Correspondingly, the feedback scheme configuration is to perform the feedback interface parameter configuration. After a work order is generated by a peripheral system in a certain channel butt joint mode, when the work order system processes the work order or finds that the peripheral system provides data abnormity or work order system program abnormity in the processing process, json character strings can be generated through a configured feedback scheme and are sent to feedback MQ configured on the channel, and the peripheral system only needs to consume MQ messages; the configuration mode is the same as the initiation scheme.
In addition, the field template configuration is a custom field configuration for the initiation scheme and the feedback scheme. After each template is added, one field name is added to the initiating scheme and the feedback scheme. And when the work order is replied, the access scheme is acquired and configured as a channel setting feedback scheme (namely, interface access parameter), an MQ message character string is generated and sent to a feedback MQ, and the peripheral system consumes the MQ message and can perform work order closing or work order replying operation.
