained.
Specifically, if the level of the sector sensor in the current period is high and the level of the sector sensor in the previous period is low, the sector stops at the optimal position just away from the sector sensor.
In the prior art, the tongue piece reaches the target position by adopting a method of controlling the motor to be turned off at the moment when the fan-shaped piece starts not to shield the detector, but the time delay exists in the process that the detector feeds back the information that the fan-shaped piece starts not to shield the detector to the cash box, so that the time delay of controlling the motor to be turned off is caused, the tongue piece exceeds the target position, and the normal operation of the cash box is influenced. According to the embodiment of the invention, the positioning instruction of the fan-shaped piece in the cash box is obtained, the fan-shaped piece is controlled to rotate periodically according to the positioning instruction, the motor is turned off after the fan-shaped piece passes through the preset operation time in the first period, the level state of the fan-shaped piece sensor after the fan-shaped piece in the first period is static is obtained, the operation time in the current period is obtained according to the level state of the fan-shaped piece sensor after the fan-shaped piece in the previous period is static in the subsequent period, if the level of the fan-shaped piece sensor in the current period is low level and the level of the fan-shaped piece sensor in the previous period is high level, the motor is turned off according to the operation time in the current period, and the tongue piece in the cash box reaches the target position, so that the situation that the tongue piece exceeds the target position.
Example two
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a tongue positioning method of a banknote cassette in a second embodiment of the present invention, and on the basis of the above embodiment, before controlling the periodic rotation of the fan-shaped piece according to the positioning instruction, the method further includes: presetting a time adjusting unit T and a time adjusting multiple N, wherein the time adjusting unit is smaller than the running time, and the time adjusting multiple is a positive integer.
As shown in fig. 4, the method of this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s210, acquiring a positioning instruction of the fan-shaped sheet in the cash box.
S220, presetting a time adjusting unit T and a time adjusting multiple N, wherein the time adjusting unit is smaller than the running time, and the time adjusting multiple is a positive integer.
The time adjustment unit is a highest precision unit, and may be, for example, 1 microsecond. The time adjustment multiple is the number of equal running time.
And S230, controlling the fan-shaped piece to rotate periodically according to the positioning instruction, controlling the motor to be closed after the fan-shaped piece passes through a preset operation time length in a first period, and acquiring the level state of the fan-shaped piece sensor after the fan-shaped piece in the first period is static, and acquiring the operation time length of the current period in a subsequent period according to the level state of the fan-shaped piece sensor after the fan-shaped piece in the previous period is static, wherein the preset operation time length is the time length when the fan-shaped piece passes through the fan-shaped piece sensor in the first period, and the operation time length is the time length when the fan-shaped piece passes through.
Specifically, a positioning instruction of a fan-shaped piece in the cash box is obtained, the motor is controlled to drive the fan-shaped piece to rotate periodically according to the positioning instruction, the fan-shaped piece is used for judging whether a tongue piece reaches a target position, the motor is turned off after a preset operation time length in a first period, and the final level state of a fan-shaped piece sensor is obtained after the fan-shaped piece is static; and adjusting the operation duration of the fan-shaped sheet in the following operation period according to the level state of the fan-shaped sheet sensor after the fan-shaped sheet is static in the previous period, and acquiring the level state of the fan-shaped sheet sensor after the fan-shaped sheet is static.
And S240, if the level of the fan-shaped piece sensor in the current period is low level and the level of the fan-shaped piece sensor in the previous period is high level, the motor is closed according to the running time of the current period, and the tongue piece in the cash box reaches the target position.
Optionally, the obtaining, in the subsequent cycle, the operation duration in the current cycle according to the level state of the fan sensor after the fan is stationary in the previous cycle includes:
if the level of the fan-shaped piece sensor is high level after the fan-shaped piece in the previous period is static, the running time of the previous period is increased by the product of the time adjusting unit and the time adjusting multiple to obtain the running time of the current period; or, the running time of the previous period is increased by the time adjusting unit to obtain the running time of the current period.
Optionally, the obtaining, in the subsequent cycle, the operation duration in the current cycle according to the level state of the fan sensor after the fan is stationary in the previous cycle includes:
if the level of the fan-shaped piece sensor is low level after the fan-shaped piece in the previous period is static, the running time length of the previous period is reduced by the product of the time adjusting unit and the time adjusting multiple to obtain the running time length of the current period; or, the running time of the previous period is reduced by the running time of the current period obtained by the time adjusting unit.
In a specific example, in the first cycle, the motor is operated, the motor is turned off when the second edge line of the sector passes through the sector sensor, the time taken from the first edge line of the sector to the second edge line of the sector passing through the sector sensor is 10 seconds, the time is divided into 100 parts, that is, the time adjustment multiple is 100, the time adjustment unit may be preset to 1 millisecond (1 second to 1000 milliseconds), the motor is stationary after the motor rotates for a while due to inertia, the sector is stationary, the sector sensor is currently blocked by the sector, and thus it can be known that the sector sensor is at a high level at this time, the motor is turned on, the operation time is roughly adjusted, the operation time of the previous cycle is increased by 1 millisecond to 100.1 seconds, the motor is turned off when the sector passes through the first edge line for 10.1 seconds, the motor is stationary after the motor rotates for a while due to inertia, the sector is static, and the sector sensor is sheltered from by the sector at present, opens the motor, carries out accurate adjustment to operating time, then increases 1 ms with the operating time of previous cycle, when the sector passes through first edge line 10.101 seconds, closes the motor, if the sector sensor is the high level, then repeated execution above-mentioned step, and periodic control motor rotates, acquires the time that the sector rotated to leave the sector sensor in every operating cycle of motor and stops the level of back sector sensor at the sector.
In another specific example, when a user performs a deposit service, paper money enters the paper money box, the motor drives the tongue piece to rotate to sort the paper money, the rotation speed of the motor is 500r/min, and according to the statistics of empirical data, a time adjustment unit a (i.e., a time adjustment precision unit) is set, for example, the time adjustment unit is 1 microsecond, and a time adjustment multiple is B, where the time adjustment multiple can be understood as dividing the time from a first edge line to a second edge line of a sector through the sector sensor into B minimum scale units on average, and each minimum scale unit can be understood as 1 microsecond. Setting a B as the second scale unit, which can be understood to consist, for example, of 5 or 10 smallest scale units, the smallest scale unit being used for fine adjustment and the second scale unit being used for coarse adjustment. And sending a positioning instruction, and operating the motor according to the speed less than 600r/min (the higher the rotating speed is, the larger the inertia is, and the higher the positioning difficulty is). Through the time adjustment unit A, the motor runs for the first circle at a constant speed, the running time D of the fan-shaped piece from the first edge line to the second edge line of the fan-shaped piece passing through the fan-shaped piece sensor is calculated, namely the time of the fan-shaped piece passing through the fan-shaped piece sensor is calculated, and then D is equal to K (A) B, wherein K is the number of the second scales rotated by the fan-shaped piece passing through the fan-shaped piece sensor, and the position of the final stop of the fan-shaped piece cannot be determined due to insufficient accuracy of the running time D and inertia effect. The motor runs at a constant speed for the second circle, and the first edge line of the fan-shaped piece passes through the fan-shaped piece sensor and stops running after the running time length D. The level of the sector sensor is detected, the operating time length D 'needs to be reduced if the sector sensor is at a low level, and the operating time length D' needs to be prolonged if the sector sensor is at a high level. After the motor stops running, the fan-shaped piece can continue to rotate under the action of inertia, so that after the motor stops running, the rotation time of the fan-shaped piece is judged to be too much or too little according to the level state of the sensor, and the fan-shaped piece can only rotate in a single direction, so that the running time D' needs to be adjusted when the motor runs for the third circle. When the fan sensor is at a low level, the running time D' needs to be reduced if the fan rotation time is too long; when the sector sensor goes high, indicating that the sector is still covering the sensor, the rotation time is too short, and therefore the operation time length D' needs to be increased. The reduction or increase of the operating duration D' can be roughly adjusted by 1 second scale unit and then be adjusted precisely according to the smallest scale unit. Until appearing the fan-shaped piece sensor of the previous time and being the high level, the fan-shaped piece sensor of the back time is the low level, and the tongue piece just stop position is not sheltered from promptly, but closes on sheltering from the position.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the measurement unit can be set, the precision and the accuracy are high, the tolerance to the uncertain factors of the process is high, and the control capability is enhanced. The inertia of the tongue itself can be overcome: the tongue piece has inertia under the condition of rotation, and the higher the rotating speed, the larger the inertia. Overcome the uncertain of structure spring elasticity: the position of the fan-shaped piece passing through the sensor is hit by a spring, and the spring has variable elasticity. The fan-shaped sheet can start to be positioned at any position and is not limited by the response time of a motor and various external forces; the positioning accuracy is obtained by using the rotation times of the motor; the accuracy and the uncertain external force tolerance of the device are guaranteed by using a bidirectional approximation control method.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the time adjusting unit T and the time adjusting multiple N are preset, wherein the time adjusting unit is smaller than the running time, the time adjusting multiple is a positive integer, the running time can be adjusted, the time for the tongue piece to reach the target position can be more accurately determined, the tongue piece can be more accurately positioned, the dependence on components is reduced, and the running stability of the whole machine is improved.
EXAMPLE III

The embodiment can be applied to the situation of tongue positioning of a banknote cassette, the apparatus can be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and the apparatus can be integrated into any device that provides tongue positioning of a banknote cassette, as shown in fig. 5, the tongue positioning apparatus of a banknote cassette specifically includes: an instruction acquisition module 310, a duration acquisition module 320, and a motor shutdown module 330.
The instruction acquisition module 310 is used for acquiring a positioning instruction of a fan-shaped sheet in the cash box;
the time length obtaining module 320 is configured to control a sector to rotate periodically according to the positioning instruction, control the sector to turn off the motor after a preset operation time length passes through the motor in the first period, obtain a level state of the sector sensor after the sector in the first period is stationary, obtain an operation time length in the current period in the subsequent period according to the level state of the sector sensor after the sector in the previous period is stationary, where the preset operation time length is a time length when the sector passes through the sector sensor in the first period, and the operation time length is a time length when the sector passes through the sector sensor in the subsequent period;
and a motor closing module 330, configured to close the motor according to the operation duration of the current cycle if the level of the sector sensor in the current cycle is a low level and the level of the sector sensor in the previous cycle is a high level, so that a tongue piece in the banknote box reaches a target position.
Optionally, the method further includes:
