< method >
FIG. 1 shows a flow diagram of a method for mining entity aliases in accordance with one embodiment of the invention.
In step S1100, the name of the target entity is acquired. For example, the target entity is a travel entity. For example, the name is "Hangzhou West lake tourist attraction".
In step S1200, a naming name is divided into an entity name and at least one modifier according to a naming rule, wherein the entity name directly represents the target entity.
For example, in the case of a travel entity, the entity name is an attraction name, e.g., "West lake". For example, the at least one trim portion includes location information and travel suffix words, such as "Hangzhou", "tourist attraction".
At step S1300, the entity name is combined with at least one of the at least one modified portion to form at least one entity alias for the target entity.
For example, in the case of a travel entity, a travel alias for the travel entity may be formed by combining at least one of the location information and the travel suffix with the sight name. For example, the travel alias of "Hangzhou West lake tourist attraction" may include "Hangzhou West lake" and "West lake tourist attraction".
In addition, the entity alias may also include the entity name itself. For example, in the case of a tourist entity, the tourist alias for the tourist entity also includes the attraction name. For example, a travel alias for "Hangzhou West lake tourist attraction" may include "West lake".
In one example, the modifying portion includes a target suffix word. A synonymous suffix word corresponding to the target suffix word may be obtained. Forming at least one entity alias for the target entity by combining the entity name with the synonymous suffix.
For example, synonyms for the target suffix "tourist attraction" include "scenic spot", "scenic spots", and the like. Therefore, the travel alias of the Hangzhou west lake travel scenic spot can also comprise the Hangzhou west lake scenic spot, the Hangzhou west lake scenic spot and the famous site scenic spots. For example, in the case of a travel entity, a synonymous suffix corresponding to the travel suffix may be acquired; and combining the sight spot name and the synonymous suffix word to form at least one travel alias of the travel entity.
In another example, an entity alias corresponding to the entity name may be acquired based on the acquired user original content by using an alias schema. The alias schema is a schema that indicates the correspondence of entity names to entity aliases. Currently, many users publish their own explanations of something on web sites in the network, e.g., web sites known to you, known to hundredths, etc. These contents distributed by the user are referred to as user-originated contents. In the original content of the user, when the user interprets an alias of a noun, he may use a certain sentence pattern (alias pattern), for example, "xx is also named yy", "xx, and is located at yy", "xx is yy", and the like. This mode may be used to obtain aliases. For example, when the user original content of "west lake is also called west lake", the alias "west lake" of "west lake" may be acquired. Here, a travel alias corresponding to the tourist attraction may be acquired based on the acquired user original content by using an alias mode. For example, the alias schema is a schema that indicates the correspondence of travel aliases to tourist attractions.
In another example, multiple query entries for a user for a target entity may also be obtained. And acquiring the entity name from the final query entry. And acquiring at least one entity alias of the target entity based on the difference between other query entries in the plurality of query entries and the final query entry. Generally, if a user queries for a target entity, he may continuously input different query information (query entries) until the query result desired by the user is obtained. In this case, the final query entry may directly reflect the target entity of the user query. However, to the user's perspective, the query entries that he previously attempted should also correspond to the target entity. In this example, the intention of the user is judged by the query behavior of the user, thereby generating an alias. By the method, the number of the aliases can be expanded, so that the hit rate of the user during query can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
For example, taking the travel industry as an example, multiple query entries for a travel entity by a user may be obtained. For example, the user successively queries "west lake", "Hangzhou west lake" and "west lake". And acquiring the sight names from the final query items. The final query entry is, for example, "Hangzhou West lake tourist attraction". Next, at least one travel alias for the travel entity is obtained based on a difference between other query entries of the plurality of query entries and the final query entry. Then, the alias "West lake", "Hangzhou West lake" of "West lake" can be obtained.
